LBC Express shipment of package

My package was shipped last feb. 21, 2018 and to be claimed by feb,. 22. But as per lbc balanga city branch, capitol drive. Based on the status of my [censor] package it was delivered to iba zambales due to "mis-sorting" the [censor] package that I pay for extra money to be rush by the shipper then I am delayed bow for how many days because of your [censor] employee that sort it to other dimension of this [censor] world then I am expecting to receive it by monday feb. 26, 2018. Therefore after this incident?! You just pissed off your client like that?! It cost thousands of pessos because of that delay! I swear to god! I hope from you guys to show some empathy for this incident! Thats it [censor] you all

LBC Express delivery of order to sta. rosa laguna

LBC delivery service sucks! Totally inflexible - they deliver when they say they can deliver without regard to the schedule or request of the customer. Even when asked for a delivery to be rescheduled the useless and incompetent agent who took the request was unable to do anything and the package was still sent back to the sender. Your pathetic excuse for customer service is nothing but lip service - talk, talk, talk - no action and no results.

I took a few minutes to read through the other complaints and I realized my dilemma with LBC pales by comparison. I'm probably going to laugh at myself tomorrow for stooping this low, but what the hell, what's social media for but to vent without care. So here goes, LBC, putang ina nyo! Pulpol mga tauhan nyo mula sa customer service hanggang delivery boys. Sana maranasan nyo rin mga naranasan ng mga nabwisit dahil sa inyo!

Sir.ask lng po yong for pick up ko sa edsa rotonda hindi po nahatid today.ang sabi lng sa akin hindi niya raw alam kng bakit na delay at hindi niya hawak ang oras ng delivery.ang sabi kasi sa gensan lbc saturday afternon makuha na pag pick up.kng hindi sana sure makuha dapat mag advise kasi may phone number naman nka lagay sa package.paano ko po makuha kasi uwi ako bukas at sunday na po. Paki reply naman po sa cp number ko [protected].maraming salamat.

LBC Express late delivery

Dear LBC,
I don't bakit at sino ang nagrequest na ipostpone yung delivery ng COD item para sa akin. Gayung nagtext na kayo na expect the delivery within the day. Nag abang kami ng nag abang. We could not even reply to your "computer-generated" text. Paano kami makapagsabi na "yes, we're waiting?" The expected date of delivery is within Feb 17-21, natapos na po ang birthday ng tatay ko, pang present sana yun sa birthday niya. Feb. 23 na ngayon... Kelan pa darating?

LBC Express passport delivery

My passport was supposed was out for delivery on 7 february 2018. Until now, 21 february 2018, I still haven't received it. I had to pay dfa 1, 200 so I can get my passport within a week of processing and supposed to wait 2-5 days of delivery thru your courier. I paid for this service expecting it to be more convenient for me. I called your customer service and provided more info on how to I should be receiving it in my work address.

I waited for almost 2 weeks and when I checked again the status of delivery, I found out you had it returned to the sender, dfa alimall. I didn't even get a message or notice about this.

Kindly refund what I paid for this delivery. You failed to deliver, thus, you failed in your service. This is so disappointing knowing I had to pay more and ended up not receiving any benefit from it. Please fix your delivery service and be more efficient in your customer service. I have talked to 2 of your customer service staff and no help was even provided. It was a waste of my time and effort of reaching out to your service.

Im wondering why i receive a notice from Lbc integrated due to consignee is unavailable? Eh nasa bahay lang ako all day long then wala naman akong na receive na text or tawag na mag dedeliver na sila or nasa area na sila. This is my 4th time na ganito eh im expecting pa naman pag lbc mas convenient unlike sa iba pero bat ganun? Sana magawan naman ng aksyon mga ganitong issue

LBC Express international remittance

I would like file a complaint regarding the receiving of money from abroad. My aunt from San Diego, California sent us remittance. We have been trying to get it since Saturday. They said that the system is still down. Is there anyway that you can resolve this concern? We really need the money. Please fix your system. We hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

LBC Express shipment/delivery

Hi! Supposedly I should've received a package today but since I did not, I checked the tracking, which I dont usually do since LBC shipments arrives in my place for 2-3 days so when I checked the tracking number it stated that the delivery went into shipment issue. This is the first time I've experienced this, please enlighten me about this issue and hopefully I'll be able to get my package tomorrow since I really need it.

hi guys hope you will give any actions to any complains here, i just had a very bad/horrible customer service ever. pumunta ako sa lbc branch niyo sa ayala cebu para kumuha ng refund from an online shopping website. sabi nila down yung system nila try daw sa different branch sa may A. Reyes Cebu, when i got there ut was close so i check again another lbc branch, TGU Tower IT park Cebu, they said that all LBC express system are down, and they said that they emailed all the employess that their system is down. So in the first place workers from Ayala Cebu branch should've have told me that all LBC express, system is down. They should never referred me to another branch if they knew it, and i pretty sure they do. please do some actiins its very frustrating and a waste of time and money.

LBC Express I am complaining about the delivery of my package in lbc baler branch

Sobrang nakaka beast mode na yung agent ng baler branch nyo. Last time nagpadala brother ko ng item. Nagtext sila sa reciever ko na ready for pick na. Tapos nung pinuntahan kinabukasan, ang sabi na release na kase may nakapag recieve na daw. Same name and same tracking number. Syempre na beast mode din si reciever nya kase bakit ibibigay sa iba eh may id nman sya. Tapos nung sinabing irereklamo sa pulis saka lang ibinigay kinabukasan. Tapos itong last na ipinadala nung jan. 26, 2018. Hindi man lang nila iniinform si reciever kung andun na ba yung item kaya nagkusa na pumunta si reciever nung feb. 2, 2018. Tapos ang sabi wala pa daw dun yung item, so umuwi na sya at nag intay na lang txt ng baler branch. After a week wala pa din text so nag panic na sya. Pinuntahan nya ulit ng feb. 9, 2018, ang sabi wala parin daw. Kaya sobrang galit na galit na si reciever. And yung brother ko pinuntahan na rin si nagtahan branch nung feb. 10, 2018 kase dun sya nagpadala para mag complain. Tapos ang sabi naibalik na daw pasay kase wala daw nagclaim, tapos feb. 10 ng gabi saka pa lang daw nagtxt si lbc-baler na andun na yung item sa kanila at need na faw ma claim kc after 10days, ibabalik na daw yung item kapag hindi nakuha. So kinabukasan feb. 11, 2018 pinuntahan na ni reciever. Tapos pagpunta dun wala parin daw!😣😤😤😤 ano yun lokohan!?😣😤😤😤 sorry for the word pero nakaka putang ina nila! Napaka kupal nila! Kung ayaw nila magbigay ng maayos na serbisyo magresign na lang sila at magtanim ng kamote sa kanila! Mga punyeta sila!👊😤😤😤

LBC Express valentine's gift surprise

Hi, I just wanted to share my bad experience with your service. My boyfriend(out of country) chose the 1 day delivery express to send a gift for me for me for Valentine's, I just received it today and the roses were wiltered already. Should have been received on Feb 14 or yesterday if your delivery texted me before he came, because I already knew that there's a package coming because my boyfriend asked me if I had receive his suprise, I said I didn't it's because he didn't left it with the neighbor same as yesterday. He asked the neigbor if she have a contact number of me, but the neighbor said no. Then yesterday he texted me that still nobody's home, that's because he didn't inform me ahead of time. Also, he should have confirmed and texted me since my number was on the box.

Hate it, thought that it would arrive then when I tracked it. It said that
"we tried to deliver your shipment but recipient refused to accept. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels" but we didnt even meet. But before that it said "your shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of lbc's service area. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." you want me to pay 700pesos for shipping cause im in a "special area" when you cant even deliver the packages to me. So dissappointed!

LBC Express parcel not delivered

Good day!

I was supposed to receive my passport last February 14, 2018. It arrived in Iligan City yesterday February 15, 2018 and was said to be "Ready for delivery". However, at the end of the day, nothing came. I tracked the parcel and i received this "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." I already contacted your Facebook customer service this morning but still nothing is happening.. I am not living in the forest, i dont know why LBC Iligan can't seem to locate me when in fact my contact number and my exact address was stated. Hoping for your positive response. Thank you!

LBC Express delivery person assigned to my location

The prev guy assigned to my loc was nice, efficient and has strong concern for lbc recipients like me. He delivered 2-3 packages for me and nung 1st time na di nya ma deliver tumawag sya kase malabo yung add sa package... I'm globe and he's a smart user. Napakabait na manong.

Anyway, since I saved his # ng hindi dumarating yung package ko kahit nakalagay sa tracker that someone came pero close yung bahay, nalaman ko le manong na mabait na naassign sya sa ibang area dito samen. Since magkasama pa sila nung naka assign saken sinabihan nya yung kasama nya at pinakausap pa saken. Pero nago ibigay sa kanya yung phone naririnig kona na medyo bastos yung isa. Sabi nya ng me tonong arogante, "sabihin mo magintay sila!" Ng makausap ko sya nagrequest ako na ideliver bago mag 1 or 2pm kase aalis kame. Sabi nya di nya masasabi basta daratimg ng araw na to. Dina kame tumuloy sa doctor para pacheckup anak ko. Pagtingin ko ulet sa tracker, as earlyvas 1pm nag deliver daw pero walang tao. Grabeng salbahe at abusado ng bagong taong naka assign sa location namen. Halatang tinamad na. Nakakagigil. Here's my tracking # [protected]. I know na wala naman kayung ginagawa sa mga complaints dito but I still want to get this out into public. Pero sana ma recognize nyo si prev manong and sana do something about the current one. Sinasalbahe ng mga katulad nya ang customers nyo. Tsk tsk. Pagdating ni manong kukunan ko sya ng picture. And I'll make him and LBC more public.

LBC Express delivery competency

Hello! Ang tatamad po magdeliver ng taga LBC. Hindi man lang nila kinokontak yung buyer pag magdedeliver or pag nandyan na yung item. Out for delivery daw e parang di naman nila ginagawa. Imbis ay nakaka cancel order na lang dahil sa katamaran nila. Babagsak po kayo ang business nyo pag ganun.

Sana ay maging flexible sila, yung tipong may malasakit.

LBC Express I am complaining about the delivery of my package.

My mother went to LBC Gaisano Country Mall Cebu last February 12, 2018 to send my package in Tarlac Pampanga. I always track the tracking no. to know where my package is. But unfortunately, this package was already in Tarlac Hub but they failed to deliver on time to my friends address. This is my tracking no. [protected]. My friend urgently need this package today because tomorrow she will travel back here in Dubai. That package is very important to me because inside is my baby's item and I'm about to deliver within this month. Please check this package.

LBC Express package

Hello! I have my package delivered in baguio already but it says on the tracker that the specific location that i've put is unknown. How could i change the location for my package to be delivered on the nearest LBC branch? The location should be Lower bonifacio, baguio city.

PS. I texted the lbc branch near me already but there's still no update. Please help me fixed it so i can get my package already. It's almost 4 days now that didn't get my package.

LBC Express shipment and delivery

I already sent an email a few days ago and have not received any feedback regarding my issue. This is the second time, LBC took care of my order from an online seller. They sent me a notification saying my order's about to be delivered on that date but I wasted a whole day waiting because it was transferred to another hub, which is in like 3 hours away from my home by taking the public vehicles and around two hours if you use a private one. I appreciate the nice delivery guy but not the wasted time. Recently, another item was entrusted to them and I was notified just once. The new delivery guy didn't notify me further about my parcel. Before that, I also sent my first email before the delivery occurred on Feb. 14. I was not around on those occasion and I left instructions on a certain person to receive it however, because the second delivery guy did not notify me as the first one did, I was not able to contact him for further instructions. Kudos for the first delivery man but your customer service page sucks just as your customer service care who puts people on hold with lame spiels. I wasn't able to reach anyone from your page chat, customer service line or email. The package's tracking number is [protected]. If you want me to come and pick it, you bet I won't. I'm coming home from Manila tomorrow and I won't dare stop by your hub to pick it up. Nobody tried to reach me via text, email or call and that shows how poor your company when it comes to taking care of your customer. Also, kindly remove the drop down option that says "Chat with us Now" because it absolutely does not serve its purpose for the last few days I've been coming back to your site. Make sure your SOP is always the same for each and every employee in all branches and train them properly when it comes to setting proper expectations.

You said that you didnt deliver my parcel due to unknown consignee on given address? But your delivery staff can contact me right? Because I know I have contact no. On my parcel..
