LBC Express after 5years of waiting

I was wondering if ang cebu vah may bagyo? Sira vah ang system nila doon? O ang tao nila may abirya? Y is it may item in a small n-pouch was delayed. Hanggang ngayon d pa nakakarating sa reciever ko yung pinadala ko. I was expecting that may reciever will reciever the item on or after the indicated delivery date. Bakit hanggang ngayon d pa nya na ri recieve? Willing to wait nman kahit ilang years pa expecting that may item will be doubled.

LBC Express parcel delivery

Greetings! I was texted yesterday that I will be receiving the parcel yesterday. So I waited for whole day. I even stayed outside the garden. But then nothing came. As I track the parcel today, with this reference number [protected] it says that the parcel wasn't delivered because of payment issue during delivery. Hello! I've waited for the whole day then they'll tell me that I have payment issue?! They didn't deliver my parcel. I need feedback for this.

LBC Express package still not arrived.

Its already more 10 days since it was shipped. I tracked and I stated there that they try to deliver but the recipient is not on the said address, really? Im always at home. And dont tell me they can't find the said house, because few weeks ago I oredered from lazada, and they delivered it. And also I go in one of your branch they said the package still in the hub.

LBC Express I am complaining about wilson bellarba your courier agent he is not delivering all my items in poog toledo city

When I went to your branch, to track my item they only said that they don't know anything about my packages, they cant even track my item, and all of your courier are denying any of my package. I want an action about this situation and I want you to give warning to Mr. Wilson Bellarba for not delivering my items. and I think Mr. Bellarba is not doing his job correctly so I want an action and I want a warning to Mr. Wilson Bellarba for not doing his job, because as a courier he is responsible for delivering any item that goes to your office and I am expecting a lot from LBC because I think in LBC my item is safe but when I encounter any situation like this I was disappointed. I hope this action of mine will be given a proper action.

LBC Express delivery of credit card

The BPI informed me thru text that I could track my credit card if it is already delivered. As I check my tracking number, it says that the credit card is already returned back to SCS. The reason is the owner is already changed his address. However, I am still at the 16 8th avenue cubao quezon city 1109. You did not asked someone about my home address. I am disappointed with your delivery department. I need an answer asap. Kindly text me or call at my number [protected]. Around 4:30pm onwards

LBC Express forever ang pag aantay

Ordered may 16, 2018 until now, may 29, 2018 still di padin dumadating, need ng more employee ang lbc malaybalay branch kasi as per checking dun mismo sa branch, tambak lahat ng untouched parcels sa branch, pls rectify this issue, di kami makakapag wait ng forever for this. Please take note, di namin alam kung yupi naba yung item or what, plus least priority nila e deliver ang via xpost kaya mas lalong delay

🤭 april 25, 2018 arrived : piece of wood (with clingwrap & naka bubblewrap pa, courier via lbc)
🙄 april 25, 2018 reported to lbp, lmbm and royqueen
😡 may 29, 2018 - until now no refund padin or whatever from this 3 companies

As per checking with royqueen & lmbm, may descripamcy sa lbc manila to malaybalay bukidnon since tama na speakers yung pinadala nila kay lmbm na sealed

LBC Express pick up!

Hi,
I want to file a complaint as we called for our box to be picked up here in Canterbury, Australia. My partner was left in the house as I went to work. This certain Ariel-Ruby who picked up the box charged us for another $10 but did not give any box! They picked up 3 boxes from us and did not give any care to the boxes even though we told them that things inside were fragile! We asked them to put a fragile label on the box and only put a small fragile sticker! What's annoying is they didn't use any trolleys but pushed and tumbled our boxes without any care at all! They even forced my partner to sign the waiver and put there on the receipt "no breakables"! If I knew this is going to happen I wouldn't let the boxes to be picked up! I'm really upset, disappointed and mad! I'm really angry when I got home and knew this! I don't even know how to get the box that they didn't give but charged $10!
I'm filing a complaint hoping that lbc will manage their people/contractors properly as this experience is horrible and terrible! I'm actually thinking not to use lbc anymore but instead bm express! As this is very annoying! Charging us more and forcing to sign a waiver?! What the heck!

LBC Express no updates/stuck at forwarded to cagayan distributions/poor customer service

It's been 2 days since the last update (May 26, 2018) on the online tracking. I just needed an update about my parcel which is sent from Pasay. Sent an email twice to your CustomerService, Tweeted at LBC Official Twitter account, sent a message on official FB Page, and sadly, no response at all, I don't know if it's just carelessness about the things you deliver or you just dont care about your customers at all.

Please, learn to take care about your customers, without them, LBC wont exist.

Three calls from me and my wife on may 28:

At 9:00am. I am told the item is at the wrong location, it will be sent to the correct team and delivered. I express deep concern. This item is time critical. It must get there today. I am told the concern is understood.

At about 1:30pm. I am told the item is still at the wrong location, it will be sent to the correct team and delivered possibly tomorrow! I express deep concern that it must be there today, and I was told the same thing as to coordinating to get this delivered this morning. This item is time critical. It must get there today. I am once again told the concern is understood.

At 1:50pm my wife calls and speaks to a rea at lbc who promises the item will be delivered today.

At 2:13 the gentleman I spoke to at 1:30 called back and asks for my wife. She is not available and he tells me that the item will be delivered tomorrow! I express sincere frustration. The item needs to be there today. He seems to indicate, in his evasive answer that such will not happen.

Lbc has had the item in manila for 48 hours. The have according to their own tracking system miss-routed the item two or three times. The destination address is not difficult. It is the bureau of immigration office in manila.

This is pure incompetence.

I signed an undertaking to send the item via lbc to immigration and that it had to be there by today or I am in default and will lose my visa. There is no fallback and that cost to me will be in the hundreds of thousands of pesos.

It'll be so [censored] hard to dispute from online seller if Parcel will be beyond refund/guarantee date period!
Sorry, but I'm so sick of no sense of urgency.

This has been the fourth transaction from LBC that's very slow.

Excuse me for being so so mad, but this is again the fourth time!

It should now be resolved but why is the status for payment online still "pending/ no payment"?

Don't damage my online credibility because of your negligence.

LBC's system is broken/ malfunctioning/ not working = t o t a l c r a p!

You don't fix peoples issues.
You create one every transaction.
Having business with you is worst than bad.
Very stressful!

I posted earlier pero nawala. Anyways yong complaint ko eh yung no sense of urgency nang LBC.

This is my fourth bad experience sa LBC. I've learned my lesson. I'm an amid online buyer. I find it convenient. But here in the philippines there's only few online stores and also parcel carriers.

If I have the option not to choose LBC from certain sellers then that would be great. However its not the case. We can only choose LBC because there's no other option.

The online store here, only gives few days for the parcel to reach the buyers location.

For example the sellers sends the product, then the online store tags the case open like 7 working days to reach the buyer for returns/disputes. If the buyer sees missing or damage items. The buyer then can easily request for refunds.

Now in my case it has been 9 working days since I had placed my order. Excluding saturday and sunday because LBC's fat [censored] wont deliver items during weekends.

Due to this horrible experience. I won't purchase things online if LBC will be the carrier.

And oh! The last time I received my product May 23, 2018. There were spills of tint.

I was not eligible to return the newly purchase items dahil "lost parcel" na ang tagging sa online store kung saan ko omorder.

Pero truth is, nasa kung saan-saang warehouse nyo lang nilagay yung binili ko.

Wala ba kayong process na sinusonod?
Ano na ang 3-5 days nyo LBC?

Ung order ko na [protected] dpat sana May 25, 2018 na deliver na. Para kung may mga issues, pwede pang ma resolve namin ni seller tsaka nang online store support.

Kung wala pa by monday. Risk na sakin kung tatanggapin ko.

Ano ba nman walang security. :s

Well I ordered items from lazada and shopee. Maganda naman mga nadeliver sa mga previous transactions ko but this week, I am tracking my items and the site tells that "refused to received by cnee". How come? Well in fact, I received text messages from lbc that I will receive the items within the day. I waited and got excited but no delivery.! Please fix your services

LBC Express personnel

Greetings! I just want to file a complain to lbc mariveles bataan. April 9 when I ask may son to send money to my mother unfortunately that said money encash last april 25. However may mother (which is a 74 yrs. Old and had a prob.in walking) seems to be not threated fairly to think that she is a senior citizen already. This is what happened

My niece: at exactly 11:37 am itoa ang txt skin ng pamangkin ko (nakuha napo namin bumalik papo ako ng dalawang beses kase kulang po 9075 lang binigay sakin nung bumalik ako sabi ko po kulang inabot sakin yung 500 edi po 9575 bumalik po uli ako kaze kulang ng 400)
*bakit kailangang staggard ang bigay nya ng 10, 000 pinabalik balik nya p yung pamangkin at nanay ko at kapg na total lahat ng yan kulang parin ng 25 pesos para daw s insurance eh! 74 yrs. How come n pwede png kumuha ng insurance ang isang 74 yrs. Old? Bumili po ako ng items sa shopee nung May 14 pa at nang May 18 ay nandito na raw sa iloilo at nag send pa ng txt message yung lbc sa akin May 21 na on the way na raw yung item's na binili ko ang sabi PA nga mag provide ng id for authentication sa kakahintay hanggang gumabi ay wla akong nakitang nag deliver na lbc hanggang ngayon nd pa rin dumadating... LBC Express shipment issue

I tracked an item which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It says that there is a shipment issue. It is my first time having a transaction with LBC and I don't know what to do. I tracked my ordered item which was supposed to be delivered yesterday at Purok Maghiusa Blk.1, Polomolok, South cotabato with a tracking number of [protected]. But the address written at the item seems to have a typographical error. Instead of Polomolok, it's Polomok. And now it says that there is a shipment issue. It is my first time having a transaction with LBC and I don't know what to do. Will my item still be delivered despite having a shipment issue? I hope my item will soon be delivered for I will have a busy week next week and I might not be able to give time regarding this issue. Please LBC.

My item supposed to be forwarded to this address (LBC G/F ROBINSON'S PLACE DASMARINAS E AGUINALDO HWY CORNER, GOVERNORS DRIVE CAVITE. The item is for pick up. They always cant always locate the place.ive already given the full address of the LBC branch where they need to forward the parcel. LBC Express delivery of parcel

My parcel was scheduled to deliver 19th may to my address in binan laguna. Apparently, the address that was written was incorrect, house no. Was wrong but same village. Iu was just a number of houses away. The mobile number provided was correct.

For many times, the delivery guy always calls, but this time I received no call. If only the delivery guy called me like they always do, the parcel wouldn't have been rerouted.

I called customer service 21st may and was informed the parcel was at lower south luzon hub in cabuyao, laguna. My instruction was to hold it there and I would get it myself. The customer service agent confirmed. I went the following day to cabuyao 21st may at 11am, and the personnel in charge said that it was routed to cavite fcie as of 19th may.

Now I am confused. Someone is lying already.

I called fcie, only to be told that they didn't receive any parcel from lower laguna hub.

Now I am more confused.

Now on the evening of 21st may, the personnel in charge at cabuyao lower laguna hub sent an email which he showed me but the receiver of the email didn't bother to respond at all. Told the poor guy to inform me by text message if they have responded to his email already.

Today is 22nd may evening 7:50 pm and no feedback from that email and my parcel is nowhere to be found. The personnel in cabuyao said that it could be at the south luzon exchange, somewhere in the airport area.

Now I am more and more confused.

I asked for phone numbers but no one can give me anything so I can make a follow up it myself.

Bottom line, no one can give me an exact detail. The manager at the cabuyao hub was not around, no phone numbers, customer service is useless.

I was even told that I cant go to lbc south luzon exchange as they would only entertain if one has an appointment which is a lot of bs.

My experience, very very very very very bad. Customer service is worst.

If only that delivery guy called up like how it was prior this would not have happened at all.

Those are embassy documents. Very important. Like how all document should be treated.

Now, where is my parcel..?

LBC Express shopee

Hindi ako mag ra-rant dito. May 22, 2018 ngayon. Bumili ako nga product sa Shopee April 27, na pick up nang Xpost April 28 transferred sa LBC on the same day April 28, 2018. Hanggang ngayun hindi ko panatanggap.
2nd incident - omorder ako ulit nung May 6, 2018. The same process. Xpost picks up the product and transfers it to LBC. Nag hihintay ako patiently. But It baffles me, and I am so livid. Anong nangyari sa service nyo? Sabi niyo noon 3-5 working days lang pero ngayon aabutin pa ata nang dalawang buwan.

LBC sa manila lang galing ung items. Wag nman ganito katagal. We, consumers are tired of excuses. We want the best.

E upgrade nyo nman serbisyo nyo po. I understand na international na kaayu ngayun. Lalo na at wala nang fedex sa Visayas at Mindanao. Ewan ko lang diyan sa Manila. Pero sa nakikita nang lahat. You are all over the place. Hindi niyo kaya ang bulto2 na pag tanggap at deliver nang mga package.

Tsaka ang liit nang office at delivery truck dito sa Visayas at Mindanao. Kawawa nman ung mga fragile products. Masisira lang sa transportation.

Hindi nman ako magaling na Manager para mag salita dito. Pero complaint board nman ho eto. Sana maunawaan nyo po. Ang nasa itaas nyo lang ang makakaayos nito.

Hi lastwk pa out for dlvery na yung status nong inorder q.pero until now hindi pa dumadating
