LBC Express box received

I was very stress and to think that two i phone 4 black and white with box are missing. From canada. How could they do open the box with out damaging it. How could i g back that items, i should realy listen to my friend that LBC are not good doing theyre service. I was worried to the person who sent the box of how did he felt it. His effort to send the priceless. Whay such people can do that.

LBC Express complaining about the service parcel #[protected], [protected], [protected]

I am frustrated sa service tlaga ninyo, ang tagal nang na ship ang mga parcels na yan pero wala aqng natatangap kahit isa, anu ba kayo nakakadismaya naman, chineck ko ang status nang parcels out for delivery lng palage bkit hindi niya mahatid dito sa bahay, eh nanadito lng nmn aq palagi naghihintay lang pala aq palagi sa wala!.nakakainis na talaga..grabe nmn kahit isa wala tlagang dumating!hay naku ayusin nyo nmn service ninyo..my goodness!

LBC Express slow and poor service

It took me 35 minutes waiting time considering there were only 3 customers including me. I think the attendant was purposely delaying the transaction. Do you have a standard time in attending every customer? Because it took him so, so long because of d unnecessary chats. And i have observed that ur attendant was very at home at your branch wearing just slippers inside your office.

This happened at SM HYPERMARKET NOVALICHES, 7:58pm. I don't know if this is the name of your attendant, Ringo Ramilo but he was the only one in your lbc office that time.

LBC Express remittance

Never in my life na magpapadala ulit ako sa LBC, it was my second time na magpadala ng pera sa pinas and again laging late, marami silang reason the time na kukunin mo na yung pera, kahit ipakita mo na lahat ng recibo, id, tracking number and etc. wala pa din. Either ayaw nilang ibigay o ayaw nilang magtrabaho ng maayos. I don't want to compare lbc to the other money transfer offices but it is so absurd na nagbabayad ka naman para sa ipapadala mo pero hindi makuha ng pinagpadalan mo yung pera on time, lalo na kapag emergency at kailangan agad.. it takes a week bago mo makuha, a waste of time!

LBC Express kirkland almonds chocolate

I received my items (4jars kirkland almond chocolates) melted. It is in good condition when sent to me. It is for my business and now I cannot sell them. Kindly do actions about it. I believe it is because of the mishandling of the items. It costs 3960php and its a lot for me because it is a hard earned money. I hope you will do something about it.

LBC Express document not received

Full description:

On March 21, 2017, I sent an important and urgent document from Cebu to Paranaque City, Manila. The documents containing in the pouch was urgent and important because the delay of receipt thereof will cause the delay of our shipment, and additional storage cost, not to mention dissatisfaction from our customers. Im not sure if you could empathize to our situation.

I tracked the pouch using the tracking number provided, as indicated in the official receipt. To my surprise, it was not delivered. I have been calling the Fuente Osmena Circle Branch, Cebu City for several times, but nobody answered the calls. It just kept on ringing.

I communicated LBC through Facebook Chat, and only to find out that the delivery vehicle broke down. We understand this undesirable circumstance, but it could have been very helpful for us to look for other means of delivering our documents if LBC notified us. They have our numbers.

NOW THE DELAY COST US A LOT!

Desirable resolution:

I dont know if there is a solution to this. I hope LBC could care more by communicating directly to us when something happen.

LBC Express lbc delivery cannot deliver the package because there's no parking

This is not my first time to shop online and this is not the first time to shop at shoppee. I'm an online shopper so I know that delivery companies can make their own way of delivering the items that I ordered into the address that I indicated. This particular delivery man is complaining because he has to pay for the parking lot. This is my concern already. I paid for the item that I want to be shipped on that specific address! I need this to be resolved asap!

I asked for his name and he doesn't want to provide it. Please track this delivery man as he is very rude!

In these situation you have to provide money to your delivery man just incase they need to park! Or add them on the total that your clients are paying! Do not hassle your clients like this! Terrible service!

LBC Express where did my order go?

I have ordered online in lazada, it's cod basis. I've been tracking the delivery online since march 2. Everyday, i keep on checking when will they deliver but seems like nothing happened. So many messages that says "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient was not present at the given address. Next delivery attempt will be made the next business day." AND THERE'S NO DELIVERYMAN WHO TRIED KNOCKING ON MY DOOR! I have been waiting for so long! I checked the address and there's no error. What to do?! Please help me with this.

LBC Express delay product without any advisory

I send my package last march 11 2017 and ask when it will arrived at its destination the employee told me 1-2 days since its important because ill need that package today march 14 2017 since its my schedule flight to go abroad.. If I only knew that there will be delay I wouldn't risk and force to ship my package I rather choose jrs if that so then been trying to contact your customer support via facebook they told me the package will arrived for 3-4 days. Iv'e been tracking my package since the day I send it
After tracking iv'e figure out this day they edited the information and which is not really good since the date is too late and editing those information at wrong time all I know is really a bad idea it feels your trying to fool the customer. Your shipping is not reliable and inconsistent ! Please take an action on this since i'm also trying to move this problem to the higher authorities

Bakit naman nilagay nyong incorrect address yung status ko? Nasakin na yung item. Kaso di ko maclaim yung points ko sa shopee kase ganyan nga yung status na nilagay nyo. Hindi ko na problema kung ang paniniwala ng delivery boy nyo is mali ang address ko which is tama naman. Tumawag pa yung nagdeliver at MALI daw address ko. LBC Express raffle tickets that were not received by consignee

Raffle tickets were sent to Camacho, Joel R. in Ormoc City Public Safety Company, Camp Jorge Downes on Feb. 3, 2017 under tracking# [protected] but were not received by Mr. Camacho as of this writing. When I made follow-up with LBC Lower Bicutan where the items were sent on Feb. 21, 2017, they told me the reason of incomplete address. LBC Lower Bicutan contacted LBC Ormoc City to facilitate the sending of the said items to the consignee or if it not possible returned the item to the shipper as per my request. LBC Lower Bicutan gave the number of LBC Ormoc City team leader and when I talked to her she told me that it was received by a guard in the said camp. I requested her to text to me the name of the one who received and when it was received but to no avail. Mr. Camacho also made follow up to LBC Ormoc City then he was advised that I should write my complaint because their team will be shouldering the liability. The raffle tickets are worth Php10, 000.00.

LBC Express service

id like to complain a certain team head from sucat named albert rubianes.
im tracking a package that was supposedly delivered 2 days ago..
i recieved a call from the delivery team last night promising that they will deliver the package this morning but still no package.
i called back the number again and albert answered the phone..instead of apologizing for the inconvinience he sarcastically replied to my queries.
he was supposedly the team head but for what he just replied im sorry but my nanny is more qualified for his position..
i told him that the delivery team did not even tried to go in the address otherwise the reception will accomodate them. then he replied ah soo i can just advise that anybody can recieve the package..its clear that i told him that in the reception or in our unit.he repeatedly said it in an annoying way.

LBC Express pick-up for my parcel

Ang akong item (tracking number: [protected]) kay mga 1st week of february pa gipapadala nako balik from manila to cebu then ako ra untang ipick-up sa ayala. So ang sender nga si Juvy Zanoria kay iyang gpa.resend sa Tipolo Arcada nga branch pero ang ipick nako LBC Ayala Branch. Niadto ko sa ayala kay giingon sa akong sender pwede na ipick-up pero pag-adto nako sa ayala gitukmod ko nila nga sa LBC Tipolo Arcada daw ang status. So gikontak nako ang sender para ipackeck sa Tipolo ang status sa item pero ilang itukmod napud nga pending ang status sa ayala branch. So ako napud giadto sa Ayala and gitukmod napud ko nila sa Tipolo. Perti nakong balik-balik pero hangtod karun wap-a japon nakuha ang item kay wa q kabaw kung asa ang status jud. Gusto nako matawag ang attention sa manager sa LBC Ayala ug LBC Tipolo kay ako as customer nibayad ug sakto sa charge for pick-up sa item nga hangtud karun wap-a makuha mag-1 month na tungod sa ilang miscommunication.

LBC Express imus branch complaint! urgent

Hi! I would like to complain your imus branch! This has not been the first time that happened. Third time now! That my parcels and document didn't reach thwir destination. They are telling that they could not locate the house? How come same reasons everytime? This is not acceptable anymore! We are paying for door to door delivery right? To the management,

This is to formally complain your very irritable service that i encounter when i shipped the important documents of my kids, that was an original form 137 of the school which is being trusted to sent on your so called "guaranteed services'". Your courier sent an sms last February 6, 20017 informing that the document was already received by a person named: Joel Reyes which i confirmed on the school where the document should be send that there is no such person named Joel Reyes is working on that school, how come that this employee of yours lend an important documents without finding the authorized person on the school which i clearly stated on the attachment of the shipment that it should be received on the Principal's office? I also called in your non reliable customer service hotline but for how many times that i call them still no action done with my complain. This documents is highly important & need to be receive by the recipient the soonest.

I would like to received a response on your end as soon as possible.

LBC Express documents torn!

This is formally relay my complaint regarding the package I have sent, transported February 23, and was received earlier today, February 24. The tracking number is as follows: [protected]. It was addressed to Miss Vinerva B. Dimache in Angeles City, Pampanga. I’m sure you have the other details on file.
I have attached a copy of my valid ID and some pictures of the package upon arrival. These pictures were sent to me by the receiver. Please do consider that the documents sent are original, notarized copies of documents for my visa application and because of this situation, the said documents might not even be approved valid because of the specific damage. Please consider also that some of these documents are issued strictly just once!
I have verbally expressed these concerns to a Baguio Branch but they just insisted it isn't the company’s fault. I assure you that I have sent new, clean, wrinkle-free documents and had enclosed them in a new folder for safety purposes before sending. Please do check the package photos attached with this mail.
I have sent these documents through LBC believing that the package will be in good hands as it reaches the receiver. Have I been wrong all this time? I want to keep believing in your company’s reliability.

LBC Express tracking # [protected]

Kmusta nmn ang ngyre s pinadala ko package thru LBC robinson's las pinas last feb20, 2017 5:08pm and as stated sa receipt nila it will be shipped the next day.
But unfortunately Ndi gnyan ang ngyre coz up to now ndi prin malocate un package ko containing a longchamp bag and bdo mesh bag anung ngyre? I called up since yesterday feb21 @7pm un customer service nila and yet no clear response from their end. Ni ala maipakausap sakin n supervisor to escalate the problem. Kht s messenger ng fb ngmessage nrin ako nkipacomunicate pero ala prin mlinaw n sagot anu ng ngyre s pinadala ko.
2nd day of delay feb 22, i felt neglected and can u believe this i was hung bythe fone waiting for the cusomer service to locate me a supervisor almost an hour na..
Kung alam k lng mgkkaganito lng sna pla s ing courier kn lng pinadala ang ndi na s LBC EXPRESS INC.
very incompetent sila and its not true na they moved it..bk ninakaw na nila..or winala ...masisisi nyu b ko?nkkainis sobra!

Third day today feb23, 2017 i personally dropped by s lbc robinsons place las pinas kung san ako ngpaship ng package around 5pm kc nga ala nmn call sakin reg dun s update n dpt ibbigay sakin ni sir eric de vera ng customer service but still gnun prin ang response.
Kinontak nila ang marikina / cainta delivery team particulary sir eric f. Fabella (team head) sinabi sakin n naaksidente dw last friday feb17 un rider n assigned near the area nun pinagpdalhan ko so i understand atleast mdyo nlinawan ako lalo n nun sinabi nya n iccommit dw nya n kht abutin ng gbi today e mrreceive nun recipient ko un package. Tapos around 9pm ive got a tx message stating n inattempt dw knna 2pm ideliver un package at closed dw un bhay ng friend ko! How come closed un e residential address un ndi nmn nwwlan ng tao dun dhil housewife lng un barkada ko tska may aso sila s gate so if ever may tao s labas ng bhay nila kakahol at kkahol un tska dpt tinwagan nila un friend ko pra sabhin andun n cla s tapat ng bhay nya kaso ndi gnun ang ngyre so ang ending up to this time and this day ndi prin naddeliver un package ko pra s friend ko..
