LBC Express delay of delivery

Hi LBC. I am supposed to be the recipient of the package with this tracking number:"[protected]". On august 5, the delivery guy called me that they werent able to locate the given address. So I have given them additional instructions regarding to my location. And so they promised that the delivery will be postponed until this monday August 07 at 3PM. I just want to ask if the package will still be arriving this day? Thank u

LBC Express balakbayan boxes

Where to start? So everyone can know what to expect from lbc

In may our order was returned to your bulacan hub twice because they said we were not at home to accept the delivery. That is a lie. We ended up picking it up ourselves at your local agents. Office. The excuse? A new crew that could not find us.

Balakbayan box 11* online transaction status shows departure from ca 6/28. Not true. It was delayed until 7/2. Never corrected for my online viewing.

Thurs 8/3 an expedited request for delivery was emailed to bulacan delivery hub. On fri 8/4 two agents assured me that their computer listed these boxes as out for delivery. By late afternoon I found out that I had been lied to. A supervisor again emailed bulacan delivery to get my boxes to me by sat 8/5 (By your notification that is the latest they would be delivered)

Sat 8/5 a repeat of previous days. Supervisor emialed again. No delivery.

Sun 8/6 a delivery was made of [protected] the box that was picked up 3 weeks later than [protected].

Mon 8/7 I was assured again that the delivery would be made today. Another lie. Talked to supervisor and demanded delivery today. All she could do was make excuses and give me assurance that the final box would be delivered tues 8/8 after lunch.

I was quoted 4-5 week delivery window. One box 6 weeks and another 9+ weeks.

I suggest that some of your lying agents be severely reprimanded. And the manager, team leader of your bulacan delivery hub be fired for complete lack of customer service and dereliction. They did not respond to the emails of your supervisors one time in 5 days.

LBC Express missing cargo - vitamins

Gusto ko lang po mag complaint, regarding po sa Vitamins na pinadala ko last May 5, 2017 pa, problema po kasi di umabot sa pinadalhan ko..tapos pinuntahan ko sa Maasin Southern Leyte branch last July19, ang sabi magbayad daw ako nang 185 para mabalik saken ung item na pinadala ko since di naman natanggap nang consignee..ang problema ngaun kc na despose na daw ang item. I need your prompt action on this.

LBC Express door to door delivery

I am expecting a package today. When tracking the package, it said "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." The address is correct and we've been residing here for more than 30 years. Please follow up our package. It was raining heavily this afternoon so probably we did not hear someone knockin in our gate. Please deliver it again on the same address tomorrow August 5, 2017. If possible please send it in the morning. Thank you so much.

LBC Express door to door delivery issue

..good day gusto ko lang po sana malaman what happened sa idedeliver sana sa aken. I check the LBC Tracking and it say"Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels" . Dapat kahapon Aug.3 2017 ko sya matatanggap pero di dumating. Last week naman po na deliver sa aken walang naging problema, same info naman po ang binigay ko like the address. The tracking number is [protected]

LBC Express scammer alert!!!

This person named Rehan M. Pangcatan is a scammer! Using my name, my address, and bank details just to fool his/her victims! I want to trace this person who picked up a package at LBC Gaisano Mall, Iligan City last July 21 If I'm not mistaken! From Padre Faura Manila to LBC Gaisano Iligan City! She was my consignee and I'm the sender! I had no idea she was a scammer until someone called me on the phone yesterday! Please help! Those items inside that particular package are from her scammed money from her costumers! And now she is using my name, and bank details and address to scam people!

LBC Express [protected]

The lbc tracker said "your shipment was not delivered since recipients address is out of lbc's area"
I am from bongato east bayambang pangasinan and we have an LBC branch in town :)
I have attached a photo of the tracker and it shows that it already arrived at urdaneta. I hope that it will be delivered to bayambang branch soon so i can get it there. Thank you very much

LBC Express 3 days now delayed delivery /bulacan branch tamad magdeliver

Nagship ako ng sunday JULY 30, 2017 papuntang san jose del monte bulacan, nakalagay sa status simula monday LACK OF TIME. nakalagay na nga sa box na perishable, bread yun which is expiry date is august 1, monday dapat nadeliver na yun, tinalo pa nila ang item na parang sinakay sa eroplano na sobrang tagal. Sa tingin niyo makakain pa yun. i am requesting you guys to REFUND my money. kung hindi niyo madedeliver on time! [protected] is my number!

LBC Express 5 months have passed but still no parcel has been received

We tried to follow up to Lbc Tabaco branch but the employee wil just look at us smirking just like the feeling that they're insulting us for following up the parcel that we should've recieved 5 months ago. We also said that we will pick it up on the branch but they put it on delivery.

We also went back a LOT of TIMES but still they HAVE NO CARE IN FOLLOWING UP our order even the reatiler we ordered has been or she's still in follow up with our order.

LBC Express delivery issue

I've ordered a stuff on lazada. I track the shipping everyday and it says "out of LBC service area" but few months ago, my cousin bought an items also and address it to the same address that i gave and they delivered it. So why does my items cannot be delivered? Madami panaman akong binili at iba iba yung tracking. Please resolve this lbc. This is a waste of time kung pupunta pa ako ng lbc para kunin or i pick up yung items ko ang layo almost 1hr pa na byahe and i bought 6 items with different tracking number. Please resolve this. LBC Express service (tamad ang mga employees)

for the management of LBC i am complaining about july 28 2017 transaction with the tracking # 3211**** 36**. delivery date most be july 29 2017. what the hell happen? ni hindi kayo nag reach out sakin (receiver) para malaman kung asaan na ang package namin. try nyo gumamit ng MAPA ng makita nyo address namin tsaka MATA pang hanap di bibig nyo. 3 days na wala pa rin ang package namin for PICK UP na nga eh wala pa rin sa store. ano ba winala nyo na package namin dahil sa katamaran nyo. ayusin nyo ang trabaho nyo di patamad tamad kayo eh.

LBC Express early closing

Yesterday run going to lbc before closing time and it said that closing was 7pm but it was already close when I was there. It was 6:56pm. They close to early they should close exact time perhaps the employee want to go home early. I was disappointed because I needed a cash to receive but lbc employee did not allow me I was signing the time is not yet 7pm. Still they ignore me. I hope lbc should not do this again to its customer.

LBC Express pick up lbc boxes not on time

July 29, 2017

To the management of LBC,
I am writing this complaints re my LBC boxes pick up last Sat. 7/29/2017 . My name is DAISY MERTZ of Concord CA, USA. I called LBC Concord, CA USA, 2 weeks ago to schedule pick up for my 6 LBC boxes. I was given a pick up schedule of 10AM -12 noon on 7/29/2017. Nida and Tony schedule my appt.

Time has passed and my boxes were not picked up on the scheduled time. So I ended up calling the office at noon but kept ringing
and nobody picks up the phone. Its good I have the phone number of delivery man, so I ended up calling him. He said he is still busy in Dublin and San Ramon. I asked him as to approximate time he will pick up my boxes.
He said 12 till 2 pm., so I wait again. Then time had passed again, no signs of delivery man. Then I tried to call the Concord office but again the phone is ringing and no one picks up the phone. So I ended up calling the 800 number in the Phil. I spoke to supervisor DIN ( mr. Jalahuddin ) ID # 111537, so he can help me . I am so disappointed and frustrated. Why a valued customer like me will be treated like this ? We are the customers giving business to LBC and why treat us like this ?
Perhaps Mr DIN 's email had been read by Concord office, so one staff called me and asked if my LBC boxes are picked up. I answered it was just picked up at 5pm. The delivery man arrived at 340 pm in my place and finished picking up my boxes at 5pm. What a stress on my part ! I had waited for 6 hrs . what a waste of time ! How I wish there should be a communication between the office staff and customer and delivery man if they are behind the schedule. There should be "Team work" and good communication between staff customers. So disappointing! How can I recommend LBC to other customers if your process is bad and not working ? There should be a change/ improvement in the process in your system especially PICK up of LBC boxes . Please reply to me and I hope you will read and make a room for improvement in this kind of issue.

LBC Express damaged box and items

Last April 2017 I sent 3 boxes of packages to my family in the Philippines and they received them last 11th of June 2017. The two boxes arrived safely without any damage but the third box was wrecked and totally damaged. All the stuffs inside were broken and soaked in oil. I'm really upset and unsatisfied with this kind of service. I'm hoping that you will do some action regarding what happened to the box that I'm complaining about. I have also attached some photos that will serve as a proof that the package my family have received isn't in a good condition at all.

LBC has to be the worst delivery people in the world. We sent 2 boxes to the Philippines 8th July 2022, finally arriving 19th November 2022, absolutely destroyed... The boxes looked like they had been run over by a herd of pigs, with the contents even worse. How the [censored] can you even deliver a box in this condition. You really do not care about your job or anyone elses belongings. We pay for your professional handling of our belongings, so if you really do not give a [censored] about them and have no responsibilty about your job, LEAVE and let someone else that wants the work to take your place. The CEO's of the company should hang their heads in shame for letting this happen, but obviously the [censored] comes from the top down, that is why it happens again and again... Just read the comments to see this... I know this comment will just be filed under B.I.N., with nothing done, but hopefully enough people read these comments and put LBC out of business and let another company do a professional job...!

LBC Express very bad customer service

Pangatlong beses ko ng reklamo to sa mga empleyado na tamad ng Mindanao avenue across saint james college.
Palitan niyo naman mga tao niyo jan, mga tamad at nagtstsismisan lang lage.
Lalo na pag palawan services, laging offline at cut off dinadahilan..antayin pa nila magalit ang customer bago nila asikasuhin..
Sobrang nakaka disappoint mga empleyado niyo jan. Sa ibang branches ok naman...

LBC Express shipment from metrosunnies follow up

Hi, gusto ko lang po i follow up yung shipment ng metro sunnies na may tracking number na [protected] .. The arrival dates was supposed to be July 24-25 .. kaso bakit hanggang ngayon wala pa din po yung items na inorder ko.. kse nung chineck ko siya sa tracking status ng LBC july 24 yung arrival niya sa LBC outlet then yun.. follow -up ko lang po.. isang salamin lang naman po kase yon..
