LBC Express shipment issue.

When will be the arrival of these items with the tracking number of [protected] and [protected] under Mimosa Delfin. I was tracking it, at sabi kahapon ready for delivery na it's LBC PASAY DELIVERY HUB e walang dumating na package kahapon. 8 understand naman kasi baka dahil sa lakas ng ulan, kaso when i checked or track it again today it says that shipment issue. Dapat kayo ang tumawag sa mga clients kung anong problema. Para alam ang sasabihin namin sa mga magre-receive dapat ng delivery. This vpouch are watches. I need a feedback today because my client is asking about her package. Thank you!

LBC Express undelivered package

I went to their branch in Gasak Malabon on Thursday expecting it will be delivered on the next day or Saturday. The souvenirs ( package inclusions) were needed last Sunday, September 10, 2017 but it never came. I called the customer service on Monday since I thought it was useless to call on a Sunday. The customer service representative told me it was undelivered because they lack of people to deliver the package in that area and the volume of deliveries is not enough. Make it short, THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE AT ALL! The CSR told me she will note that the package was needed on a Sunday and that she will make sure it is delivered after lunch on the same day ( MONDAY). Tuesday came and nothing arrived. I called the center again and the CSR who answered my call confirmed that it still UNDELIVERED and that if I file a complaint, they are only liable for the amount I paid for their service and not with the damages they caused! As clearly stated in their agreement, they are refunding payments for delayed deliveries but my case again is UNDELIVERED. And I asked them what am I supposed to do, they told me to call them again or wait until further advise from the company. AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL.

I hope these companies understand the damages it caused me. Had I known they will not deliver it at all, I never would have trusted them.

LBC Express stuffs I ordered from online called shopee

I checked my tracking order. Here's the tracking number of my order [protected] and it says that LBC couldn't locate my address but I'm pretty sure that I put my real and complete address in my order form. LBC texted me that my order will be delivered today but I am so disappointed knowing that they couldn't find my location but how come? Pls do some action

LBC Express services

today i was about to receive a parcel then this msg came..is this how your people msg someone who can pick up phones because of work?..by the way the call was just 3times. i called this man and yes he hid shout at me saying its not hes fault that i was working..

this happens in cagayan de oro city i hope to get a response. next time i hope u get professional people..this is insulting ..i am very disappointed.

LBC Express lbc express [protected]

I had sent LBC Express [protected] with only SIM card in it on Saturday 9/9/2017 at 3pm to be delivered to Sampalok Manila from LBC SM Southmall, I was told it will be received by Monday​ afternoon. Tracking says it arrived to Espana Delivery Hub at 8am Monday 11/Sept/2017, what is wrong with LBC? This SIM card is very important to the consignee who's a student. If it is lost please tell me so I can cancel the SIM connection asap. There are a lot of couriers and this is a very big mistake.

Please explain this unacceptable delay and incompetence.

LBC Express shipment issue!!

I was expecting my delivery to arrive yesterday.. Pero wala akong natanggap.. Wala ring tumawag o nag text kung nasan na ung package ko.. Ano po ang nangyari? Kelan ko matatanggap ang package ko? I was expecting my delivery to arrive yesterday because according to your tracking it will be delivered within the day yesterday. I waited but my package was not delivered. I provided a contact number, why did they not contact me through it if your delivery service could not locate me? Now, how am I suppose to know if I would be getting my delivery?

LBC Express staff

As I visit LBC DAU just a few hours ago, I feel so disappointed on how they treat their costumers. I am a pregnant person and they didn't priorities me. Almost 1 hour ako nag hintay, the 2 staffs na naka duty is puru daldal at pacute. Halos lahat ng costumers nag alisan, even me sa sobrang tagal nila mag process. One of the costumers pa nga ang nag inggay sa sobrang galit sa tagal ng mga transactions, and one of the staff answered na: "Sir mabagal po kasi yung system, iba ang system namin sa lahat ng LBC"
I transact every week sa LBC Dau, pero ganun at ganun pa din ang flow ng transactions ko. Hndi na siya nakakatuwa. Hope mabigyan to ng aksyon.

LBC kindly follow this tracking # [protected] .. Take note -July 07, 2017 pa na forward ng Fastract (tracking # 3645794) sa LBC ang Package, but untill now wala paring action.. Nakikipag cooperate naman ako sa Fastrack at LBC, may proof akong text messages at nakailang balik na rin ako sa LBC Norzagaray .. Please lang ayusin nyo naman trabaho nyo, wag kayong iresponsable .. July pa pinaship ang Package, September na ngayon!

LBC Express my customer item didn't arrive on him

I check online for tracking the parcel and on sept. 09, 2017 it says that ready for delivery. please expect delivery with in the day.

LBC Express please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels.

This is my tracking number [protected], I receive an update last September 5 that my product has arrived, and on sep. 06 it tells me that is ready for delivery but it was postponed . But we didn't postponed it . It say "We tried to deliver your shipment but there was a request to postpone the delivery. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels" the item was from lazada.

Please, do ship my item, i badly need it for my photojounalism. this is my tracking number [protected], it say' "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient refused to accept. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." but we didnt refused it ... please call me or text me, this is my number, [protected]. Thanks, this happened the second time the first was "We tried to deliver your shipment but there was a request to postpone the delivery. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." but we did not request to postpone it. please i badly need it because the journalism will start this 3rd week of september or 1st week of october please, i badly need it, Thank you.

Good eve po. IThis is to inform you/ LBC Express, that i'm very disappointed in sending items thru you/lbc, because i went to LBC Mabini, Batangas branch, and sent my 3 kinds of items with a total of 7 items including cellphone, last friday, june 5. I wrote the name of receiver and the address CLEARLY, to be received by him in Brgy. Sto. Nino, Magalang Pampanga, with tracking# [protected] but i wondered why i received LBC notice on June 8 that my shipment was received by other person whom i do not know, and not written in the form i filled up.. HE IS NOT THE PERSON TO RECEIVE IT, why did your delivery man gave it to him? I called the correct person and there wasn't package brought there by your LBC. Can you explain why you gave my shipment to the wrong person in a wrong place? until now you dont have the initiative to make it clear to me while it was already reported it to you by your branch? what about now? LBC mabini branch told me that you/LBC customer service personnel will call me but until now why i never get any words from you. Cellphone has important files/documents/data there, what will happen to it? how about data privacy law? if other persons got that items, opened it or use it, what can you say? When can you contact me? next year? while i reported it early to the LBC personnel here in Mabini, Batangas. Can you give me explanation about it? How about my items sent? what will happen now? can i recover it soon? Please answer me because that is your RESPONSIBILITY, to trace it and give to right receiver. i hope i will receive your answer about this. when you reply, i'l give you the tracking number. I would like to express my disappointment that your promo is not effective... Most people like to avail promos... Your COP promo is not well endorsed by some of your staff specifically here in ORMOC SM branch and Palompon Branch... I feel that some of your staff are arrogant and insensitive to their clients, they always give the regular rate and does not give the client the option of availing the COP promo. When i insisted that i want to avail the promo and they answered me they have no small box available and referred me to go to the other branch... Why should i go to your other branch which is far from my place and what if they have also no small box available? I hope you can reprimand your staff on their attitudes. To my dismay i decided to go to another courier.

LBC Express lazada delivery

EDD of the item should have been last September 6 but because of payment issues it was not delivered the item is a COD delivery from a lazada seller. Then the item should be delivered again on the following day ( September 7) but upon checking the status it has been refuse by the recipient, where in fact there was no delivery that was made .

LBC Express paano ko po garud makukuha yung padala if recipient's address is out of lbc's service area.

"September 05, 2017 Shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area."
Taga Sto. Tomas, Isabela po ako, and may branch ng LBC sa Tumauini, Isabela. So medyo malapit lang.

Ano na po ba nangyayari sa package ko bakit po may problema sa delivery? kompleto naman po ang address na nakasulat doon sa box at pwede din naman kontakin ng delivery man ang receiver kasi nakasulat din po doon ang contact number kasama sa address eh. please po ideliver nyo na po ang package na yun kasi ilang araw na po na naghihintay ang parents ko at importante po 'yun.

LBC Express touchdown apparel bags shipment

I was expecting that the bags I ordered at Touchdown Apparel will arrived last September 6, 2017, but when I tracked the shipment it saids that there is a problem on the shipment. LBC Express attitude of an employee

I sent a package and was advised by your employee at the dispatch to opt for "FOR PICK UP" option since there is no available delivery at the address I provided. I specifically told the dispatch that the ID available to the receiver is a school ID [protected]. He answered "Pwede na yun ma'am."
I asked the receiver to pick the item up at SM Baguio, unfortunately, you're employee who is munching junks refuse to release them. She is insisting that the ID provided is not valid. Refuse to provide her name and does not want to provide any option.
My concerns:
1. If pick up was not offered, it should have been easier for someone who is pregnant to receive the package, not wasting time, effort and fare going to the mall.
2. I was told that the ID which is dated [protected] is still good.
3. Technically, ID is still good. IT IS STILL 2017! (for crying out loud!)
4. The employee at SM Baguio is rude to my sister in law.
5. She is munching something while talking to customer.
6. She refuse to give her name and asked "BAKIT?" This pisses me off.. As a customer, I have the right to know the name of the person handling my business.
7. There is a phone number provided to LBC everytime I send packages. It would be nice to at least notify the customer if a problem during pick up occurs.
My sentiments:
1. It would be good if your employees are collaborated with the information about your process. One employee advised that the said ID can be used and but was not during the pick-up.
2. The ID is technically, still VALID...
3. Being rude is never, never and I say should never be tolerated.
4. Eating infront of customers is impolite esp when talking while your mouth is full.
5. I have the right to know the name of the person handling my business instead of answering back with "BAKIT".
6. Have them provide other options. Asking for another ID won't do as much esp when it is not available.

LBC Express service I am complaining about

I sent an important letter to my dad through LBC yesterday september 4 2017 in Gusa, Cagayan de oro city to anonas kamias quezon city metro manila. Then the girl told me named Sandy Dumago that she cannot see the address through her computer. How come? So i've been struggling to find the exact address in google. So while i was searching the google if what should be the exact address. I didnt even know she was click wrong address which is WEST KAMIAS. When she dictate it she told me that Kamias Rd quezon city metro manila so iwas confident that it was right. Well i didnt even review the paper because i was in a rush.

Can LBC west kamias branch forward the letter through anonas kamias quezon city lbc branch?
Its very important document and he need it for tomorrow.

MY FATHER WILL GO THERE AT 748 Edsa west kamias quezon city metro manila to pick up the document. Thias was the WORST SERVICE ever in GUSA, CDOC.
