LBC Express my parcel didn't arrive

I can no longer track where my parcel is.
I tried to track my parcel with tracking number [protected]. I still havent received it. Its been 6 days already. Notes says last March 12, that our house is closed but its not. I waited the whole day at our house for 4 days already. I even ask my aunt who just live infront of our house but did not even notice lbc delivery. Have received packages from AP Cargo but no LBC package received. I even told them the other day that I will just pick up at Gorordo Branch which is just near our place but they said that my parcel is already out for delivery. Ive waited the whole day but no one arrives. Waited also today the whole day but no one arrives. I dont even know where my package is. Tried calling the warehouse but no one answers. Very poor service. Pls help!

LBC Express about the parcel I send they said that the consignee was out but the consignee waited the whole day

My tracking number is [protected].. And I already called the hotline I was so disappointed for the solutions that they offer me... I was tracking my parcel and on the trackship system it says 9 am on march 9 is out for dlivery, my consignee waited the whole day but no lbc personel appear there for the delivery of my parcel.. Now my consignee is already in england... But I was so diappointed that if they're gonna give me back my parcel I have to pay for it again... I cannot imagine that its your lapses and im the one whos gonna pay for it again

LBC Express unethical behaviour of the delivery man

Date of the incident: March 14, 2018
Client's number: [protected] (my mom's number). I called on behalf of my mom.

Good day!
I wrote this last night but I lost my internet so I couldn't send it.
Here is the full description of the incident.

My brother sent 2 boxes with 1 receipt from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia months ago. One of the box was received at my mom's workplace (Lala Health Center) by her colleague because my mom is attending a seminar this morning. It came to our knowledge that one of the packages is already delivered this afternoon around 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. My brother is worried because he only has 1 receipt so we called the LBC deliveryman right away.

I called and told him that my brother sent the 2 packages together so he only has one receipt. (with a high tone voice) He replied, that it is impossible because each box should have a different receipt. But I told him, we only have 1 receipt because again I said, they are both sent together. We had an argument about it. And to make the long story short, he said that he is talking about the tracking number but as you can see I am talking and asking about just having 1 receipt of the 2 boxes. Clearly, we had a misunderstanding. The main reason is that he doesn't know how to listen, while I am still talking, he also talks. This is a very bad attitude of handling a customer.

We pay for this and we expect respect and good service from these people. I hope you will educate this deliveryman. I called him through this number, [protected]. Probably his office is in Ozamis city or Iligan City. I don't know his name and I don't have any recording of the call. But I guess, spending time complaining and writing this to you is enough to prove that I didn't get a good service from this unethical man. I was disrespected. My family trusted LBC for a long time I hope you will do something about this.

LBC Express this was my tracking number! [protected]

As I checked my parcel it says that I ve refused to accept the parcel there was no such thing as that happened. Lbc didnt arrived here nor tried to call me. So how come this thing happens? Your making fake alibi not to deliver my parcel. You should know that every parcel matters and have been waited! I am very disappointed with that seems like your delivery man did do the job well

LBC Express parcel delivery

LBC's service in general sucks! Everytime I order stuff online there was never a successful delivery. Their drivers are either too lazy or too stupid and don't even put any effort to find the location. Their customer service agents are rude and can't wait to end your conversation. 80% of the computers at all their branches are old and need replacing, that's why there are always long lines and take so much of everyone's time. Look at the screenshot of their tracking tool. The first failed delivery attempt, they said the house was closed and no one was there. The 2nd failed attempt, they said they couldn't find the address. How could they say that the house was closed when they couldn't find it? If you are planning to order anything online, ask the seller not to use LBC as the courier.

LBC Express my lost postal id

March 12 11:20 AM LBC Puregold Q.I E rodriguez branch Transaction #, nagreceive ako ng refund from lazada then hinigian ako ng ID which I gave my Postal ID, after 20 mins dahil they contacted the main branch para sa confirmation ng refund ko walang binalik na ID ang binigay lang. After ko magpunta ng LBC pumunta akong cebuana for receiving din ng money nagulat ako wala na yung ID ko kaya dapat babalikan ko sa LBC. kaso working hours ko kaya kinabukasan ko na binalikan kaso sabi nung attendant na kumuha din nun wala daw yung ID ko.

LBC Express lbc marikina cainta delivery team

I've sent docs last mar 8, 2018, it arrived at marikina cainta team last mar 10, 2018 no update since then. Please send the docs asap. Supposedly it shoud be 1-2 days only. What seems to be the problem with your delivery team? Very poor service and very incompetent people. Please prioritize because that is a very important document.

ano na 12 pa nasa marikina cainta items ko Wala balak i deliver ba ? Bat kasi mga tamad ni hired nyo jusko daig pa kayo ng ibang express eto pa naman pinaka kilala tas ganyan .san ba bandang yang marikina cainta delivery team at ako nalang punta nakakahiya naman kasi wtf

LBC Express driver

Today 13 March 2018 at Quezon Avenue, cor BIR Road, around 1:00pm, your LBC Delivery Van with plate number AAX 2335, recklessly swerved his way entering BIR road, cutting through 4 lanes.

Agitated but calm, I tried to get the driver's attention to inform him that what he did was fatal and reckless. I thought at that time that It was my civic duty to make him aware since I am very much into road safety since my father is an official at the Land Transportation Office.

As I caught up with him with windows down, to my disbelief the driver was arrogant, combative and seems like he did not know that he was recklessly driving.

I strongly encourage that LBC Management should investigate and discipline him because what he did was not only dangerous but also fatal to human life.

LBC Express service/how they assist

It has been about a month, since December that I have not gone to the lbc warehouse reclamation to pick up my order. To my dismay, I have gone there yesterday 3/12 and the people that assist the custers have changed. I told the lady assisting me that I need to pick up an prder from Shopee amd instead she gave me a piece of paper with the link in it for us to track the tracking number. Shopee does not give us any lbc tracking number. It is always Shopee's tracking and when I chek the tracking in the checkmeout.ph, it does not show the details I need. Im just pissed off why ots hard to pick up my tracking now and why cant they just locate the package there in the warehouse by asking the delivery man who delivered it. Everyone was insisting with the tracling number that your Shopee customers mau not have! And the new representatives are maldita! I saw one of the lady rolled her eyes to the customer who was already there waiting for his package before us. Lbc cant we do anything about this? Before, I only give my name and amount to the lady and she will look for my package buy right now, the ladies there are just in lazymode and just whine and insist you give them a tracking number. Upond checking that link they gave me it just shows the same info as what shopee has. And how come they would insist for the tracking number without looking for it first?! So why have they seen my first package but not the second one? The activity in the tracking changed shows no paent but no one contacted me that they will deliver it. Why wpuld they change the status right away?

LBC Express servicer

I am regular customer of LBC,
Everyday i was sending my cargo all over the philippines,
Last March 11, 2018, i went to LBC Kalayaan branch code MMA-CQC09-KALAYAAN BRGY CENTRAL around 7pm. I know the branch closed at 7:30pm.
Then after i opened the door the cashier Dennielyn Tan told me that she already closed and printed already their transactions for the whole day.
"The driver already texted to her to coming soon to pick up the cargo's"" she added.

I told her that its just only 7pm and the branch supposed to be closed at 7:30pm
And Im pleasing to her to transact my 2 boxes so i wont need to carry home. I am too far from the place and the box was 5kilos each.

She refused, and telling to me that she already closed and printed out all the transaction before I came.

I called the customer hotline the following day, and went to other branch.

LBC Express shipment bound to baras rizal with tracking number: [protected]

I've been calling lbc customer hotline to follow up the status of our parcel 5 days straight. It was forwarded to rizal team last march 8, 2018 but, until now, not yet delivered. I am only asking and requesting for the lbc call team to call and assure maam joan tan that the parcel is in good hand and will be delivered in good condition. Its just a simple request to avoid cancellation of order and refunds on both ends. They promised that my call has been escalated but until now, my client received no call from them. I am hoping for immediate response on this matter. By the way, on my last update, he (forget the name of the agent) just dropped the line while I am still speaking.

LBC Express calbayog city lbc office is extorting extra money for delivery of boxes

Bill of Laden #s [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected] were shipped from the Seattle/Tacoma location. Upon arrival in Calbayog City, we got a message from the boat Captain that LBC Office in Calbayog said our boxes had arrived and that "WE" had to go to the office and pick up. WRONG. Your Representative that always picks up our boxes (7 plus years) always tells us that LBC will delver the boxes to the family member on the island. EVERY time the male Filipino at the warehouse informs us that "WE" must go to the warehouse to lick up the boxes and that "HE" will not use the LBC truck to drop off to us at the ferry boat that takes us back and forth to the island. LBC trucks do not drive on the Samar sea. So the boxes "MUST" be put on the ferry boat by LBC to have them delivered to our family members. In this case with these 5boxes, both my wife and I were in Calbayog City and my wife was the person who the boxes were supposed to be delivered to. When we went to the LBC Office in Calbayog City, the Filipina checked to see if the boxes were here, which were confirmed and she called the warehouse and talked to a male Filipino who said HE would not deliver the boxes. She gave the phone to my wife where she attempted 3 times to explain to him he had to delver the boxes to us on the ferry boat. "4" times he hung up on her on the phone. So my wife got upset and directed the Filipina "3" times to have the boxes put on the next days ferry boat to Buenavista, Sto. Nino island which she is aware of. The boxes "DID NOT" show up till 6 days later after I had tried to call this office, sent a email with no actions taken. Finally I asked a friend to stop by the LBC Office and tell them that if the boxes were not on the boat that day, that I would come to the office with a PNP Officer and file "Extortion" Complaint against the LBC Office staff and the male Pinoy at the warehouse in demanding money to have our boxes delivered.

I expect the following from LBC.

1. I want the local LBC Office in the Bremerton area to have their representative stop by with $40.00 in cash for the money "WE" had to pay for the cargo fee on the boat and the money paid to the Filipinos to carry the boxes to our house on the island which is only a 8 minute walk from the boat landing.

2. I expect that a "SENIOR" LBC Executive go to Calbayog City and do a investigation on this office and the warehouse people. Fire them all for "EXTORTION".

3. I expect that the CEO contact me about this issue has it has not been a problem for over 7 years and its the same arguments with these people. I expect him to discuss this with me and to ensure me that I will in fact get the money I am requesting for since LBC failed to take care of these charges.

4. If I do not hear back with in 48 hours from LBC Corporate Office from a Senior Executive I will make a complaint with the BBB in the Seattle area against LBC. I will also contact agencies with in the Philippines to do an investigation on LBC.

Now, here is some additional information on the LBC Office in Calbayog City. I met a American who has his own Balikbayan box delivery business with another company. He told me that the LBC Office in Calbayog City has major issues and that there have been numerous complaints against this office and a few PNP Extortion filing.

Why is LBC failing to fix this office problems and fire people?

My next use of LBC will have me have a PNP Police Officer with me when I attempted to have my boxes delivered to our boat or the ferry boat. If they demand money, I will file extortion charges against them.

So, what will it be LBC?

Contact me at [protected] in the US from the CEO or VP of LBC. I will not talk to anyone else as this matter has reached a serious stage of filing a lot of complaints with major agencies, both in the US and the Philippines.

Ako si rhea jesulga nagpadala poh ako ng box noong january 15 2018.. Sa pangalan no gerry doydora... Ang complain ko lang poh na sana palitan ko poh ng pangalan sa mama ko kasi naghiwalay na kami sa asawa ko.. Tas sabi nya sakin ibibinta daw nya yung mga laman ng box plsssss poh e change ko poh ng pangalan.. Ni rosita autida jesulga sya poh ang mama ko..

My parcel tracking number [protected] na binili ko online, waiting for how many day at last when i checked on your tracking site arrived na at last sc butuan so hinintay ko lng. Knbukasan nag text ang lbc my iyem daw iddliver nung wed. So i waited but wala. Thurs. Text na nmn iddliver i waited wala pa rin. Fri. Pumnta ako ng lbc sabi nasa sc villakanangga na lbc daw ang layo! So i waited nnmn. Tnxt ko ung numberna ibinigay sa bi msgr daw un ng lbc sc.sat. Tinwagan ko lbc binigay sa akin number ng msgr dsw sa lbc vllkngga di mn lng nag ans. Sat. Nyt at last nkusap ko na un msgr sabi wala daw cyang parcel emenvil kasi emnvil add. Ko. So today tumawag nnmn ako via long distance sa landline nu [protected]!upon chcking sabi ibinalik daw kasi walng tao! Take note lbc ha palagi na Itong nangyayari sa akin! according to the update of the LBC tracking, it was receive to their Lower Laguna Delivery Hub in Cabuyao Laguna.

why not in Pacita, San Pedro, Laguna branches kung saan ito naka-address?.
...pwede ba ito re-schedule for pickup from lower laguna delivery hub to pacita?

LBC Express service

I have an item to receive it should be at d'mall boracay, malay aklan. It's been one month since I checked the tracking number on the internet it was already arrived at caticlan hub I came to their office for how many times but I didn't received or have an update with my item. Mobile phone and landline of the said branch is really hard to reach i'm so worried with my item inside of it is my phone and there are lot of files there related on my work.

tracking no.[protected] dtd mar 5 delivery stated at the receipt is mar 6. on mar 8 when no delivery made we start to make constant follow up thru lbc customer agent but still no delivery done and nakkainis pa the lbc agent keep on commiting and giving us assurance ma i deliver na the day we called. ilang araw kmi tumatawag and until today mar 10 at 548pm no delivery yet. me deadline kmi nid ma meet kaya thru lbc express kmi nagpadala sadly mas matagal p pla kun sa ordinary mail n lng sana kami nagpadala baka mas mabilis pa. sana nmn improve nila service nila. nakakalungkot lang pano pag napenalty kmi sa bir dahil sa poor service ng lbc express [wede ba cla i charge nmin kau sa surcharges and penalties in case na di nmin ma meet dealine sa bir. und document kc na courier nmin sa kanila nid para makakuha kmi ng doc sa maribels municipality na nire require nman ng bir pati ung recipient di makaalis ng bahay kakaantay sa delivery nila na until today wla.

LBC Express customer care and delivery hub sucks

Hello

Can you please fix your system or the personnel? I received a text last March 06, 2018 that the item will be delivered that day but nothing came. I called March 07, 2018 in the customer contact number and talked to Ayen your customer agent that he followed up already and assured me to have the item to be delivered the next day. But come March 08, 2018, no item was delivered. I even contacted Lazada on the night of March 08, 2018 thru chat and they also followed up as accdg to them the item will be delivered on or before March 12, 2018. So a while ago I called again Lbc because no item was delivered again and talked to the agent Nica that the delivery of the item was not catered and will be going back to Lazada shop. The point is that your team is not doing their job. I wonder if they are checking emails or whatever system you are using to track deliveries. Or just lazy delivering the items. They should have called the person to verify the address or ask question on the address if they can't find the address. So why returning the item without verification or checking! Very poor service!

LBC Express parcel with passport inside didn't arrive it is from dfa

I would like to file a complaint regarding my parcel with passport inside from i went to dfa last feb 6 and have my passport delivered thru lbc until now march 8 the passport has not arrive. I am so disappointed how can the dfa trust lbc when they are so careless of the important document. LBC sucks and can't be trusted. My tracking number is [protected]. Do you know how hard to get an online schedule on dfa? I need your reply ASAP. I have been calling your hotline but it seems they are so slow. No feedback until now. I have been calling your hotline for 6 straight days but no formal feedback😡😡😡
