LBC Express lost passport

We went to LBC warehouse here in Imus Cavite, we made a follow up on the deliver of my wife passport which supposed to be deliver on june 8, 2018 but for some reason we haven't received it yet. As per LBC personnel the said passport is missing. I spoke to their team leader Mr. Neil onante, who told me that they will process the replacement as soon as possible. We were upset because we badly needed the passport on september this year for our vacation in Japan. It was the most unprofessional incident we have ever experienced because until now they didn't do anything to help us with our concern. We made a consistent follow thru sms and call we even peronally visited lbc warehouse but still nothing happen. I hope you can help us with our concern because it was really a bad timing because my wife just gave birth to our son and she was really stress out already with this incident.

I received a text message from lbcexpress confirming the delivery of the envelope by recipient luzviminda tenchavez on june 12, 2018.

Just now, I was informed by mrs tenchavez that she never received the envelope from lbc.

Please furnish me with a copy of the acknowledgement receipt signed by mrs tenchavez.

LBC Express delayed delivery of the item

The transaction date was in june 7 and delivery date was on june 8 from lbc 168 mall to be delivered at san miguel calumpit bulacan. We already called the lbc hotline for follow up as we are expecting that it will be delivered on the said date which is on the receipt. June 9 my wife called again and they gave us numbers and the staff said that its there already at 89 st. Bulacan metroware center and we are asking to deliver it monday before lunch because the one who will receive have a flight in the afternoon and there will be no chance for me to receive it anymore if delayed. My wife called again the next day but nobody is answering. Unfortunately they didn't deliver on my requested time. Im very very disappointed with your service honestly! I hope this will catch your attention and do something regarding my concern

LBC Express parcel delivery

My parcel was ready for delivery last June 16, then 15 mins after that they update that there's a shipment issue and we should get in touch with their official customer care. What gives? Can they not specify what the issue is, or can't they just contact us through the provided contact number upon shipment? Isnt that the point of us giving them that info? We will be complaining about this afternoon at the nearest lbc branch. I hope you improve your service but if you can't, please stop claiming that your the hari ng padala. Such bull!

LBC Express delivery from lazada

Hi,
Over the years I am using LBC in sending money for the longest time, shipments if maybe you can track my name, trust me I have a lot but until an incident last night, I bet I have to find another company. Aside from inefficient long cue and no chairs and 1 or 2 counters serving unlike before, if you are on cost cutting, please make it efficient, my Goodness
I just do not know if LBC is just so insensitive and I have no idea if you are really working on your complaints or just simply saying we apologize we apologize this is just a lousy customer service indeed. Do you need help? You can hire me.
I just do not know if you simply do not care if it's from Lazada. Their vendor unfortunately chose LBC as their courier where I had the worst experience yesterday.
I called multiple times and I was assured many times that it will be delivered, agent assured to send the message to the QC hub that I am waiting at least it can be read but 7 8pm came and nothing happened.
I even verbalized I do not want to hear I'm sorry, it didn't reach cut off, it will be Monday, nobody was home and…….. I was not surprised, to my frustration this is what I heard during my last call.
Perhaps this is a practice.
What made me mad was that the report said nobody was home, my gosh! I was at the terrace the whole time from 12 noon to 8pm, because first this is a building, I have to watch over if someone is coming but, the worst thing nobody texted or called, this was a BIG LIE, whoever the team was yesterday I want to escalate this, this is unacceptable, my schedule was destroyed big time because of you guys, If they were in front of 137b address I should see them but then again with my stay at the terrace no LBC came, so whoever the team was yesterday that was a big lie again. Like common, can you find like a legit excuse, or lies .or they don't know the address, maybe they can use WAZE, I am just in EAST Kamias so this is not a hard to find place at all. Believe me it is really unacceptable. I want all my calls reviewed, agents involved, there was even an agent who hanged up on me. I need an acceptable explanation, in fact I need compensation maybe. |This is to the nerves really, trust me.
Here is the order number, I need it first thing in the morning, Monday for I have a flight. I want an action to this complaint, I need someone to call me.

LBC Express lbc express. parcel delivery tracking number 891012608484

Tracking number 891012608484 item ordered may 28 2018. Lbc express did not send any confirmation text/email! That item was being delivered on june 12 2018. Lbc personnel / delivery person did not attempt to call or text with the number provided on june 13 2018 to inform they are already at the registered address the item should be delivered! Very poor service! We waited all day for the item for 2 weeks. Lbc registered the house was closed for the 2nd time! Very disappointed!

Goodeve, regarding lang sa delivery ni shopee lahat kasi ng order ko lagi di nadedeliver 4 times na kasi nangyayari lagi nila sinasabi na office closed excuse me lang noh lagi iniiwan ko sa guard yung payment at may cctv po kami sa office na hindi naman sila nagpupunta.at bakit puro LBC lang ang di ko natatanggap ng package may problema ba sil sa location ng office namin?let me know kasi kaya ako nag order kasi need ko na.Hindi na nakkatuwa, bakit naman yung BAE at ninja van naddeliver?nakakaalarmed na to di nyo naayois ang problema nyo sa mga tao nyo.24/7 po may guard sa office namin tapos office closed kkatawa lang..madami pa ko order sa shoppee na LBC ang courier cguro macacancel din yun.

LBC Express delivery of package in cebu city

My wife and I recently sent a package to Cebu City. The package was placed under my wife's name, Jhoana Liz C. Generoso (as shipper). The person who would be receiving the package is my father -in-law, Alejandro "Rudy" Calago. This package was sent around 5 PM of June 8, 2018 (Friday) at the LBC Express Office in Makati Avenue. As per discussion with the LBC representatives in that branch, the package was suppose to be delivered the following day in Cebu City. The shipping number for this package is [protected].

Actually, one of your guys who is in charge of the delivery did get in touch with the number my wife provided the following day (June 9, Saturday). Unfortunately my brother-in-law was not able to answer the call. He did, however, called the same number several times and even sent a text message. He did not get any reply either by text message or call as of now. The number I'm referring to here is [protected].

This morning (June 11, 2018) I called your toll free number and scheduled for a delivery. Your customer service representative told me that he made a request for the Cebu branch to deliver this package on the same day. As of 5 PM today, we haven't received any deliveries yet. I again called your toll free number also at around 5 PM today asking about the still undelivered package. Your customer service representative (whose name is IAN) gave some flimsy excuse for not being able to deliver the package. This is the reason why I'm writing down this formal complaint.

Let me just remind you that this is not the first time we have sent a package in the address stated in the delivery receipt. The previous times we sent packages to this Cebu City address we did not experience any problem. So as you can see here the delivery address is not an issue at all. The weather today here in Cebu is perfectly fine (compared to Manila). So the weather is also an issue here.

May I ask why are we experiencing delivery issues with this particular package? Did your guys here in Cebu found something "interesting" in the package?

I'll be waiting for a feedback from any of your authorized representatives and I hope I hear from you soon.

LBC Express important document not delivered!

May 29, 2018 nagpadala ang mama ko sa tito ko ng Card at Good moral certificate ng mga anak nito sa Dipolog branch na lbc, pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin na edeliver.Halos araw araw binabalik balikan ng mama ko sa kakafollow up kasi pasukan na at hindi pwedeng maenroll ang mga pinsan ko kasi nga hindi pa dineliver ng kompanya niyo yung card at good moral certificate.Dahilan nung babaeng nag assist sa mama "naipadala na dw".Pero bakit wala pa rin yung mga pinadala na mga documents pabalik balik na nga rin yung tito't tita ko dun sa manila sa kakatanong kung dumating na ba yung documents pero dahilan naman nung nag assist sa kanila hindi pa daw naipadala.Ang pinakaproblema pa hindi daw pwede kaayo pwede mag refund!lintik!kayo na nga yung nakawala hindi pa kayo magrerefund!ang laki pa ng binayad namin wala rin palang silbi!Maraming naman sanang dyang pwedeng padalhan kaso mas nagtitiwala kami sa inyo!pero mga wala rin pala kayong kwenta mga mukha pang pera!

LBC Express delivery failed

May package ako from shoppee and then hindi nla n deliver and they posted on status no payment so i nag chat ako s seller ng product ang sabi daw makipag coordinate ako dito.just this morning nag msg ang Lbc sabi may delivery ako so naghintay ako buong araw wlang dumating.tinawagan ko ang Lbc sabi nla 2 days ndaw cla attempt to deliver and wla nkakilala s akin ang sabi ko sana tumawag kayo;and they said hindi ako mkontak napaka imposibli yon kasi laging on ang cp ko.now i check the status return to origin n pala.its not fair!

LBC Express arranged pick up time for box

My Aunt avail the LBC service and requested to be picked up. They confirmed the pick up on 5 June between 1-6pm (what a safe arranged of timing!).

Since the pick up was arranged by them, we thought that it's BETWEEN 1-6pm (not before 1 and not after 6pm).

My aunt called the LBC contact number and she was TOLD to move the box outside our door step for their easy access. Hello! It's a box to send to Philippines which is a huge box and definitely heavy. How can you expect the person who will put their full packed box near the door for LBC's EASY ACCESS OF PICK UP? Then she was told that she will call the driver.

We've waited for another 15mins but no call until we decided to call the office again to talk to the manager (Sharon Tordesillas). She said that her staff is trying to contact the driver but no avail. I told her the arranged timing and the whole story how we failed to go on our own errands because of waiting. She apologise fine, it's given. But the craziest question she said was "do you still want to proceed the pick up today or you want to reschedule?" (😱😱😱) that really rings the big bells in my head and thinking "oh yeah! It's really helpful suggestion." Hello! 🙄 Didn't I told you that we have missed our appointments for the day still you dare to ask me if I want to proceed? Come on! 😠 Instead of she offering any means atleast to ease my boiling blood.

Next time, stick to your commitments with your clients. And dnt tell me that because they are your Contractors and they are the one who arranged. Was that means you I'm pretty sure you have some agreed rules/ arrangements when it comes for pick ups and you dnt wanna be affected on bad service of your pick up Contractors.

PS: you can look at this complaints in a good way for service improvements.

LBC Express delivery man attitude

I gave definitely worse rating for LBC specifically in Carcar Branch. I was waiting for my delivery since May 30, 2018 since it was the delivery date my orders was supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivery to promised delivery date. What happened is, the delivery arrived June 4, 2018. I did not received any text messages from the delivery man that they were coming, since I had some errands to do I went out, so I was not there in the house to received the delivery. My sister informed the delivery man that I am here in the house and asked the delivery man if they texted me, the delivery man replied in a very disrespectful manner. He said to my sister, that they don't need to text me and I since I know that I am waiting for a delivery, I should not left home and should wait for them even if it would take them long to delivery the items. He was really upset and even have an argument with my sister, he also stated that his very tired with all of kind of stuff. First of all, that's his job and non of my business if he is tired or not. He is paid to do his work. Second, he should have texted me first since they did not deliver the items to me in the promise date. And third, I have so much stuff to do and not just to wait for the stupid deliver. Please do train your people on customer service, you have a very poor customer service. Your people should be delighted in delivering orders to their customers since those customers are the one who paid for their salary. If there's no customers, there's no business to begin with. Thank you.

LBC Express staff in lbc rodriguez rizal

Sender advised the staff to send documents for pick to mariveles lbc because she doesnt know the complete address but the staff send it for delivery door to door. The staff made negligence by accepting the documents for door to door delivery with incomplete address though he/she instructed to send it for pick up. The contents of that are 2 cards and good moral to transfer our children to other school. They're still not enrolled due to this inconvenience. The tracking number is [protected].

LBC Express delivery

I sent an important package last Friday afternoon (June 1) with tracking number [protected] to Bulacan. I sent it through LBC, because I was confident that it will arrive on Saturday, just like what the LBC personnel told me since, and I quote (non-verbatim) he said, "sa Bulacan lang naman, so bukas lang andun na to". It did not arrive on Saturday, it barely arrived at the Pulilan warehouse come midnight. I called the customer service on Sunday since I was informed that it hasn't arrived yet, and they told me that there may be a volume of deliveries, but why should that be a valid excuse to leave out my package?

I called again yesterday and no package again. I am beyond frustrated since it is an important document that I have to pass for a visa application. They said that I called "too late", but how is that even my problem, when I waited a whole day for them to deliver the package, but still nothing? I called again today, and I was informed that it is noted as something that should be delivered today. I am writing in complaint not because it was late, but because the whole situation has given me so much anxiety, on top of my phone call anxiety. LBC and everything that just happened did not help with my mental health and my anxiety and I am hoping that you can fix this. It is not easy for a person like me, who has a phone call anxiety on top of anxiety in general, to do follow-ups day after day, waiting for ANY update at all only to find out that my package still has not moved from where it was left. I am not blaming anybody, I am saying, please fix what needs to be fixed. Don't leave out packages and deem it unimportant, because one package left means a life ruined for some.

LBC Express i'm complaining about my parcel na hindi deniliver ng inyong delivery man.

Hello po. Bakit po ang nkalagay ng parcel ko "your shipment was not delivered due to payment issues during delivery. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channel."
Eh, hindi nga tumawag o pumunta dito sa amin ang delivery man nyo tapos yun ang nkapost sa delivery status ng parcel ko. May ibabayad po ako. Kaya cash on delivery ang kinuha ko kasi maloko na ako. Needed ko yung parcel ko. Pakideliver nman ng parcel ko.

LBC Express I am complaining regarding the service of a certain delivery boy!

I am complaining abot a delivery boy who is in charge of my delivery since yesterday and a day before! The parcel is for Alyssa Shane Noscal, he cannot locate my home! This is the first time that someone in your services cannot locate my home! This is not the first time someone delivered to me at home. Others successfully reached my home they find ways to contact me, they call for me if they have difficulties locating my home address which is good because they are doing their job well. But the guy tasked on ny delivery yesterday is very lazy! He doesn't make an effort to contact me a day before when someone is at home and yesterday i was at work which made it more difficult for the delivery but he told me that it was the last attempt?! Why, others can delivery to me for the third attempt successfully! Why not him? I was not born yesterday!
