I want to file a complaint against LBC express. I applied for passport in DFA Robinsons Novaliches last May 25, 2017. Expected release of passport is on June 6, 2017. Delivery staff arrived at my location last June 5, 2017 according to my neighbors and was looking for me. I was disappointed because I have not received any text message from the delivery staff that they were there in my location. I visited www.lbcexpress.com to track the status of my delivery and on June 7, 2017 status was " Ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day.". So I waited at home for the whole day and I have not received the package. I contacted customer service to ask what happen. It is very difficult to get a live representative that I dial their number so many times. I got a representative last June 7 and advised me to wait until afternoon for delivery. She mentioned that LBC were not able to locate my address wherein my neighbor told me that LBC was actually looking for me at my given address. June 5, 2017 states in the website "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient's address cannot be located. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." which is very inaccurate because they were able to locate my address that time. If they only communicated properly, these inconveniences will never happen to me. I called customer service again last June 8, requesting to deliver my passport in LBC Muzon branch. Rep advised me to pick it up the next day and went in Muzon branch but it's not there yet. Earlier of today (June 10) I checked the status in the same branch but they informed me that my passport in pending in delivery hub in Guiguinto and I need to contact DFA Robinsons Nova to contact LBC because they are the authorized person to request for the passport to be dropped in LBC Muzon branch which is very unacceptable. I am the recipient of the my own passport therefore, I strongly believe that I am an authorized person to request for it. I don't have a choice but to contact customer service thru landline. Still, I got the same information that I received the first time I called. Again, the representative named Jayson, created a follow up request for my passport to be delivered in LBC Muzon branch. He asked me to wait until Monday and pick it up 3pm onwards. Why do I have to experience all of this whereas in the first place the very reason I decided to pay for door to door deliver is convenience and I experience the opposite. I want LBC to deliver my passport in LBC Muzon branch on Monday morning with a refund that is times (3) three of the amount I paid due to so much inconvenience it caused me. I wasted money to contact customer service many times, I wasted time to follow up in website and Muzon branch, getting the same nonsense information and I wasted time to write this complaint for an hour. I want LBC to send updates starting today until I received it through text @ [protected]. I want someone to call me tomorrow 5pm for the assurance of having resolution. I want someone to be liable for what happen-to those person/s who did not communicate and/or even send a single text that "we are here in your location". or even ask what is my address' landmark. If my neighbor did not inform me that there were LBC came in my address, I will never know that my passport in pending in Bulacan delivery hub in Guiguinto.

I need urgent reply as soon as possible. I ordered a plant that is unrooted and only has a life span of maximum five days. The package should have been received today but the tracker says the recipient is unknown in the area. The area is a government building and there are people authorized to receive it had my recipient been absent at that time. Firstly this the delivery's incompetence because I also ordered a product earlier on that same day and my repient received it. Second where is my package sent if the failed to deliver it? My tracking number is [protected]. It was supposed to be a gift. The location it was supposes to be delivered to was the FPRDI building at Los Baños.

The teller / LBC attendant LAIRA BARRETTO had been very sarcastic for as customer service. Very disappointing for a pregnant woman like me to wait for my turn to be served but she served first her "kakilala" then the other person supposed to be next to me. Of course to my disgust of waiting too long, I told them I came first & gave my receipt to them so I was expecting my name will called prior to the person she called already. But instead of apologizing to me for the inconvenience, she sarcastically said "Ay naku kung di siya kapag hintay lumipat siya noh" OMG! What a very rude attendant! And when I got her name and told I will complain her, she still had the nerve to say thank you maam! Please LBC Team, do not let your service be ruined by these kind of tellers that possesses very untoward way of serving the clients.

Hi, i need a fast reply. It's been 4 days since my sister send her shipment. My tacking keeps telling me that our house was closed but i think they go in the wrong house. If they cant deliver it tomorrow i can assure you that i will post this on facebook. I need it tomorrow, deliver it or i will report this inconvenience. I'm still hoping for your fast reply

I supposed to send documents to Saipan but the guy attendant from lbc waterfun taguig was frowning all the time and doesn't show a pleasant behaviour. I just asked if the P. O.
BOX address is for snailmail. He replied that with flat affect and sarcastic way: we don't have snail mail. Then, I replied that of course I know and left the premesis. Hope you can do something about it.

I ordered product from lazada and always keep tracking it using your website. Iwas expecting my package to arive on scheduled date but you tracking is tellimg that I am responsible for not recieving my package. It is impossible that I am not present last (06/03/17) at my given address because I have been waiting there the whole day. Maybe the delivery personels went to the wrong address. I did not also refused to accept it today (06/06/17) because i never met your delivery personel.

Ang mga counter / staff ninyo dito sa LBC - Antipolo Simbahan at LBC Old Palengke Antipolo . Wala man lang magawa na way kng paano nila matulungan ang customer pinabalil balik at pasa pasahan nila ako 2days ako nagbalik balik sa branch para makuha ang remittance o padala galing UAE pinapakita ko saknila ang resibo ilang beses lagi nila ginigiit na wala ganun agent name ang LBC!

Dear LBC team,

Please be informed that there was a missing items inside my package when I double checked the box. Kindly refer my attached photos how my box formed and as you can see how they make sealed the box it was truly untidy and improper. I am very much disappointed in this matter, I hope you may resolved my issue immediately as it cannot be tolerated for this kind of modus.

Lbc sent me an info that the recipient is unknown from the given address. but how does it happened the recipient is waiting for the delivery, does your delivery man do his job? tracking#[protected]

Hi. I ordered a tv from lazada ang it was expected to be delivered within may 29-june 1. So I expected that the item will be delivered as scheduled. Pero d po dumating ung order ko. I would like to report this incident! Nag pa dala ako ng parcel thru LBC Century Makati however yung parcel is na sira! the Item is iphone5s when I was checking it is totally okay then pag dating sa pinadalhan ko sira na yung cam! nang pina check daw possible daw na nadaganan sya. I would like to report this and i want action for this because hindi nman basta basta yung pinang bili dun and I called LBC century and they told me to call customer service for this and your customer representative salve told me to go to LBC branch! yung totoo pinag ttripan nyo ko?!.iM REALLY UPSET RIGHT NOW! anyway I would like an update kung ano gagawin nyo dito and please give me a Accurate answer please! BTW i attached video and pictures na di na gumagana yung cam nya.

I just want to raise concern from lbc cavite city branch. Here's what happened. Yesterday I send money to philippines thru lbc. I was expecting that it would reach to my family very soon as my transaction with lbc are always good. But this time my family can't claim the money. And according to the staff. There's no available money or fund in all branch of lbc. May I know why? And when will you have that fund? Because my family needs that money asap. My mother ask the staffs but they don't know when? Which is not acceptable. They should know that.

It was not delivered to the receiver because it was lost by your staff upon delivery.
We would like to have a refund on the declared value and of course, it caused damage and failure to our client.
Also, we are asking for the free delivery of the same product we have due to your fault.

Hi! As I checked the your tracking system. It says that the package was not successfully delivered/received by the recipient as the recipient was unknown in the place. How can we get the package tho? Can the recipient pick it up on on of your nearest branch in sta catalina phase 2. Blk 24 lot 1 zamboanha city? Please respond asap! Thanks or atleast call the recepient in this number [protected]. Kindly advice him about this matter as this is expected. To be delivered 2-3 days from the day it was accepted in the origin place/branch. Thanks and hoping for a fast response. My delivery schedule should be last may 26, 2017 pa. Pero hanggang ngayon wala pa. As I was checking my tracking number on yohr website it says that hindi malocate ang address ko pero as far as I know napupuntahan naman tong bahay pag nagpapadeliver ng lbc.

Kung napuntahan po ang del rio townhomes, pakihanap nalang po ang bahay ni gemma flor mojica. Sakanya po kasi ako nakatira at may tendency na hndi kilala ang last name ko.

Reporting an unethical handling of one of the personnel/teller during my transaction earlier at AYALA Branch ground floor of Ayala Life Building. It was such a dismay that I had to wait in line just for a remittance. Initially, I went in and fill out a form then submit it to the teller, Bermudo Magtaro/Magtano/ Magtalo (not sure of his exact name as he tried not to spell it out for me). He mentioned that I needed to fill out another form for the LBC card to be used in regular transaction so I agreed and fill all the details. It took about 30 minutes for filling out and my name to be called and processed. When it was about my turn, this teller asked for my ID which I complied and gave him a lot of them (some are not yet my married name) then he said (in a sarcastic manner) "Mam wala po ba kayong ibang ID?" which I already informed him that I have yet to receive any other IDs since I just got married. He then asked me "Mam, lapit kayo dito tignan niyo ung mga ID na tinatanggap sa system. Dito kayo (asking me to go behind the counter and check his computer screen). I must say at this point he is already trying to make things "even more slower" since I was already disappointed, furious and unsatisfied wit his "FAST" customer service. To make matters worst, he also answered a phone call at a very SLOW pace. For someone, who is using her lunch time to manage personal errands is already a sacrifice as we are all employees and I made that clear to him. I even shared to him "Kuya baka pwede po pabilisan kasi ito lang ung oras ko gawin ito at maglunch" he then replied in a rude mannger "Kaya nga po may proseso, matagal ho talaga ang proseso at wag ho kayo magalit kaya nga inaayos" (other statements I already forgot as I was so amazed how this person got into providing customer service given that he has this kind of attitude. We all have our bad days however considering they are the front liners of the business representing LBC and providing support, quick and fast service to their customers I believe you have hired an incompetent individual. Because, honestly attitude is no.1 for Customer Service. Please, I request to the management to have this person undergo an attitude training or seminar or rebuilding program as I find him someone who will put your company down to the dirt.

Hi. I woukd like to ask if kailan madedeliver yung order namin turn around time for delivery is 8-10days its been more than 10days still we didn't receive it. And as per checking to LBC Express using my tracking # my address is INC, how can it be na di matrack yung address ko? I already received my other order, bat sila nahanap nila? Please kindly check it I can give my landmark if it is still unable to find my address.

The responsible person in my order should have called me instead! So I can lead him where my house is. Please do fix this because my friend is extremely waiting for his order.
