LETTER OF COMPLAINT

Dear Sir or Madam,

Good day!

I would like to file complaints which I hope mabigyang pansin nyo. Kasi as I read sa pin na suot ng mga LBC employees, VIP ang treatment nyo sa costumers, hindi ko po ramdam.
First, yung shipment ko with tracking # 149584894871, I send this sa LBC Iznart, Iloilo Branch, naka receive ako ng message 7:28pm na nareceive na dw ni L GOMEZ ang shipment ko, November 2, 2017. November 6, tumawag ang officemate ko asking kung nasaan na daw ang documents. I was confused kasi akala ko na receive na nila, but they don't have staff there na L. GOMEZ. So, ayaw kong maniwala pinacheck ko sa reception and sa guards. Wala. While we are talking sa phone, my officemate and I, yun na din ang time na dumating yung shipment ko delivered by your staff. I will attach to this letter screenshots as evidence. So what does that text message from LBC means? Bakit magtetext na receive na, ngunit yung totoo hindi pa pala? Please do something about this kasi how can I trust you kung pinagsisinungalingan lang naman kaming mga costumers?
Second, December 5, 2017 at San Jose, Antique main branch. May kinuha akong documents from the Senate of the Philippines which contains important documents, but sad to say crumpled na ng ma receive ko, I just signed the papers and pinabalik ko agad sa Office of the Senate. Again photos will be attached. I filled up the form para maisend back yung documents. Then ipinakita ko ang documents ko how they look like. Then sabi niya in a very harsh manner, "hindi maiiwasan ang ganyan miss, ang dami kasi ng pinapadala sa amin, kung gusto mo para hindi na hindi mangyari yan. Mag V-pouch ka at magbayad ng 225 pesos". Paano pa ako mag V - Pouch kung crumpled naman na documents ko? Please hindi ako nagsungit, I approached them at ipinakita ang sitwasyon ng documents ko but sana sinagot naman ako ng tama at maayos hindi bastos.
Kindly investigate this incident so I can have fair reason at para hindi na maulit.
