No feedback as to where is the parcel now. As per online tracking, parcel has been forwarded to Abra Bangued Delivery Satellite Office Feb13 3:57am then after few hours that is 10:15 am, same day, it has been forwarded to San Fernando Delivery Hub and my dismay upon knowing that it was San Fernando Pampanga! Please give us correct/accurate report on this! Where is the parcel now! The recepient hasn't receive it yet! This is causing us worry and stress already!

San carlos city pangasinan to taguig Feb10, 2018 nagpunta akong lbc para omorder ng flowers at for shipping narin which is red pero ang dumating white wow ang galing so nagulat ako nung white ang nakita ko na pinakita nya bidang bida kayo sa island rose na yan un pala white ang ibbgay nyo kami ang omorder at nagbayad pero magbbgay kayo ng gusto niyong ibgay asan na ung right ng customer? tapos feb 12 ung binigay niong date para ipadala naman ang bear at chokolates dahil ang sabi nio pagsasabayin nio ang tsokolates, teddy bear ang flowers kayo pa ang nagsuggest ng araw kung kelan ako babalik pero deneliver nio sya ng feb.13 so nauna na ung teddy bear at tsokolates wala na kming nagawa so inantay namin ang flowers white?so ano nagkakalokohan po tayo?

Tumawag yung delivery man at di ko namalayan na may tumawag pala sakin, so nag text ako sa number na yun kung LBC yun tapos yun sinabi nya sakin na bukas nalng kasi daw nya idedeliver kasi mahirap daw akong tawagan.. Pero 2 miss calls lang yun at tsaka 3 min. ago lng sya tumawag?! Tapos ako pa yung nag text sa kanya.. Dapat nag inform sya na LBC yun ng sa ganun ma replyan ko...

LBC Express cargo box

Driver did not pick my box on the scheduled date he said I'm the only one to be pick up in this area but it's a lied because my friends lives nearby me also waiting on the same date to be pick up.I was so upset because I phoned the LBC staff several times they didn't help at all they didn't have initiative to sort my problem out..one of them said someone from head office will contact me but again no one contact me been waiting for ages..I cancelled my shift at work just to wait for nothing and not even bother anyone of the office staff to re assure me..Disgusting your staff need to be train properly..

My tracking no. [protected] is not yet received. Delivery sana to pero pwedeng sa LBC Subangdaku Branch nalang e deliver dahil e pipick-up ko nalang. Malapit sa naka address na ipapa deliver. Or e deliver nalang sa ibang location kasi hindi naman ako nakatira doon, Pick-up nalang sana ako sa LBC malapit lang sa naka address na e deliver. Pero kung pwede e change ang location, pwedeng sa "Room 218, 2nd floor, KRC Bldg., Lopez Jaena St., Subangdaku, Mandaue, Cebu" nalang ipa deliver.

LBC Express shipment issue (wrong route)

my item under tracking #[protected] is not yet received. Feb 9 pa po na place tong shipping na to coming from my friend in bulacan and Feb 10 na sa cavite south delivery hub na yung item
but until now wala pa din dumadating na item sakin. pick up sana to sa lbc metropoint mall edsa sa pasay pero napunta ng cavite at upon checking ng mag punta aq sa lbc metropoint ay wrong route nga po yung padala sakin kaya nag email sila para sabhin na ipadala sa lbc paliparan yung item ko since nsa cavite na yung item at taga paliparan naman ako. pero ayun last check ko tracking online is shipment issue na nakalagay . sana magawan po ito ng action dahil napakalaking abala sakin nito at sa friend ko na nag padala sakin ng item

Delivery man is rude!
I understand it might really be hard finding directions in the metro.. Pero ung magcooperate naman ako para turuan sya ng way sa amin at pagdating nya eh binati ko ng mai ngiti pero padabog na nagsalita at kesyu ganitong address na lang daw snaa njlagay ko.. Kahit ilang beses kung sinabi sa text na ito ang address na ginagamit ko sa lahat ng bills ko at online shopping.. Pero wala nakasimangot lang at padabog pag binigay ung mga dapat kung isign na documents.. Here is my tracking : [protected].. Please disiplinahin nyu yang delivery crew nyu na yan!

LBC Express shopee delivery

Twice na nagdelivery failed yung items na inoorder ko sa shopee. Nakakahiya sa sellers, ready naman kasi ako to pay and laging nagstestay sa bahay kasi baka nga ideliver tapos wala namang dumarating. A huge waste of our time, really. Laging nagtetext na idedeliver pero wala naman. Ito yung isang tracking number ko. [protected]

Sana magawan nyo to ng paraan, LBC. Nasisira ang reputation nyo.

LBC Express service

Kasi mayron lbc dito samin sa cataingan, masbate. Maganda sana kasi mapapadali na yung access di namin kailanganpumunta sa city just to get our parcel. Kaso nung umorder kamk sa shoppee hindi malocate yung address namin. Unsopported address dw ng logistic provider or courier. Ng email ako sa shoppee akala ko kasi sa kanila yung may problema and according sa shoppee dahil dw sa system nyo lbc. So wala ako akong choice kundi sa city ko ipa ship yung packages hindi naman kasi pwede sa ibang courier kasi walang chiice ku di kayo lang hindi din pwede ang cod kasi nga dw unsopported yung address again mayron lbc cataingan brach kayo zipcode:5405. Pero inorder ko na din dahil need ko.. Kailangan ko pa gumastos ng 500 pesos for food and transpo just get my parcels sa city what worse is nka disturbo pa ko sa pinsan kung nag aaral sa city sa kanaya ko na ipinangalan yung parcels para lang masiguradong makukuha sa cod orders ko. Mag o oorder sana ako ulit sa shoppee same pa rin unsopported address pa rin yung amin dito sa catingan, masbate. As usual sa pinsan ko na address gagamitin ko yung sa masbate city zip code: 5400. Pero mas lumala pati sa kanya unsopported address na rin. Di ko ma proceed orders kk dahil wala ibang choice na courier sa order kundi kayo lang lbc!. Sana naman paki ayos yung system niyo. Sobrang natuwa kami ng nagkaroon na ng lbc cataingan branch dahil di namin kailangan pumunta ng city which is 2-3hrs yung byahe. Pumunta na ako lbc caaiingan branch to ask some help about ur system pero wala. Sana matulungan niyo ko at maayos niyo system niyo.

Last friday nag pa ship po ako sa LBC Sorsogon branch sabi nila 4pm my pipick up to travel it going to Metro manila. Saturday o Sunday dw ang dating at mkukuha pero till now wala pa dn po. I expect kasi nung nag pa delivery ako on the next day makukuha kailangan pa naman yun agad pero monday na wala pa din. Sana ma ideliver na po

LBC Express lbc cabanatuan market branch

Good day, I had a bad experience on Cabanatuan Market branch where in you employee were having too much non sense talking with each other rather than processing my inquiry on receiving my cash. Waited 30 minutes where in there are only 2 customer inside. You should train your employees that whenever there are customers they should avoid that bad gesture because time is gold and we don't want to waste it by waiting.

LBC Express delivery process

I have a problem regarding about my order in Paymaya Card Store, I receive an email from paymaya saying that the item is already picked up by the courier partner which is the JAM express last January 31, 2018. After that I started tracking the delivery progress, suddenly the data is not available that time in JAM express tracking. Yet still I'm waiting the delivery, until last February 6, 2018 there is no delivery so I checked the tracking in JAM express and I found out that the item is shipped by LBC, when I check it in LBC tracking it says that the item is already in LBC Coron branch arrived last February 1, 2018 then February 3, 2018 arrived again in coron in tracking also when I look at LBC tracking they delivered the item twice in my given address dated February 2 and 3, 2018 but I ask the security guard in my address and He told me that there is no LBC delivery on the said date given by LBC tracking we try to look at the security Logbook and there is no LBC delivery log. I visited the LBC Coron branch yesterday February 7, 2018 to ask and check about my order because in tracking said that the item is ready for claiming. The clerk on duty even the delivery boy said that the item is already going back to the origin without trying to find it on there storage area. By the way my tracking no. is [protected], COD terms. The tracking data always note that there is payment issue, the package is COD term so the payment would be settle upon receiving the item.

LBC Express complaining about your delivery boy

Hello LBC! Yung order ko sa shopee hindi na binalik ng delivery boy nyo . masungit pa. Diba 3 attempts yon bago mag Return to seller? Nasa school ako nung nagdeliver pauwi palang ako, hndi ata nakita yung iniwan kong pambayad. tapos nakiusap asawa ko na kung pwede maibalik bukas yung items . sabihan ba naman na hindi na sya babalik dito ! Buti kung sinabi nya ng ayos, eh hindi eh . tapos nilagay sa posted statu "refused to accept" ! How rude! Pls do something. kailangan ko asap yung mga binili ko .

LBC Express the employees of lbc express, inc., ozamiz branch are mostly lazy and needs orientation.

Gud day!
I am writing this in hope that the board members of the "LBC Express Inc" will pay close attention to their employees especially in Ozamiz Branches as I personally experienced several times that whenever I go to their LBC Ozamiz branch to be claim for the money sent to me, the employees would just say that they are"OFFLINE" and try go to their 2nd branch.. but when I go to the 2nd LBC branch, they would say the same thing "OFFLINE daw, kaso sira ang printer and said that I should go to their main branch (Rizal Ave, cor. Valconcha St.) which unfortunately, I have been there already prior to going on the 2nd LBC branch in Gaisano Ozamiz. What was more upsetting is the employees can't issue the money sent to person claiming it because the person claiming it had to have an LBC Express ID.. We, the customers have to go home to get our LBC ID. Why can't they (the employees of LBC express, Inc — Ozamiz Branches) scan from their computers our records/files instead of telling us that"we can't claim the money sent to us unless we have that LBC ID."I have been to their LBC EXPRESS INC Main branch in Rizal Ave, Cor. Vanconcha St., went to the 2nd branch in LBC Gaisano Ozamiz then back to the main branch again on that same day and one of the employee suggested me to try to go to the 2nd branch because he heard"one of his colleague ask if he still has cash"... only after I told them that I have been to their 2nd LBC branch prior to coming back in their branch and ask them if they're running out of cash did the employee release some money which was given to me. The money sent to me may not be huge amount but it is very tiring and time consuming on the customer's part to go back & forth from their LBC branches.
Also, I have observed before that they back bite and said harsh things to one of the female customer last December 2017 when the female customer was very angry at them.. I dont know the exact reason since I just came in during that time to transact with LBC Express Main Branch, Ozamiz City... but whether or not the customer is angry because her parcel didnt arrived for quite some time or the employee said they are OFFLINE again... the EMPLOYEES in LBC main branch Ozamiz City have no right to say bad words like"that female customer is CRAZY"especially that the customer is unaware that she have been back stabbed / back bitten by the employees. I was just observing them (the employees of LBC main Ozamiz) but I think it is not right because it can damage the reputation of that certain female customer whom they call"CRAZY"... that's DEFAMATION.
I think the staffs/employees which you should assign to LBC Express Inc., Ozamiz City branches do not only consist of"looks" rather, of good attitude, hardworking and who knows how to handle customers because we customers transact with your company LBC EXPRESS INC because we trust your company provides good service. I hope you will take action into this matter.

my parcel, sent thru LBC palo branch, on Feb. 5, 2018 intended to be delivered at zone 6 paranas, samar (across paranas cemetery, national highway) to be received by Katrina Almeria c/o Jacqueline Tambal with tracking number [protected] was received today Feb.7, 2018 by a certain Jesus Abamo, whom I believe is a stranger unauthorized to receive the parcel I sent. this negligence of your office may cause damages on my part if left unattended. LBC Express package [protected]

I am here because of my concern regarding to the packaging that still not arrive. LBC already texted my last feb 3, 2018 that my order is ready and will deliver within the day unfortunately there's no package arrived. Then on feb 5, 2018 again LBC texted my that my package is ready to be delivered within the day, but same thing happen there is no package arrive. Are you fooling me?! LBC cagayan de Oro! Don't try my patience. I adore LBC but now? I doubt! Please make some actions about it.

LBC Express laptop

Hi,

Need to complain my parsel was broken when arrived to destination, it was tagged as fragile but still the unit was damaged. The unit model is Toshiba laptop were back of the unit was broken and the hard drive not able to detect hence the sytem not recognized. This has been reported by the recipient to the receiving outlet. So please follow through this reference number in the attached file.
