LBC Express lost item

I have an item that was shipped last friday afternoon, From cebu to palawan. I should receive the item 3 days after it was shipped. But i haven't receive any update from LBC since then.. I have already visited the lbc branch puerto princesa and inform them about what happened but they seems no care about it. This item is worth P8, 500. When i asked the branch personnel of lbc they said that i can get an insurance for it. But the insurance is only P5, 000. I'm really disappointed with the service, this is now my second time to experience such a horrible thing. Hoping for your response.

LBC Express express padala

I sent Money yesterday from JT Centrale branch for my niece bday but when they're about to claim it in Gapan City N.E. branch they told them to come back again the day after because they still have lots to do...the reason you sent to express padala is bec. you need the money that day...so my niece ended up celebrating with nothing to celebrate..I hope you'll look for this matter so that it won't happen again...

LBC Express package not delivered

Sir/Madam:

I have made an online order at LAZADA last November 27, 2018. The store informed me through their website that last December 3, 2018 my package has arrived in the Philippines and it has been picked by and shipped by your company last December 6, 2018 with tracking number [protected]. Another information have forwarded to me by the online store last December 10, 2018, that is why I have made a follow up at your Quezon Street Masbate branch on the same day, according to your personnel my package have not yet arrived during that time. Last December 11, 2018 a message from the store informing me that your personnel has not able to deliver to me due to unavailability. How can this happen that they have not been able to deliver my package since my company is very well known in our locality and your personnel almost always have a delivery on our company everyday. I have waited for several days for any text or call from your personnel informing that may package has arrived. However, days passed there was no communication from your office. Last December 17, 2018 I have made a follow to your Masbate Warehouse and according to your personnel my package have been returned last December 13, 2018 by your personnel (Jayson Burdeos) Kindly shipped back said package ASAP.

LBC Express I am complaining about the handling of parcels.

Please take care handling of parcels esp. the perishables..sana naman ayusin ang handling lalo at may nka include naman sa perishable yung nasa loob. Pati yung mga employees..hindi yata na-train kung paano ihandle ng tama ang parcel and documents. Kelangan ba talaga balibaliktarin di man lang tiningnan kung fragile/perishables yung asa box.
Sana sa susunid ma-improve naman yung services nyo kasi nagbabayad naman kami ng tama..
Another question?bakit kapag Benguet to Cam Norte hindi na sila pumapayag na door to door? Willing naman kami magbayad ng shipping fee or makinig kung may explainations kayo. T.y

LBC Express television shipment

I ordered a television at Lazada. They shipped it thru LBC. Yesterday and today, you sent a text saying my order will be delivered yesterday/today. I wqs wondering why my order didn't arrive yesterday, and also today. I googled "LBC express order tracking" and i put my tracking # [protected] . Then I saw that my order wasn't delivered yesterday/today because my address is outside the LBC service area.

You texted me yesterday and today that my order will be delivered yesterday/today, but you didn't text me that it was not delivered because it was outside your service area.

How can I get my order?

LBC Express mistake in delivery

Package with tracking nos. [protected] and [protected] came back to this Office. As you can see, we are the shipper and not the addressee. The receipt clearly state so. The point that there is already a "TO" and "FROM" in the address box clearly indicate to whom the package or mail matter should be delivered. Each package costs P200.00, we sent 2 which means the packages are worth P400.00. The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 3 is a government agency and we use government funds. The wastage cause by your mistake came from government funds. We demand a reimbursement of the packages delivered by YOUR CULPABLE MISTAKE.

LBC Express delivery rider

As far as I know if receiver ako may pepermahan akong na received ko yung item.. Di yung gagawa nalang ang driver or rider ng perma ko.. What if mag complain akong hindi ko na receive yung item? You don't have proof na na recieve ko kasi even ying signature wasn't mine.. Worst is maling item pa ang deniliver nila sakin.. The driver was so rude. He wants me to go in a lbc branch to return the item even sabi ko ng e rereject ko or e rereturn item ko kasi that parcel ay hindi sakin. He talks a lot in a street blah blah blah. Does it a right manners you have in yout employees? For how many times just now I encountered a delivery rider tulad nya..

The representative I spoke with over the phone was rude and does not have sense of urgency. all she can say is for me to just call back and check who else could help me. really? bad customer service experience. I asked for help on how the delivery can be assured to be delivered today as I do not have any Mobile number to contacted, she hangup the phone and did not submit any report. I need someone from the delivery team to call my landline number to coordinate with the delivery as my mobile number is no longer active.

LBC Express soaked my boxes in the rain and theft of contents.

On 9/12/18 I sent 5 boxes to my families in Zamboanga City, Mindanao. 4 of those were delivered very wet and items were missing like Hersheys chocos, coffee, backpacks, shoes and clothes and who knows what else because I didn't list every item that I enclosed. The 1 box that was addressed to my niece in Lumbayao was delivered by a truck with no company name on it according to her. The 5th box addressed to my nephew for pickup in the city was not wet and unopened while the 4 boxes in question were addressed to towns located far away from the city. According to your computer on 10/29/18 these 4 boxes were forwarded from Manila to Zamboanga team for distribution and were received on 11/25 and 11/26 by the recipients. It took almost a month (short only by 4 days) to be delivered. I am not requesting for any payment for lost items but I do hope that you terminate your dishonest employees or contractors. Unfortunately the recipients didn't think of taking photos as proof. Last week I mailed a copy of my driver license being the sender and copies of the Shipper's Export Declaration and Packing List as suggested by your customer service rep. Thanks for your prompt attention on this matter.

LBC Express all products for delivery was not delivered almost 10x

Noong una po, ok lang sa akin na hindi denilever ang mga pinadala sakin kahit for delivery lahat ng binayaran ko at hindi for pick up. Sa pangalawa, ganon din hindi deniliver, ang masama pa wala man lang txt at nagtataka ako kasi parati kong tinitrace ang mga pinapadala sakin so alam ko na nasa tagbilaran na kasi nakalagay for delivery hanggang umabot ng 3 days wala parin so pinuntahan ko na sa site nila sa CPG Tagbilaran Bohol tapat ng COCA COLA Tagbilaran Bohol, that time ok lang sakin. Tapos nagpadala nanaman ako, wala na namang dumating kahit 2 days na nakalagay na for delivery wala man lang tumawag so pinuntahan ko uli mga bandang hapoon na yon malapi ng mag 5pm, ng pumunta ako don hinanap ang package ko pero hindi makita tapos tinawagan yong naka assign na tagadeliver, ang masama pa don parihas pala kami ng barangay sa Tiptip ng tagadeliver tapos diman lang niya denilever, so nung tinawagan sabi niya nasa kanya daw tapos tinanong na naghihintay kami sa opisina para kunin, ang sagot ng taga deliver bukas nalang kasi diretso na cya uwi sa bahay hindi na siya babalik ng opisina, ano po ang ibig sabihin non puwede po bang iuwi sa bahay ang package na dalalada ng nagtagadeliver hindi po ba yon ibabalik sa opisina kapad hindi naideliver? Ibang iba po nong nagpadala ako sa 2GO at pagdeliver niya sa bahay wala kami kasi may lakad so nong tumawag cya sa amin sabi ko kunin ko nalang sa opisina niyo kasi may nilakad ako malapit sa opisina niyo, ang sagot sa akin ng tagadeliver ay maam wag po baka pagalitan kami bawal po yan kasi for delivery po ang package niyo. Tapos sabi ko cge mamaya nalang pero that time sobra na ng 5pm so sabi niya maam kung pwede balik nalang ako bukas po kasi malapit na po mag close ang opisina namin dapat maibalik ko ang package don na hindi naideliver para di po kami pagalitan. Bakit ang tagadeliver niyo po hindi ganon? Pwede palang patulugin sa bahay ng tagadeliver ang package kapag hindi naideliver sa araw na yon? So sa madaling salita tamad po ang tagadeliver niyo po, nagtataka po ako kasi lahat po ng pinapadalhan namin, JRS, NINJA, 2GO, Cargo King, AP cargo, FedEx, e dumadating naman po sa bahay namin lahat, kung minsan tumatawag sila pero kadalasan ay diretso na sa gate namin pero po pag LBC niisa po walang dumating sa bahay po namin, ang bahay po namin ay walang house number pero bakit pag iba ang pinapadalhan namin dumadating naman po lahat pati mga mails dumadating naman pero pag LBC na taga lugar pa namin ang taga deliver ni isa tagala walang dumating halos 10X packages na po wala talagang naideliver ni isang beses. Isang beses may kinuha ako sa isang branch niyo sa CPG Tagbilaran din pero sa tapat po ng university ng BISU pero for pick up po yon, tapos sinabi ko sa kanila ang naranasan ko sa ibang branch niyo doon sa CPG Tagbilaran tapat ng COCA COLA Tagbilaran Bohol, tapos sabi niya sir, i complain niyo po para po hindi sila mamihasa. Pero po di ko yon ginawa kasi naawa po ako sa trabahador niyo.tapos yong last na kinuha ko po don din sa branch na yon, sira talaga ang package ko nakikita ko po mismo paano nila pinagtatapon ang mga package doon mga 2-3 months ago na yon, pero hindi po ako nag complain hinayaan ko po yon hindi ko po binalik ang package at binayaran ko po ng walang salita kahit sira. Ngayon po naubos na po yong pasensiya ko kasi lastly, nag order ako sa online po dalawang package po yon, lahat for delivery, sa unang package, so tumawag si delivery man, nagtatanong so sinabi ko ang bahay namin kung nasaan, sumagot ba naman na diko mahanap bahay niyo kasi walang house number kunin niyo nalang sa opisina dahil marami pa akong idedeliver, so sinagot ko bakit pag iba ang pinadalhan ko dumadating man dito sa bahay lahat pero pag LBC ni isa sa mga pinadala k hindi man lang nakadating dito sa bahay, sumagot naman siya kung gusto mong ideliver ko ang package magbayad ka ng 100 pesos para sa delivery fee, sumagot naman ako, kasama naman sa binayaran ko ang delivery fee, sabi naman niya hindi iba yon kasi magpapasko na ganito talaga kapag magpapasko na. Hindi ba masyado naman yatang garapal ang delivery man niyo po? Sa totoo lang lahat ng nagdedeliver sa amin kahit bayad na nagbibigay parin kami don sa taga deliver kasi nga naman alam namin hindi biro ang magdeliver ng marami, pero ang tauhan niyo hindi na nga diliver nang hihingi pa nga dagdag 100 pesos ganon po ba ang trabahador niyo? At sa pangalawa kong order, wala talagang balita kung nasaan na, so nag reorder uli ako, then tumawag ang inorderan ko na maam bakit kayo uli nag order gayong pina cancel niyo naman po ang order niyo sabi ng LBC, so sabi ko wala akong pina cancel na order matagal ko ng hinihintay yan dapat 2weeks ago dumating na yan kaya nga ako nag reorder kasi walang dumating. Bakit po ganyan ang trabahante niyo po tinandaan po talaga ang pangalan ko at pinabalik nalang nila ang order ko pinacancel ng walang abiso sa akin? Napaka walang respeto naman po ng mga tauhan niyo po kung ganon. Isa po ako sa mga regular customers niyo po sana pero ngayon nag aalangan na ako dahil sa mga trabahante niyo po, hindi naman cguro po lahat pero mostly po yong sa CPG tagbilaran Branch niyo po sa tapat ng COCA COLA yon po ang hindi maganda, sana gawan niyo ng aksyon yan kasi mawawalan pa kayo lalo ng mga customers kung ganyan ang mga trabahante niyo, hindi nila mahal ang trabaho nila kaya di sila umaasenso. Hindi ko lang po mapangalanan ang dapat i compalin ko kasi nakalimutan kong itanong ang pangalan niya, at hindi ko alam kong iisang tao lang ba ang tagadeliver sa lugar namin or paiba iba sila.

LBC Express no delivery at all/poor customer service

Though I know that LBC may not take time to read the complaints of its customers, I'll post it anyway. Kayo ang "PINAKA" sa lahat ng couriers na nakilala ko. You deserve no star at all. I paid your high rate shipping fee pero ano?! Walang dumarating na package ko from Metrosunnies. Sabi nyo, wrong address which I don't know bakit mali kasi tama naman ang nilagay ko na address when I filled up the order form. I called your CS to update it but after ilang days, wala pa rin. Napaka effective talaga at efficient 😒 Laging nasa tracking page nyo, ready for delivery then all of a sudden ready for claiming sa lower laguna delivery hub?! Ano! Tinatamad kayo magdeliver? Aba! Para saan pa ang shipping fee binabayad sa inyo? Kaliit na item, di madeliver. Grabe talaga kayo! Ang dami ng nagrereklamo sa inyo, magsara na kaya kayo? Kawawa naman yung mga customers na naghihintay ng mga package nila tapos walang dumarating. Up until now, wala pa din ang package ko. Nakakahiya naman sa inyo, ako na kukuha. Baka abutin pa next year e, or worst no delivery at all. NEVER AGAIN TO LBC! YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!

LBC Express shipping box open and delivered late

First, tracking no. [protected] was sent last dec. 3 with arrival date of dec. 4 on receipt but it arrived in dec 5 evening, the receivers flight to Saudi was in the afternoon of dec. 5 hence it didn't reach the said person. We called to follow up in dec 4 but nothing happened.

Second, the box was labeled fragile but still when it arrived, the box was open on both sides. We are still checking if there is something lacking inside.

LBC Express this employee refused to talk to me on the phone as I needed to talk to her to ask for other options

I sent my staff to send bday invitations and was told that it would take 2-3 days for it to reach the recipient. I called my staff and ask to talk to this certain brenda olete ir olite or something to that sound. But this lbc employee bluntly my staff "AYOKO"! I grew mad as I was in panic and wanted to ask her for other options even if it would cost me more coz the invitations must be in tacloban by saturday. I don't know if it's protocol in your company not to assist customers over the phone even if it pertains to a very important issue. I am very dismayed and disappointed with this arrogance. You should take some action on this kind of employees as they are the ones who taint your company's name and reputation.

Ask ko lang po. Bakit hindi naideliver ang package ko po.. Complete address nmn po ang nakalagay.. Bakit sabi my shipment issue..? Pakitawagan naman po ako kung kelan nyo pa matutuntun ang address ko! Bakit nung nakaraan naman.. Naihatid nyo naman ang package ko.. Ngayon.. Bakit hindi.. Abala nyo naman.. Sa tao.. LBC Express late delivery

just wish that this issue of late delivery of packages will be addressed. Before, I really admired the fast or next-day delivery by LBC provided the packaged is accepted within cut-off time. But lately, I already experienced receiving late deliveries several times. Like in the attached example, tracking says it was supposed to delivered yesterday but I have not received it yet.
