Yung tipong ngayon dapat ang delivery ng item na inorder ko, pero kahapon pumunta ang rider nila. worst is, hindi ko na receive yung item kasi hindi ko agad napansin ang message at calls ng rider coz i really am so busy the time his trying to contact me, and expected ko na this day yung delivery as stated in my order info. ang malala pa, ang sarcastic ng way of response ng rider sakin thru msg though im making apologies naman. so, ako pa talaga ngayon ang kelangan mag adjust sa kanya?! like, wtf?! ok naman sana na early on the expected date sila nagdeliver pero uso naman siguro ipaalam muna na idedeliver na nila diba?! tapos dagdagan pa na hindi man lang siya nagtanong tanong kung saan banda ang ganito ang ganyan or kilala ba nila si ganito si ganyan. tapos makikita mo sa shipment info nila na "DELIVERY FAILED. INCORRECT ADDRESS." the FVCK! seryuso?! im really am disappointed sa service nila. then now, wala man lang paramdam?! sige lang, sa inyo nalang yang item na yan. kayo na lang din magbayad sa seller ha. 😏😏😏

bakit po hanggang ngayon wala pa din yung order ko? september 9 pa ko nag order sa lazada thru lbc pero hindi ko maintindihan service ninyo, nasa camarines norte ako, napunta ang order ko sa laoag city, medyo nakakainis na ang services ninyo po, pagkatapos sa laoag pinunta naman ang order ko sa SCS returns, paki update naman po ng order ko kasi nakakaasar na yang ginagawa ninyo, salamat. ang order number ko sa lazada kasi e-shopping po yun ay [protected], ang tracking number ko naman sa lbc ay [protected]

LBC Express still waiting for my keyboard -_-

I ordered a keyboard from lazada on Sept 8, 2017. Here's my tracking number [protected] on the keyboard. It says "Ready For Delivery. Please expect within the day." Sept 13, 14, 15, 16 and 19 saying my item is ready for delivery. BUT NO. It still hasn't arrived my keyboard. I'm so frustrated since I have to do a thesis due next week Monday. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Nakalagay sa tracking number ko:[protected], september 18, 2017. Expect to deliver within the day! Eh, buong araw ko na hinintay wala pa dn. Tapos makikita ko received by set na daw? Ano ibig sabihin nun? Nakakadisappoint akala ko makukuha ko na ung product ngayon! Ilang beses ko na tinawagan seller. Wala padn! Nakakainis na! Hays sana ayusin nyo!

Nakaka disappoint talaga tong LBC kasi nag order ako online ( shoppee). Sept 12 Ang arrival ng items ko iyon iyong nkalagay . So mayamaya nagtxt si kuya ng lbc na ihahatid daw nya iyong items ko so happy namn ako, so nag reply na ako Kay kuya anong oras Ang sagot Lang nya Basta madedeliver nya .. .hanggang sa naging Gabi nalang well tlga akong na tanggap ng txt. Kaya early in the morning nagtxt ako sa kanyawhat time I deliver ni kuya. Sabi nmn nya na maghintay2 Lang dw ako kasi may magdedeliver noon tas absent dw sya. Kaya ako na beasode tlga ako Kaya pumunta ako sa banilad branch Ang Sabi Lang nila Hindi dw nila hawk iyong order ko need Kong mkgpag communicate sa driver. Kaya galit na tlga ako hanggang sa tini txt ko tlga si kuya by Thursday, Fri and sat di na nya ako ni replayan😠😠. Hanggang nkalagay sa status na ibaabalik na Ang items ko . .nakakalungkot tlga..ng dahil sa driver nla napapahamak Ang taong matinong nki pag transact sa kanila.

LBC Express failed delivery

I am really disappointed with your service. I had 3 transactions from shopee that has been cancelled because of failed delivery. And the latest was just today 09/17/2017 tracking no: [protected]. The reason why it has been returned to seller is because the person they've asked didn't recognize my name. That was really lame for our barangay has three zones, it's kinda huge so some people can't really recognize me by name. I put a landmark on the address you should've just tracked it and I have had my contact number listed so should've just contact me instead. I've contacted your customer service hotline but then no one could resolve the issue. You really have to take action for this matter. I hope you can fix this issue and try to provide better service. Thank you.

LBC Express the box was tampered with lbc tape

The box has cuts on the side where you can pick through inside and get things.. On the upper part of the box, theres a portion where theres tape on it, lbc tape! The delivery boy told us that it is insured by the way so check the receipt... And the deal abroad was it should be picked up on the branch not delivered! The delivery boy insisted that it should be received because it is already delivered to us.. So we wont bother to pick it up on their store.

PERISHABLE! My items have been shipped last sep 14 and supposed to be delivered by sep 15! Waited until 11pm of sep 15 but it wasnt delivered. Called your hotline sep 16 morning and gets me more frustrated when your agent dropped the call. Maybe because im so pissed and she cant answer how your good company cant deliver my items on time! Now, accg to your tracker they tried delivering it but Im unknown at the address given? B*ll[censored]! That is the main reason why I gave my contact number, the name of my landlady for your easier tracking! And yet, you couldnt even call or perhaps send a single message that youre already at the area!

LBC Express shoppe items not delivered

Paki check naman po ng tracking number na to [protected] sept 9, 2017 ko pa po yan inorder .. Sept 16, 2017 na po wala parin please naman laging ganito wala na po bang iaayos service nyo.. Sana po madeliver na ngayon .. Nagbabayad naman kami ng maayos sana ayusin nyo din. Tapos nakalagay pa sa status nyo sa website " payment issue during deliver" hindi nyo 0a nga na dedeliver eh.

Pinadala ko po ng maayos walang basag walang sira ang speedometer sa lbc pinadoble ko pa po ng balot khit ng abono na ako para lang maiwasang mabasag pero pagdating po sa buyer ko pag bukas nya po basag na ang lens o salamin ng speedometer nag kakahala po ang speedometer na binebta ko sa halagang P700 kay RONALD PEREZ na nkatira sa 23 NICOLAS ST NIOGAN NIUGA, MALABON CITY, METRO MANILA

LBC Express muffler

My name is Ricky sabalza jr.
Ako ay nag complain Dahil sa pinadala kong muffler ay nag ka issue or damage.
Ung pinadala kong muffler ay hndi nka box naka plastic lang at binalot ng tape.
Nung pick up na sya ng pinadalhan ko nagulat siya at my yupi na sa Dulo. Ayaw ng tangapin at gusto nalang Bayaran yung value nung nasirang muffler. At bibili nalng ng Bago.

Nag order ako ng 32gb na sd card nung September 9, 2017. Ang expected day ng delivery ko ay September 17 pa pero bakit Failed ang Delivery Status(NON DELIVERY)? Wala namang kumontak sakin na taga LBC kung kailan dadating ang package ko tapos biglang nag failed? Gusto ko malaman kung anong nangyari kasi everyday ako nagchecheck ng logistics para matrack kung ano na ang nangyayari sa delivery. Wala namang dumadating na delivery boy sa bahay namin para masabing kaya nagfailed ang delivery eh dahil sa wala ako sa bahay and isa pa walang nagnonotify sa akin kung dadating na ba ang package dahil nga sep 17 pa ang expected day ng delivery. Gawan niyo naman ng paraan to LBC! NGAYON KO LANG NAEXPERIENCE NA GANITO YUNG NANGYARI SA INORDER KO! KUNG ALAM KO LANG DI NA SANA AKO NAGORDER! Ito yung tracking number ko [protected]-XJUV.

LBC Express not received documents.

Good evening, nag padala ako sa lbc nung Sept 12. Then nakalagay is unknown daw recipient sa given na address. Pano siya mac-claim ng kukuha? It is a document for requirement sa UST, ask ko lang if pano makukuha or saan? Sa condo kasi yun and tinanong ng receiver sa guard wala naman daw dinedeliver yung lbc dun. Due date na kasi tomorrow. Thanks! Reply po asap.

LBC Express parcel/item from shopee

Monday out for delivery, we waited the whole day per walang dumating, understood na may bagyo, possible reason kaso bakit sa online tracking ang reason is the receiver was absent in the address given. sinungaling!
Yesterday nag message ylit any Lbc na expect your shipment today. Nag message din ako sa Fb page ng Lbc at night rate ko ng 1star na dapat nga negative kasi daming complaint. Sabi nung costumer service name Ada, kindly anticipate our courrier. Inabot kani ng 8Pm sa kalsada walang anino ng Lbc na dumating. 2nd order ko say Shopee Lbc lang and palpak mag deliver.
Paki check Naman. Sa lahat ng courrier LBC lang ang Hindi nakikipag communicate sa costumer.
Your ordered item w/ Ref#[protected] will be delivered today.
Ganyan lagi ang text ng Lbc
Ayusin sana serbisyo. Ginto pa Naman and charges nyo!

LBC Express cargo day 1

Good day, I AM complaining about the fishing rod I sent ti my friend last Sept. 5 2017. When he received my packaged the fishing rod tip was broken and the handle was cracked. I put the fishing rod inside a pvc pipe so that damage would be impossible to happen. Unfortunately when my friend receive the package the next day he discovered that it's already broken. LBC Express products not received yet.

I have an item that I did not recieved yet (Ref#[protected]), I was expecting to recieved it last week but I was not able to get it because, I was not able to pick up the phone it was silent, I didnt know lbc delivery man already calling, so I just request it to be redeliver by monday cuz I know there is no office by sunday, but last monday I was able to recieved a txt from delivery man, he told me that he is not able to deliver the item because he was sick, to im expecting to recieved it by tuesday, I txt the delivery man, he told me that the item will deliver by other delivery man but the other delivery man will not able to deliver it because the other delivery man was absent, so I called the lbc line to ask to redeliver the item and call me not txt me, then someone texted me like 5pm in the afternoon, but I was able to read and reply by 6:12pm because I was sleeping, I thought the delivery man will not deliver the item because it is already night, so I start to prepare for work because I have a duty by 9pm (Call center agent), so when I checked my phone by 8:15pm something I was able to read a txt it was received 7pm the message is like this "by 60sec i'll be there wait for me outside", I told the redelivery man on txt that why he did not called I was not able to read the txt right away because im not infront of my phone all the time, the delivery man did not reply, so I called today to redeliver the item which is wednesday but no one was able to call or txt that they will deliver the item, i'am so disappointed! Please redeliver the item.. Don't just text! Please call me [protected]., because i'm not facing my phone all the time..

LBC Express item from shopee

The parcel that I'm since yesterday haven't arrived. Naintindihan ko naman yung kapon kasi malakas ang ulan at madaming nabaha. Pero sana naman pag sinabi nyong madedeliver within the day ( today Sept. 13 ) ideliver nyo. Kanina pang 8 28 am naka out for delivery yung dalawang parcel na hinihintay ko . mag 7 pm na which is cut-off nyo na wala padin. Have some manners naman sana to call your clients kung di makakarating para di naghihintay sa wala. Yung parcel na yun gagamitin mamayang madaling araw. Umayos kayo lbc.
