LBC Express package sending in lbc tabuk

Hello LBC,

Nag padala ako ng package sa TABUK, Kalinga at ang nakalagay for pick up. Pumunta ung kukuha ng package sa Tabuk para I claim ung package, sinabi ng LBC tabuk ay nasa LBC Bontoc. At sinabi ng LBC tabuk na ipapadala na lang ulit ung package sa TABUK at bumalik after 2days.
WALA KAUNG KWENTA, HINDI KAU NAKAKAINTINDI. Pagsinabing For pick up, huwag niyo ng I move ung package sa ibang branch. At tawagan niyo muna ung sender bago kau magmove ng package.

LBC Express employees mistake???

Wala na ba talagang matinong tao sa lbc? Yung kapatid ko nagpadala ng package bound to Roxas Isabela Branch. Sa iba binigay ung package. Ang original recipient Leonora Aguinaldo. Binigay nio sa leonardo aguinaldo. Nagtxt n lang ang lbc na claim na nang ibang tao. Ano ba nmn lbc. Hnd ba kau marunong magbasa ng id? Ni hindi nga nmin kakilala ung pinagbigyan nio! 😡😡😡😡 gawan nio paraan mabalik ung mga gamit. Hindi nb kau marunong maawa? Basang basa nmn sa resibo ang pagkakaiba ng pangalan. Ang tatanga nmn ng mga empleyado nio.

LBC Express unethical behavior and delivery process

Hello po. Gusto ko lang sana i-clarify at i-complain ang mga naging transactions ko sa LBC everytime I order with Lazada. Sa Lazada kasi, Door-to-door delivery daw pero hindi naman dinedeliver ng LBC Camiguin Island sa bahay namin. Gusto nila kami yung kukuha tapos hindi pa kaaya-aya ang mga delivery boys sa treament nila sa amin. Sa totoo lang po kung pwede sana na hindi LBC ang courier, mas masisiyahan pa ako.

Have a word naman po sa LBC Camiguin Island, Mindanao staff. Nakakainis, customer po kami. Mabuti kamimg tao, maayos makitungo. Sana ganun di yung mga empleyado ninyo o ang customer service ninyo. Salamat.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Good day!

I would like to file complaints which I hope mabigyang pansin nyo. Kasi as I read sa pin na suot ng mga LBC employees, VIP ang treatment nyo sa costumers, hindi ko po ramdam.
First, yung shipment ko with tracking # [protected], I send this sa LBC Iznart, Iloilo Branch, naka receive ako ng message 7:28pm na nareceive na dw ni L GOMEZ ang shipment ko, November 2, 2017. November 6, tumawag ang officemate ko asking kung nasaan na daw ang documents. I was confused kasi akala ko na receive na nila, but they don't have staff there na L. GOMEZ. So, ayaw kong maniwala pinacheck ko sa reception and sa guards. Wala. While we are talking sa phone, my officemate and I, yun na din ang time na dumating yung shipment ko delivered by your staff. I will attach to this letter screenshots as evidence. So what does that text message from LBC means? Bakit magtetext na receive na, ngunit yung totoo hindi pa pala? Please do something about this kasi how can I trust you kung pinagsisinungalingan lang naman kaming mga costumers?
Second, December 5, 2017 at San Jose, Antique main branch. May kinuha akong documents from the Senate of the Philippines which contains important documents, but sad to say crumpled na ng ma receive ko, I just signed the papers and pinabalik ko agad sa Office of the Senate. Again photos will be attached. I filled up the form para maisend back yung documents. Then ipinakita ko ang documents ko how they look like. Then sabi niya in a very harsh manner, "hindi maiiwasan ang ganyan miss, ang dami kasi ng pinapadala sa amin, kung gusto mo para hindi na hindi mangyari yan. Mag V-pouch ka at magbayad ng 225 pesos". Paano pa ako mag V - Pouch kung crumpled naman na documents ko? Please hindi ako nagsungit, I approached them at ipinakita ang sitwasyon ng documents ko but sana sinagot naman ako ng tama at maayos hindi bastos.
Kindly investigate this incident so I can have fair reason at para hindi na maulit.

LBC Express parcel from shopee/ superdelay

Package: external hard drive

My parcel arrived december 1, 2017 at caticlan hub but until now no parcel came. I am trying to contact them here. Either they will answer and tell me that they will solve my problem or they will not answer my call.
All employee that I talk to here in LBC city mall boracay and Caticlan they all incompetent. They cannot tell me were exactly my parcel. Please make an action ASAP.

LBC Express gemstone tree

I had a shipment with tracking#[protected]

on dec4 tracking says "shipment issue" and the following days says they tried to deliver but there was a request to postponed. I'm sure that was not me who postponed and I'm pretty much sure because of some issue. May I know what it is?

My customer is starting to doubt on me and thinking that I'm the one who can postponed. Please clarify this situation.

LBC Express delayed delivery

Hi good day!
I send my parcel this dec. 2 with tracking number [protected] from bacolod going to guihulngan negros oriental the expected date of delivery should be dec. 4 but I tracked and follow up my parcel it show that it is ready for delivey but then may shipment issue pls contact costumer care.
So, im just asking what do u mean with shipment issue? What is the best thing to do with that?..

Nag padala ako ng 5 balikbayan box last oct.18 to Surigao branch pick up tracking no.[protected].pagdating ng Lbc Surigao scs branch 3 out of my 5 balikbayan boxes binuksan.then tumawag yong taga lbc surigao branch sa kapatid ko na may problema ang mga balikbayan boxes ko kc nabuksan na at maraming nawala mga sapatos, damit at iba pa. This is my second email at wala pa rin kayong action or reply sa unang email ko.im so very upset lbc.nakakadismasya kayo at insured po yon lahat ang mga balik bayan boxes ko.i need your reply asap.

LBC Express delivery

November 27, 2017 date where my father send the package as i've track the package Novemeber 28, 2017 arrived at LIPA Delivery Hub. My concern is until now the package is not yet received by my mother. the tracking number is [protected]. Today December 4, 2017 so its all most a week until now the package in not yet arrived. Can you please help me to resolve this problem the package contains my mothers medicine so untul now my mother is not yet well because the medicine that we are expected to arrived after 2 days is not yet arrived.

LBC Express parcel not delivered on the committed day. as per tracker, the recipient was unknown on the given address!!!

As per LBC tracker, my parcel was ready for delivery within the day. Early this morning, I conducted a follow-up and it will be delivered before 7 pm daw. But upon checking their tracker, recipient is unknown at the given address and I should get in touch with customer care channels! Walang dumaan, walang nagtanong, hinihintay sya maghapon tapos ganun? Hinhingi ko yung number ng branch or someone from their delivery team pero bawal nga daw. It's my first time with LBC and will definitely be the last. Para saan pa at hinihingi nyo ang contact number ng pagdidiliveran kung hindi nyo naman iko.contract? I couldnt even contact your customer care hotline! Di gumagana yung number nyo! It was badly needed tomorrow and I dont known what to do na!

LBC Express product was not delivered

I have been waiting for my prarcel to be delievered since last week and as I track my pracel first it says "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."
And today it said "We tried to deliver your shipment but office was closed. LBC will deliver the next business day." (December 02, 2017 12:29:00 PM)
BUT OUR LABORATORY WAS OPEN EARLIER UNTIL 4:30PM! Please naman LBC POTOTAN BRANCH wag liar oh. I need that parcel ASAP!

LBC Express maternity clothes, chocolates, car freshener

I have a shipment going to tanauan batangas under trucking number [protected] which i mailed last november 27, 2017. It was written on the receipt that it will be deliver the following day november 28. On November 29 i received a call from the consignee that the cargo was not yet deliver so he decided to went to the nearest lbc in tanauwan to inquire the said cargo. As per your branch in tanauan it was out of delivery zone so the consignee requested that the cargo will be pick up. The branch said that the shipper should be the one to request for the change in mode of delivery. So on november 29 i personally went back to lbc sm sucat to arrange that the cargo will be pick up in lbc waltermart branch instead of delivery to consignee. Mr. Rejhon Ducusin your associate assisted me and noted the receipt that it will be for pick up. He said that the cargo will be available for pick up at lbc waltermart tanauan 1-2 days. So the consignee went again to lbc waltermart to follow up the cargo but the according to yhe branch the cargo was still for delivery and not for pick up. I called again on December 1 to your hotline and i spoke to Mr. Jovan. He told me that the status was still for delivery. I insisted that the cargo must be available for pick up until dec 1 because the conaignee will be flying to quatar on dec 2. It was also clear to Mr. Rejhon your assocciate in lbc sm sucat that the cargo must be pick up on or before dec 1 because the consignee will be leaving december 2. As per may phone call to Mr. Jovan on dec 1 he told me that they will do their best to deliver it on that day or morning of december 2 and he said that he will make a report on this matter. Today i spoke again over the phone to Ms. Gab Ecal and she said that the status is still for delivery and it is impossible to pick it up today. My point here is that i mailed the cargo ahead of time before the flight of the consignee to make ot sure to received it on time. First nobody inform me nor the consignee that the address is out of delivery zone. On the first place you should know that the area is out of delivery zone. We only knew it when the consignee decided to visit the nearest lbc branch. Second why after 2 days of notifying that the cargo will be pick up, the status was still for delivery. This cargo was closely monitored by me (shipper) beacuse it's urgent. With this matter i want to request the complete status report. I also insisted that the cargo will be delivered to the consignees address in quatar since he will not able to pick it up today because he will leave manila 6pm going to quatar. Hope you will make a necessary action on this matter.

LBC Express lbc personnel in abreeza mall branch in davao city

Yesterday, I tried to send a very important document to Iligan City. I am aware that the closing time of that specific branch is 8:00 p.m., so I rush to be there on time. I arrived at around 7:30 p.m. expecting to be accommodated but the only personnel left there told me she can't accept it. I asked her "why not" and even tried to plead cause it's very important (note: there is only 1 couple ahead of me). She said the cut-off is 8pm and she still has a lot of things to do coz she's the only one left. I told her I can wait. Another personnel came so I expected that whatever it is that she said she's doing will be done fast and accommodate me in a bit. They just keep on chitchatting! I definitely know how busy people looks like and THEY ARE NOT! So I tried to ask nicely again to accommodate me, and said they are busy (the other is just standing doing nothing).

You guys should stick to the working hours you post on your doors or online and try to show a little empathy to your costumers. Definitely the personnel on that branch that night (Nov 29, 2017 around 7:30) is too apathetic.

I'll be waiting for a feedback for this complaint and I hope proper sanctions will be implemented.

LBC Express documents bound to saipan

Good Day!

I have been worried about my shipment number [protected] because whenever I track it, still, it is showing Forwarded to tie up last november 15, 2017. We sent it last Nov. 13, 2017. Please let me know when it will be delivered because I have a deadline for submission of that important document. Since I ask you to change the address, will it have a new tracking number or it will be the same?

LBC Express - delivery issue

I was supposed to get my parcel the next day I paid my full amount to the trusted shop, the issue here is that the parcel traveled all the way from pampanga to here in talisay cebu, the tracking map shows that the parcel is already in talisay delivery hub but there is a shipping issue! I waited for 5 hours and it notified me that there is an issue?! C'mon man I really need this parcel today! Please do a follow up!!!

LBC Express i'm complaining regarding my documents marriage contract for red ribbon and saudi stamping

I submitted all the requirements for my documents in LBC such as marriage certificate NSO and PSA.i file the documents since November but until now the documents still not in process. According to them some errors happened that they miss my documents Bec the same name and my documents is lost then they say must request again new marriage contrack to NSO to file again n new marriage certificate.my questions is where is the documents my documents that they process before.Im thingking that they lost it.I don't know what happened.Im the customer but the agent in your company is not good attitude. LBC Express delivery man

Your delivery man with the number [protected] contacted me at 11.45am to deliver a package. I rejected his call because I was in a conference. I sent him at 11.48pm saying that i contacted my sister to pick up the package but he replied at 11.51 that he has left.

Is this how you train your staff? With other couriers they send a text prior that they will be delivering a package today. I got no such text from you and when I called your delivery man at 11.51, he just laughed at me.

Please train your staff properly. I have great regard for your company and you have never failed me and my family but ur rude and obnoxious staff are giving it a bad name.

LBC Express the item (shea butter) that should be delivered to me.

Where's my item (shea butter)? I been going back and forth at your place to request to pick up my item at the nearest lbc branch but you told me that the sender should be the one who will request it. I already ask the sender about it but she said that she can't do it because she didn't send the item originally at the lbc (so your branch is just the third party at the transaction). I been already go at the lbc hub because you said I should just go their to pick up the item and i text the number that you gave me but still I didn't get the item that I expected!That item is one of the ingredients of my project at school and the due date of our project is already next week still I can't get the item! I'm trying to be professional but if this is what I get, I'll just go be immature .

Nasa work ako kaya ung mother ko ang nagrecieved. mali nnman ung dumating inexpect ko na tama na ung dadating, pero ang dumating headset. Kaya sobra na ung galit ko sa inyo.
