LBC Express parcel not yet received/[protected]

Since november 15, 2018 the parcel has been forwarded to dumaguete delivery team 1 and arrived at visayas area (november 15, 2018 at 12:26:24 pm). and at the same day the parcel was accepted at edsa central. however, the parcel is not yet delivered to the recipient until now. kindly deliver it in an urgent basis because the recipient is going abroad and her flight is on november 20, 2018 at 6:15 am.

Trucking number [protected]...november 11 nsa lucena delivery team n ang balikbayan box.unang tawag ko s lbc hotlines within saturday nov.17 lucena team maisesend n s lokasyon n binigay ko.until now wla p.2months at 5days n wla p s bhay.diba 30 to 45days ang delivery time...hindi 2months lampas na.take note lucena delivery team..sa tayabas nyo lng isesend.anong meron?!smantalang ung mga ksbyan ko nkpalalayong probinsya p eh ndun n mga box nila..eh ung akin at s lucena p naipit ung box!eh kalapit lapit na sa tayabas!

I contacted Customer Service on 2 occasions, latest 1/19/19 and the reply I got is a computer generated response acknowledging receipt of the email. Below is the shipment history.

Date of Last Status Transaction Status
December 13, 2018 In transit at TAIWAN PORT.
November 27, 2018 Departed from LOS ANGELES on 11/27/2018 and is now in transit.
November 14, 2018 For loading into container.
November 12, 2018 Accepted at PANORAMA CITY (25).

It's now January 19, 2019 and still no box delivered. What is going on?

same with me. as per tracking dec 2, 2018 departed from USA. dec 20 in transit at taiwan port. jan 19 arrived in manila. jan 26 forwarded to bacolod pero hanggang ngayon di pa dumarating samin ang box. ano ba meron?

Last Nov 11, lunch time I went to LBC CityMall located at First St, Dumaguete, Negros Oriental to claim my remittance (payment for my online business) from an International country worth Php 4, 603.70. When the teller/frontdesk ask me to sign the consignee part of the form, being curious, i signed that form returned to her . The name under consignee was Patrimonio, Glenn Divina whom I dont know. SO I ask the teller/frontdesk that maybe, I could not affix my signature since i do not realy know this person. Since she already en-cashed my money, she can no longer view my trxn, as per her. And so, she ask me to return the money bcause she will email the issue i encountered. Until today, there's no response/reply to the email they've sent. Now, LBC, even this small amount really affects my small business because of your slow reply. I dont know whats wrong in your system, me and my client checked our trxn but we cannot really find the mistake or even wrong encoding of the details.

I really hope you could make a response so that I could also proceed my trxn with my client.

I think you can make some ways to resolve the complaints of your customers so that we can rate you higher than we expect.

LBC Express parcel not received

Perhaps stated in the online tracking that it is delivered to Beng Reyes.
The recepient actually did not receive the parcel due to the reason that it is holiday in their area.
and is to be delivered to Ms. Beng Reyes. RCBC AB Fernandez Avenue Branch. Contact no. [protected]

Recepient (Ms. Beng Reyes) is calling LBC Dagupan branch however nobody seems answering the call..

For your immediate action on this.

LBC Express services in sparks p. tuazon branch

On Nov. 12, 2018, at exactly 7pm I arrived in LBC located in Sparks, Robinsons Cubao, Q.C. Branch to send documents but unfortunately your personnel told me that its already cut off and they can accept my documents by 8pm after 1 hr. So I decided not to pursue my transactions because it is too late and I reside in Binangonan Rizal.

Today, Nov. 13 since I am aware with the cut off after office hour which is 6:30pm I immediately went to LBC because this is the nearest branch. It's 10-15 mins walk from our office and I arrived at 645pm.

Were only 2 customers that time. The personnel are busy in their desktop i dont know what they're doing. The 1st customer was assisted at 6:55pm and that transaction will take 15mins and its my turn again mu documents were not accepted due to cut off

If they attended the 1st customer as earlier both us are attended before the cut off. I was dissapointed because two consecutive days my transaction is rejected. Again they advise me to return after 1 hr which is impossible because of my travel time.

I just want to inform your Management of this poor service if they only attend to the 1st customer it wont be happened.

I am hoping that the service of your people in this branch will improve to avoid incovenience.

LBC Express worst delivery system

My husband applied for his passport renewal at DFA Calasiao last October 20. We expected to receive his passport 2-3 days later since we paid for the express delivery that costs Php 1200 versus the regular rate of Php 900. November came and still with no sign of the passport. Sent an email query to your customer support and responded that I had an erroneous tracking number. Replied by sending the screen shot of the receipt itself and told the rep that I sent the correct tracking number the first time. I will attach the email trail later. If we had known that you'd provide us with the WORST delivery service, we should have opted to pay for the regular delivery instead of having it expedited. Nasayang ang pera namin. Napunta lang sa wala ang binayad namin. I should demand for a refund!

LBC Express super delayed delivery

wala kayong kwenta. everyday nagbabago ang sinasabi, no one knows where the package really is, and everyday the estimated arrival of the package sa airport changes. no one also knows the valid reason for this delay. paki-ayos ang sistema niyo. pag-alis pa lang ng package sa US ilang araw na inabot, kahit ang sabi the next day na dinala sa LBC aalis na. pati pagdeliver ninyo sobrang tagal din. this was last october 29 pa, november 9 na. PLUS customer service lang ang nakakausap, we cannot complain to any superior man lang. sa email naman, walang nagrereply. don't you know how to value your clients?

LBC Express delivery

My order from Lazada particularly from Bless Care Marketing, a 1 unit of internet modem, was forwarded to and given tracking # [protected] last Oct. 31, 2018. It's more than a week but still no updates regarding this parcel. Please have me notified what happen to my parcel. It is badly needed asap.

LBC Express status was received by me but I didn't receive any item

Hi LBC Customer service.

Good evening. I would like to ask for help regarding my package problem.

Our package with tracking number: [protected]. was registered in the system as receive by Oliver Maddella. The.problem is i didnot receive any item today and no one from LBC came here to deliver an item.

LBC Express door to door delivery

Based on the tracking, my item was already received by me which is impossible since no LBC truck enetered our subdivision according to the subdivision's security guards. I have to go to the branch to pick it up and complaint, the thing is, they forgot to deliver my item and the delivery men still have the audacity to tell me "Sir ayan na naman eh, napickup mo na naman". Its not convenient for me to pick it up given that it is rainy season. Please do something about this.

LBC Express money

As I enter in your branch in Sangandaan Caloocan near SM Sangandaan, there this your oldman employee approached me with a very rude behavior! I'm hoping you won't tolerate that kind of attitude and make an immediate disciplinary action. I didn't able to get his name but his sitting at the corner left side of front desk by 11:00am when I left. I'm hoping for your immediate action and thank you.

LBC Express rude staff

I went to LBC Newpoint mall Angeles City pampanga branch earlier to send money as a payment for an item I ordered online, good thing before leaving the counter I decided to checked the receipt bec I noticed that the staff mislooked the name of my consignee, instead of Ivy he encoded Joy, I asked him to reprint the receipt bec I have to send a copy of it to my consignee, he declined the 1st time saying he can just encoded the right name as another consignee, I insisted that I really need the right name of my consignee printed on the receipt bec my consignee asks for a picture of the receipt attached on the payment form, it took us minutes of explanation before his co-worker said that he can just void the first transaction and just encode again my details, I thought that it was already okay since Its really possible to just encode it again. But the staff kept on glaring at me and he kept on stomping probably showing me that he doesn't want to do what I asked him to do. In the first place, he was the one who encoded the name wrong so he doesn't have to the right to be rude like that. I even asked him nicely to reprint the receipt and explained to him my situation. Plus it didnt even took a day or even hour before I told that he encoded the wrong name, I noticed it the moment he gave me the receipt and I reported it to him immediately. I am so disappointed. I myself deal with clients, but never have I became rude to them no matter how tired I am. He was the one who was wrong yet he didn't even apologized and he have the nerve act like that? I hope you teach your staffs the proper way to deal with customers, the staffs reflect the reputation of the company, so if you have rude staffs it just shows how you don't know how to manage your employees.

LBC Express herbeem products which I did not receive

I would like to submit my complaint regarding my order which was not delivered.I received a text from you last october 24 then october 25 that my order will be delivered anytime of the day but up to now i haven't received any.i tracked my order, the last update was last oct.25 saying that the consignee is not available.how could that be?our office is open from monday to saturday and it has a cctv at the entrance.

LBC Express wrong status declared in my package

Dear LBC,
Good afternoon!

I sent a package last Oct. 28, 2018to LBC branch here in Sta. Rosa to Pangasinan.
Receipt no. is [protected]. It was a birthday gift to my son's birthday (Nov. 01). Received a sms confirmation from LBC that my package was received by my wife last Oct. 29, good to hear that. But when I called my wife yesterday (Nov. 02), she said that they didn't received yet the package.
I had it complained in LBC here in Sta. Rosa and we called LBC Pangasinan branch and confirmed they don't deliver the package yet. Meaning, package status is not correct. Also according to my wife, all the packages that I sent was not delivered door to door and they picked them always in LBC branch. Also confirmed this to lbc and admitted that they dont deliver and even know the directions in that address.
Hoping you could make an action with this problem in LBC Pangasinan.

LBC Express undelivered documents

Regarding [protected]. Kindly deliver the documents to the recipient. Note that there is a c/o with contact number. The number is definitely active and accurate.

Please do not further delay the delivery. If you do not address this issue satisfactorily by November 9, 2018 (five long days after resumption of work), I will take it that you are not interested in resolving this issue within the bounds of your system. I will claim my right based on RA 7394 (Consumer Act) for your defective rendering of services. Note that by November 9, it has been more than a month since I sent the document for your EXPRESS delivery.

LBC Express shipping packaging

Hello we have been trying to ship a tablet through lbc san carlos city and were told we need 'tupperware" we brought our package in a bubble wrap and hatd plastic container and asked to add bubble wrap to surround the plastic container and to additionally put in a large enough box to accomodate inches bubble wrap. They insistef we go out and buy ' tupperware" at an additional cost of 200 pesos estimated and additionak shipping charges due to larger container. This is not customer service this is harrassment and caused us time money and customer complaints. Please educate your workers to understand bubble wrap inside works the sane as outside. No difference. We were very inconvienienced and frustrated. If lbc wants to impose riduculous standards then lbc needs to provide in store shipping materials to support customer needs. Thanks

LBC Express customer service

I recently went to the Santolan/West Crame branch to have my package shipped. It just so happens i dont have a smaller bill to pay for the shipping. The girl asked me if i did have a smaller bill. I didn't. She continued on to say that they didn't have change and that the LBC/Palawan service was offline to which i wondered what the connection was. I told her that i really don't have a smaller bill to pay and then rudely got the money and told her staff "PAPALIT NA NGA LANG NG SMALLER BILL" the staff asked her how much, she replied "P160 nga lang eh" and was giving faces that she was inconvenienced because I couldn't give them a smaller bill. Isn't it their job to look for change for customers? I have been sending items thru LBC bit this particular branch has some snotty employees. Ever since it has opened last year or so. This is the first time i sent a report because it was too much. Hoping you can resolve this matter. Thank you!
