I was tracking down my package under tracking # [protected]. After a series of technical description of destination points, I finally received one that lay people can understand, that is: "Ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day." An hour later, I received the bomber, "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels".
