LBC Express late delivery

I would like to complain regarding our delivery status since at 1pm we should expect a delivery but until now no package has been delivered. We drop by at your branch in Gaisano Talisay at 7pm hoping we can get it, but the personnel said package cannot be claimed since package is in Mandaue. And when we got home, I checked the delivery status online, and as per checking it was forwarded at 10am at talisay Hub. And how come package is in Mandaue?

Hope I can hear any feedback and settlement sooner from you.

I would like to comolain your personnel in lbc cabuyao delivery hub, about todays incident, sinabi ng tao nyo na naabala daw sila and kung gusto ko daw ako na lang magdeliver ng item ko, I did not pay lbc para makarinig ako ng ganung kabastos na sagot ng tao ninyo. I want tp trace who is the holder of this number @ cabuyao delivery hub [protected] today Dec 3, 2018 around 3pm to 3:15pm.. I want to hear an explanation regardig to this matter..

LBC Express I would like to file a formal complaint for requesting a refund of my shipping fee that has not been successfully made

Because I found out immediately that I've been scammed so that's why I called customer care several times to hold my shipment before it goes to its destination which is foreign country and I request for RTO. I've already got the item back but my concern here is my money that I used for shipment fee because it did not reach to its destination I want to refund my money.

For this matter, I would like to ask your good office to investigate this so I can claim the money that I payed for the shipping fee.

LBC Express payment did not reflect

On Nov. 29, I went to LBC Colon to wire my Cebu Pac payment, I booked a flight this coming Dec.30. Then on the next day, I received an email from Cebu Pac that they haven't received my payment thus they are going to cancel my booking and indeed, there is no booking under my name when I checked their website. Then, I got a call from LBC Colon that they will submit a report. It's been two days already but I havent heard anything from them anymore. I dont need a report, all I need is to have a CONFIRMED STATUS of my flight this December 30 because I wanna go home. Please this is urgent as the seat availability is very limited! Is there a solution for this or shall I get my payment so that I can book a new flight. Pls call me since I havent heard any update from LBC anymore. LBC Express irresponsible staff

May nagpadala sakin ng aloe vera from baguio for pick up pero nilagay lang yung address ko, pag punta ko sa LBC APARRI branch they told me na door to door na raw un. They called yung magshiship pero sabi nya wala raw sakanya yung parcel ko. So sabi ko icheck naman nila sa loob yung parcel ko kasi plant un at baka mamatay. Sabi nila wala daw dun. At may gana pa talagang makipag CHISMISAN YUNG isang staff dun at hindi ako inaasikaso. Like how could you hire that kind of staff?! Tumawag sila bandang 5 pm (nakauwi na ako by that time) saying na for pck up pala yung parcel ko? Tapos parang kasalanan ko pa? Angbabastos ng staff! Please talk to your staff sa LBC APARRI BRANCH. Hindi na nga nila ako inaassist ng tama, puro pa sila naka busangot. Service with a smile? Wth, what a lie. The worst

LBC Express delayed delivery

To whom this may concern,

I am deeply displeased by the service. This is the second time my package has been delayed. I didn't complain when my first package was delayed because I thought it was just due to bad weather. But again this time I was informed today by an LBC representative that my box sent on October 10, 2018 still has not been delivered and might even take 2-3 weeks before it is delivered. I sent this box early so it will reach my loved ones before Christmas. Now I was told that it might not be delivered on Christmas.
It is greatly disappointing. If this matter will not be dealt with promptly I might have to press for a refund. You people must know that we work hard to fill those boxes with presents for our family. Please have some respect and keep your terms of service.

LBC Express lost item

Nagpadala ako ng brand new celfone nov 23 2018 papuntang puerto princesa pagdating don nov 28 pick up ng receiver pabukas. Walang laman ang plastic ware na pinaglagyan dina intact ang packing tap. Napansin nya na magaan ang parcel pero para makasiguro binuksan nya kasama ng ilang mga witness at tumambad sa kanya ang baunan na pinaglagyan wala ng laman. Sira sira na ang pagkaka tape nito at di na maayos ang seal flap sa labas halatang pinakialamanan na.

LBC Express sending items & employee

Hi mag complain po ako sa isang employee niyo sa LBC Bayambang, Pangasinan Branches ..May pagka Bastos po Kasi at tamad maghanap ng branches sa malalayong lugar papahirapan kapa kahit may address na .pero pinalampas ko po yun tapos ngayon nanaman po nagpadala ako ng 1 items sa calasiao pangasinan noong saturday november 24, 2018 lunch po .I ask him na anong day makukuha he said: na monday daw po . so okay na po .Ngayon monday na nag message niyong customer ko na pinadalhan ko na wala pa daw .eh di balik ako sa lbc .so kinausap ko niyong employee .sabi niya naabutan ng cut off daw omg kung sinabi niya sana ng maaga at di siya nagsabi ng day di sana walang taong umaasa .. sabi niya ulit mga ilang days pa omg mindanao na yun . irereklamo ko din niyong tao na yun kasi sa paghagis ng plastik lbc na may laman na sa harapan ko kasi sabi ko picture ko muna .pwede ba un .nasisira ako sa customer ko .so dapat ayusin u din ung mga tao na pinapasok niyo ..at trabaho nila .salamat!

i think may pagka bakla yang employee pero wala na ako pakialam duon basta saakin lang niyong ayusin naman sana ang pakikitungo sa customer nila . masisira din ang branch na lbc kung ganyan tao ang pinapasok niyo .lalaki po siya na mataba bukas mismo kukunin ko name niya ..

LBC Express releasing docs to incorrect consignee

I was so devastated with your service LBC! we often used your service because I am confident enough for the safety of our parcel.
But not this time. I've sent a document to Ms.Editha Sabido last Nov. 22, 2018, w/ tracking number: [protected]. So since she is the consignee, she should be the one to pick-up the document right? not unless she authorize to do so on her behalf. But it didn't come that way. so frustrating and unsafe!
Yesterday, I got a notification that the receiver already got the parcel, but to my surprised, she's not the one who got for it, but one of our Chinese consultant. So how come? Sucks! that document is confidential, for your staff will only release without asking any identification? Please investigate this lapses of yours LBC and do an action to your staff or else we won't never ever patronage your courier!

Gusto ko lang ipa alala sa inyo isang empleyado nyo na pangalan ay charlie aquino naka assign sa northstar mall, alibagu, ilagan city, isabela ay may ugali na bastos bali 2x nya n ginawa sa akin meron po ako LBC card pero hindi nya parin i honor yung withdrawal ko kahit pina kitaan ko pa cya ng ID. So pumunta ako sa LBC save more calamagui kung saan pinakita ko lang yung LBC ID ko ay na withdraw ko na agad yung pera kinausap ko yung empleyado ng LBC at bigla nalang nawala yung record ko sa LBC at palagay ni bong na empleyado ng LBC centro ilagan, isabela ay pinakealaman at binura ni charlie aquino yung record ko at pati yung ID ko ng LBC ay nawala narin ang record. So i ni renew o in update nalang ni bong yung record ko si bong nga pala ay nakatalaga LBC san vicente, centro, ilagan city. Maliban dun ay itong charlie aquino ay bastos na sabihin nya sa misis ko kahit hindi n daw mag claim ang misis ko dun na pasigaw nya pang sinabi.kung itong empleyado nyo na to ay siguradong makakasira sa kompanya nyo kayat ni rerecomenda ko na tangalin nyo tong c charlie aquino ng LBC northstar mall, ilagan city

LBC Express service sucks big time

I live in the province kaya when it comes to shipping. Lbc talaga. Pero again and again they "failed" to delivery my items. Failed nga ba or you never attempted to?! Sayang ng mga araw na paghintay, lalo na kung importante yung item. I understand na madaming pasikot sikot and small villages sa provinces pero would it hurt to contact us? Kahit text man lang? Tapos kami pagalit galitan ng seller kapag na return yung item? Kami naglabas na sinungaling?! Nag eeffort din kami sa pag look out sa labas baka sakali. Nagtatanong tanong din. Lbc drivers are idle and liars. Ayusin niyo naman trabaho niyo. Online shopping is convenient pero you make it look so complicated. Next time dont hesitate na tumawag. Or magtanong tanong. Bigla pa akong humingi ng tulong sa mismong shoppee. Pero wala pa rin. Wag niyong sirain reputation ng mga buyers sa sellers.

LBC Express delivery service is depressing!

My package filled with perishable plants arrived after 3 long days.( you check your system with all dates involved here) I checked the tracking website... it said arrived at Sucat Delivery Hub and delivery team will deliver on Nov23 Friday and for 24 hours of waiting, no package was delivered. After consulting with LBC customer service, they said the team did not reach my area so I should wait the following day. (I gave my contact number so they can call me about my delivery, but no LBC staff updated me)Do you not have SOP for highly perishable items wherein they should and MUST be prioritized? So pathetic LBC! Puros kayo magagandang salita at ads, palpak naman sa gawa!
Ending? I received the package Nov 24 around 9:20pm. I opened the box and all my cactus and succulent plants intended for my customers were all destroyed. Withered...wilted...all leaves fallen and yellow. I hold LBC liable for my Loss and anxiety. Too long in transit considering the nature of the contents! LBC should be responsible enough to penalize the management's system and inefficiency and neglect! What I spent for this might not be much for you, but for me it is a great deal of financial, emotional and business downfall. To LBC, I expect your professional move on this one...I am serious!

LBC Express stuck on "forwarded to cagayan distribution

Sent a parcel to cagaya de oro last saturday.. Tracked it last monday and it says that it's forwarded to cagayan distribution. However, the parcel did not arrive yet and it' s perishable!.. Rechecked but still no update😠😠😠.. We kept track of it for 3days by going to the lbc brach where it's supposed to be picked up but the same answer was, it's still in manila. You are killing a business here. Please update your tracker.

LBC Express rates

I sent a 2 pages legal sized letter today in a legal sized envelope and the LBC Subic Branch charged me 232 pesos.?
The receipt declares value of 500 pesos wherein I did not send money on it?!
When I tried to check online rates it stated only 85 pesos for a regular parcel.
The weight of my paper is not more than a gram!
Yet I was charged 232 pesos?

LBC Express lazada product

I ordered a product in Lazada which is expected to arrive on November 20, but on November 16, it updated my order in which it is ready for delivery within the day, so I expected it to be delivered but wasn't. So, I expect that it will be delivered again on November 20 so I waited. But on November 19. Monday, it updated again that it will be ready to be delivered within the day and yet again, I waited, but nothing had been delivered. I got a message in which it says, "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels.". It's kind of weird that I am unknown at the given address because I really provided my address clearly and concisely. I hope that you can fix this. Here is my tracking number: [protected]. LBC Express claims remittance

I have to claim my remittance to LBC Galleria on nov 19, 2018. When i was in the counter, the staff told me that i need to present one more id because my remittance was above 5, 000, they need 2 ids for a remittance above 5, 000. I only have UMID and TIN id, the staff insist that the tin id is not a valid id, so i need to present one id which he suggest pagibig or philhealth id only. So i called my friend(sender), i told her about what happen, she talked to the manager of LBC cavite where she was sent the money, the manager talk to the officer in charge(LBC Galleria), she was questioning the branch why they are not accepting umid id which is enough for that transaction, because the call was coming from their head, the galleria branch processed the transaction immediately. I complained their system that they are not consistent in comes on what they call SOP, if they needed 2 ids and my id is not enough for them, why did they go the transaction? Just because their head called them? What if i used my money for emergency still they will not considered mine? I just want a fair treatment to their customer and next time be considerate.

LBC Express I am complaining about charge rate

Good day Mam/Sir! I just wanted to complain about the charge rate of 1 piece of MK bag put in a box and paid 330 which can be put in a pouch where I can pay less bound to Lucena City. Another 2pcs of bags bound to Mindoro and paid an amount of Php 1, 130. It was my mom who went there and I am an online seller abroad but my items are in then Philippines. I have reference for the rates and I was shocked that she paid the said amount. When she is going about to cancel, the staff told her that they can put it in a pouch with a rate of 500 plus pesos for the 2 bags and same with the 1 bag. So how could it be? This branch is in Villasis, Pangasinan. I heard a lot of complaints already with their service there, and I hope that you will make an action regarding this issues. Thank you and have a nice time. LBC Express parcel not yet delivered!

LBC ILOILO this company is insanely bad! I haven't received my lazada order since nov. 11 considering that the parcel was delivered to lazada last nov 12. They've been texting me that my parcel should arrived since nov 15 but until now nothing came!

Please somebody help. Their warehouse phone rings but nobody is picking up! Web chat support from their website doesnt work most of the time.
