delivering perishable items to wrong address
I sent an email to [protected]@lbcexpress.com on Sept 25, 2018 but still no reply. I want to know why you allow my items to be delivered on wrong house or address WITHOUT my authorization even through text or call. And, this happened twice to me already. Is that really your policy? That if the receiver is not around, you will just left my item in other house without texting me first without asking my authorization? What is the use of our contact number indicated on the box why the delivery man did not inform me before doing anything to my items? Those items are perishable.
On my 1st complain through text to the delivery man, he replied that he will just left my next item & just let me pick it up on their branch. I pay my shipment for delivery plus remote area fee since I could not able to pick it up cause no one will look at my 2 yr old girl.
Now, I am expecting another shipment yesterday and i am away from home but no text received from this man. I attached screenshot of our convo in the email. Below are the details:

Hello LBC team, i am expecting my package to be delivered on 23 September 2018, its 26 September already. The tracking said that you tried to deliver but cant find the location of the address. I have my contact numbers on the details, why cant you call or send me a message if so. And my officemates received LBC packages from placement of orders from online stores, whats the difference with mine? My tracking number is [protected]. KINDLY ADDRESS THIS ISSUE FOR ONCE OR ELSE WE WILL GO TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND EXPOSE YOUR INCOMPETENCE.

home delivery for my package
Please deliver my packages I been traking my packages and it say's that the lbc delivery cannot locate the address of the recipients. We been using LBC for a long time now and this is the first time happen to us. Please give my family a call in this phone # [protected] and the tracking number is [protected] that's one of my packages tracking number. We put number in the box if incase there is a problem for the delivery so that they can call the recipient . However, instead they call them they don't do anything.

Very Understandable naman na bumagyo dito sa Ilocos kaya nag closed yung isang branch ng LBC Vigan. Here is the thing.. Around 3:30pm or mas maaga pa we went to LBC Quezon Ave. Vigan city, Ilocos Sur Branch. Medyo maraming tao mga more or less 20. Then nag tanong ako if ano ififill up'an pag kumuha ng Lazada payout while showing my email.. Then tinanong niya if how much.. I told her na 549 lang.. Then binigyan ako ng form tapos nag fill up na ako then inabot ko yung nafill up'n and my voters id.. Sabay tatanongin kung may LBC card ba daw. Sabi ko wala tapos biglang may form nanaman para sa card. After ko nafill up'n. Bumalik ako dun sa tinatayuan namin ng kasama ko kasi walang maupuan. After an hour of standing tinawag ako akala ko naman ok na hinihingi plng nila yung ID Wallet daw.. Ok so naibigay na.. Naghintay nanaman ako doon mismo sa counter pero wala parin kaya bumalik ako sa tinatayuan namin tapos tinawag nanaman ako kasi magpipicture pa daw para sa card. Pero naiinis na talaga ako.. Then nag hintay pa kami hanggang sa hindi ko na kinaya.. Imagine we waited lessthan 2 hours.. Skipping work para makuha lang. We ended up getting nothing kasi sabi nung girl mag hihintay pa daw ulit. Lahat ng nakasabay namin at mga nahuli pa sa amin wala na halos 2 to 3 set of faces na ang naabutan namin dun sa LBC kakahintay sa wala tapos naka tayo pa kami.
Take note : Paano mapapabilis yung trabaho ang dami nila sa counter isang computer lang ang gumagana tapos yung isang computer para sa card card na yan! Tapos ang dami na ngang tao nakukuha pa nilang mag chismisan.. May isang costumer lang mag tatanong halos lahat ng attention nila dun lang sa isang simpleng tanong.. Dapat din kasi may number hindi yung tatawagin nalang pangalan mo. Ang nangyayari kasi tatanggapin nila lahat ng mga forms.. Tapos may dadating na magpapadala ng docs and etc. Uunahin nila.. Edi patong patong! Napaka unorganized! At dapat din bago sila tumanggap ng form double check na nila kung tama o kulang Lalo na sa mga d nakaka alam paano fill up'n yung form.. Aasikasuhin ka nalang after an hour.. Tapos about sa details pa lang pala! So disappointed!

My tracking number is [protected] I send my package last July 28 2018 and they say the maximum day for my package was 54 days only, but when I follow up it going to come to manila this coming September 27 2018, and going to custom for inspection for 2 to 3 days and they will schedule that for delivery to our house to Caloocan, so when you calculate it takes more than 60 days, I will just only having a vacation here in Philippines for just 30 days only i'm expecting o can give my package to my friend personally but unfortunately the package cannot come to my expected day, if there's a problem about the delivering our package you should contact us, that's why there's a contact info right, but you didn't inform me.

sorry for this, its just that I do ussually had transactions with lbc but first time to have this on that rude employee... that wud hit low recommendation for the company if u had that kind of person working..also wud like to commend 3 of her co employee hu did assist us nicely and did apologized for the mistakes that caused inconvenience even apologize in behalf of that rude rep. hope it would be heard..thank you
delivery exception/delay
T# [protected], shipment received in manila on Sept. 14 and was forwarded to Lower Laguna Hub Sept. 19, 2018. My mother received a call that this cargo is in damaged condition and they will open the box thats why Im shocked as i properly packed the box and its not my fault that it was put near to the water surface that's why it is damage! I was informed & expecting it would be arrange for delivery at earliest as this is their fault. I send this cargo on Aug 5, 2018 I just requested to arrange the delivery at earliest as they promised 45 days which is done! Also my vacation will be over as the shipper I want to check the shipment that I send in complete item bcoz your employee open my box! and until now shipment is not yet delivered. I dont get any satisfaction answer from your customer service. Hope you solve this case as priority. This is my concern as a OFW who send shipment to their family.

I traced my package thru online, and my package was already at the nearest branch where I live in. It is now two (2) days and still I am waiting for my package at my door then they updated my package as "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."
I've been using LBC as my primary courier since the past years and it is the first time I encountered this problem. Assuming that the delivery guy was new, they even don't bother to contact me if they don't know the exact location in the address given so what was the purpose of the "contact number" that to be filled up on the receipt ? So I am planning to just pick up my package, which is hassle for me since I paid for the service that haven't served.
PS, i do have lot of other package that will be arrived by next week using LBC Express, so as usual I'll be picking it up on the branch instead of waiting at my door.

My tracking number is [protected] and until now it has not been delivered to my address, and all the lbc numbers will not answer theirs phones. I just don't know how to follow up my parcel because all lbc branch numbers are not answering.
My number is on the parcel and yet the delivery is not calling me. It was supposed to be delivered 9.14.18 and until now I haven't heard a word from the delivery guy. Please help me to follow this up.

I ordered online, someone sent me an sms using this number +[protected] on 09/15/18 arround 7:30 pm but unfotunately i was no able to reply since i had work and no load at that time, the delivery personel did not even bother to do a second attempt then he rudely replied to my message saying that why did I not reply immediately, if this is your companies policly to not do any second attempts to contact the recipient then I'm truly dissapointed. The person told me that he sent my order/item back.

I waited many days for my order. Everyday I tracked my order first in xend then in LBC. When I tracked my order in your website, my order supposed to be delivered yesterday. But there was a shipment issue.
Whatever that issue is, I want my order delivered as soon as possible. The shipping is not free and I paid it.
Please fix your service if you don't want your customer aggravate.

I went to lbc with a good mood. I was waitinv for my turn since mahaba ang pila, as soon as tinawag yung number ko lumapit ako agad. I gave my lbc id and sabi ko magpapada ako, the agent asked if my record na i answered him yes bec that's not the first time na nagpadala ako same person lang naman pinagpapadalahan ko sabi ni agent kung pickupin daw ba I didn't heard him clearly, what I thought is he said was "may pipick up-in po ba" so I answered him "no, magpapadala ako" and he said "kaya nga ho, pipick upin ba?" Sabi ko ay oo. While he was checking he asked me again what is the address, I actually don't have the specific address since inuutos lang sakin yun than sabi ko sa agen "hindi ko alam spexific address kasi alam ko may record na ko dyan" he asked "manila po ba or province" sabi ko Bacolod. Then he just rudely replied with annoyance tone of voice "wala sa nabanggit". My point here, is that the right way to talk or to approach a customer? I will disagree if the reason is pagod lang, it's 8:30 in the morning when I came in. I want this complaint to be acknowledge. I want your company to do something about this. This is not the first time it happened and I know I'm not the only one who complained about this.

It's always a bad experience whenever I order stuff online and the courier is lbc. Because if its lbc for sure i will not get the delivery i'm waiting for. I've been waiting for a parcel to be delivered today ref#[protected]. Yes, you sent me an automated text with my reference number but what good is it to me if your drivers and delivery personnel won't even bother and look for my house. Or contact me at the very least. I've been waiting like an idiot for a day. Very different from other couriers. Black arrow always finds my home and their delivery personnel has the decency to contact you if in case they are having difficulty to locate your address. Even the food delivery guys such as jollibrr are better than you. Its a shame that you don't care for your customers. I'll make sure next time that I'll remember to keep a note for the sellers never to deliver my stuff using lbc. Worst customer service. Wasted time and effort.

How come that my place is out of their delivery area. I have been receiving many items from lazada. Lbc aparri delivered. Kindly look on to this ASAP. I never received any calls or texts from lbc aparri personnel. Aparri to gonzaga is just less than an hour for motor cycle or car.

lazada returns
I was just an the TRC01 branch, in F Tanedo Tarlac City. They were really stupid, and smug (to boot). They wouldn't take the Lazada RA because I didn't have a print out and they said I needed a reference number that's 12 digits. I tried to plead because it was really sunny and I just got off my shift at work, but they snappishly insisted the system wouldn't even take the number I was providing. I tried to show them the bar code from the returns initiation process, I wrote it down on the package just as the instructions in Lazada indicated, but they just kept on asking for a reference number which, when I asked them where I would get, they said I should talk to Lazada again. I tried to beg for them to help me out, that maybe whatever that number is that they needed was in one of the numbers I have (I even handed them my phone so I could show them the screenshot of the RA generated, the order status). But instead of helping me out, or even being apologetic for not being able to help me, they got irritated, and dismissively said, just talk to Lazada again - as if implying that it's my problem, it's not they're problem anymore.
So when I realized there was no getting through to them, I drove off to another branch. Where the item was taken without question. Of course there were questions, but no more than SOP.
It doesn't change the fact though that I shouldn't have had to beg for service that's part of what I pay for when I order items from Lazada. Much less, refused of it, as though I was a beggar in stinky torn clothes with flies all around me soliciting for money (which was how I felt when I was trying to explain and they were practically shooing me). Sure I wasn't paying upfront, but I'm an end-user customer. I deserve better than the treatment I got. Not to mention the circumstantial consequences of having had to drive twice through traffic (to the first location, and then to the second), under the scorching heat of the noon sun (when I deliberately tried to rush to get it done before the lunch break traffic).
But the worst part about it, is the humiliation. They shouldn't get to humiliate me like that and get away with it. I mean, if they can't be nice, they should work in back office. Where they won't have to address people. I didn't even raise my voice, I was even trying to charm them into listening to me because I really didn't want to have to go back with the same info when someone else more accommodating was at the counter. So it makes the way they treated me all the more appalling. It was the exact opposite of customer service.
