Hi LBC,

I am from the province of Sorsogon and cant give you a call since we live in one of the Barrios and has poor mobile phone signals. Okay, I have 3 items that was supposed to be delivered here in Sorsogon, but only items reached their destination.

[protected], [protected] these 2 tracking numbers reached LBC Sorsogon and [protected] - still has no update for almost 3 days now.

Ive been monitoring the items since it was shipped through your website and it is frustrating.

Can anyone from your team give me an assistance? as this is really frustrating,

BTW, I tried getting in touch with your Facebook team and they are useless.

LBC Express box is open from side

Ngpadala ako nung may 15 2018 Ng xl size box mula dito s dubai papuntang butuan city agusan del norte. Dumating ito ng june 26 2018 s butuan pero pgkakita nila s box maysira na s gilid, may punit ng kunti na parang sinadya at parang may kinuha s loob. S itsora ng butas niya ay makakapasok na ang buong kamay.binuksan lang nila ito pagkarting ng anak ko galing skwela. Ng makita nila na may punit na ang box..
Sana po hindi na maulit ito magpapadala pa nmn din ako ng dalawang anniversary box ngayong linggo baka mangyari na nmn ulit. Nakakatakot pinaghirapan panmn nmin itong nasa loob ng box. Please paki aksyonan lo ninyo. Salamat ng marami

LBC Express package lost

[protected] this package was sent june 25, 2018. From Davao City (Mindanao) to cagayan de oro city (mindanao). There was only one update on this shipment which was on the time the package was accepted at LBC Gaisano Mall of Davao, after that there was no update anymore, I started calling LBC customer service june 28, 2018 to get an update but nobody can give me any information. I called LBC Gaisano mall of davao and told me they have a "manifest" which means the package has already left their facility. I called again june 29th and 30th, I even talked with the supervisor, but she neither can't give me any information about the package.

This package should be received by Mr. Trauvis Tagapan in Cagayan de oro City, because he will be leaving for the US on July 1, 2018 and supposedly give this package to my daughter in the US. But since you lost the package, I demand that you send this directly to my daughter in the US. Her address is 1487 NE 117th st Miami Florida USA 33161. Contact her for any updates on this package at +[protected], her email is [protected]@yahoo.com.

This has been too much of a hassle for me, my daughter and Trauvis. I expect that you would make actions to resolve this before we go any further. Thank you. - Marilou Jose (sender)

LBC Express employee

I ordered a product from wgeasia and was said that it was forwarded to your south hub lbc. I receive an sms from one of your courier who asked me my name because he said that I have a delivery from shopee. I did not give my name but I confirmed I was at home, yet he was very insistent in getting my name or the product would not be delivered he said. He already know that i'm home why was he very insistent in learning my name. Name are considered as personal information that can identify an individual and use his information in various things. Now I tried asking the employee what the product is so I could at least identify the order, but still he was very persistent in getting my name. So I said, you can just have that rts if you like but I won't give you my name. Now today, I sent a message to the employee asking him why he said it was from shopee because wgeasia had just sent me a notification of the rts. Now this employee's reply is very provoking and insulting. He even sound taunting with his messages. We would really appreciate that you have this matter dealt with.

LBC Express overseas package

I'm really disappointed how the delivery men were. They know that the box was too big that it cant be carried by just 1 person, yet they left the box more or less 50meters aways from our doorstep and let my 78 year old mom push it to have the box moved inside the house. How inconsiderate is that? Not that, the LBC people, before leaving the package kept on babbling about an extra tip or a snacks before heading as the box was too big. When my mom said she can't offer anything of their demands they then left the box, had my mom signed the piece of [censored] and headed off. Is that how you train your people? Be surely telling my friends about how inconsiderate your people are.

LBC Express someone unknown claimed my package and lbc delivery allowed it

My receiver keeps on asking for updates about the package when in fact after tracking in on lbc website it mg receiver already claimed it. I also received a text message that it was already claimed.
I want to know if you are giving away packages without ID as proof?
And may I see the copy of the receiving copy of the receipt pls?

LBC Express service complaint

Good Afternoon.
I just want to share my BAD experience I had with your branches here in TARLAC. Consider this as complaint againts your company! Take this seriously I have a video footage on how long I wanted and how I was treated.
I have a refund from LAZADA. My email clearly indicated I just need to provide them REMITTANCE NUMBER AND A VALID ID!
Yesterday, Sunday JUNE 24, 2018 arround 2:30 LBC MARKET CITY TARLAC. I find time to claim this SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY I HAVE FROM LAZADA. The lady is kinda rude she have a trainee with her. She ask for the remittance id and valid card. She also asked for the order number. They told me they need to unlocked it from thier analyst through EMAIL! I patiently wait 20 minutes sge get back to me saying invalid ORDER NUMBER (Which was not adviced by LAZADA to give) I show her the email also the order number. Then she get back to write an EMAIL! I asked her to just call backroom since this was advised in my email she told to she tried already no one answered (which is a LIE) I NEVER SAW HER HANDING A PHONE. I still waited. After an hour she get back to me. Analyst keeps teeling invalid order number! I was beyond frustrated I wasted my time for NOTHING! I LEAVE THAT BRANCH REALLY FRUSTRATED!
I tried contacting LAZADA last night I was advised supposed not to have trouble.
Awhile ago I gave a try again. I did not went to that place again because I don't want to see her face again. I tried to claim it LBC BESIDE MAGIC STAR MALL TARLAC 12:30PM.
I saw same trainee with the girl I was talking yesterday. And she knows that I need to claim the money as well. I have this Man give a try. Same thing he did EMAIL THE ANALYST. I WAITED FIR SO LONG 30 MINUTES I WAS NIT TREATED RIGHT LOTS OF CUSTOMERS PASSING BY THEY'RE NIT STAYING TOO LONG AS I AM. AFTER 30 MINUTES he get back saying wrong tracking number he's giving back my id and the paper showing that im wrong. I show him the email and he said. Sorry sir i forgot to type in number 1 at the beggining then he get back after 20 minutes he get back wrong order number. I raise up my voice even lots of customer is at the Small place i was frustrated and BEYONG AGGREVATED! I told him to call your back room he told to me that he tried no one is answering BUT THAT WAS A LIE AGAIN HE NEVER HANDED A PHONE. WHEN I RAISED UP MY VOICE I SAW HIM DAILING SOMETHING ON THE PHONE AND I HEARD THERW CONCERSATION. THE MAN ON THE LINE WHICH IS I THINK IN YOUR BACKROOM ADVISED THAT IT WAS JUST DIRECT MEANING NOTHING TO DO WITH EMAILING THAT ANALYST TO UNLOCK. OR SOMETHING AFTER 1 HOUR AND 13 MINUTES I FINALLY HAD FINISH TROUBLE I HAD WITH YOU GUYS! I SUPPOSED NOT TO WAIT THAT LONG IT WAS JUST DIRECT HOW HARD IS THAT! I WASTED 2 HOURS COBSECTIVE DAYS JUST TO CLAIM THIS SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY! I WAS NOT TREATED RIGHT!
I HAVE THIS VIDEO FOOTAGE FOR AN HOUR STAYING AT THAT PLACE RAISING MY VOICE IN THE SECOND DAY I CAME. I CAN POST THIS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA TO DISTROY YOUR COMPANY IMAGE. BUT I DON'T WANT TO DO IT. I'M A CHRISTIAN! I DON'T WANT TO DISTROY MY IMAGE JUST BECAUSE OF THIA SMALL AMOUNT.

PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY! MAKE YOUR EMPLYEES AWARE OF THE PROCESS. THEY DON'T KNOW YOUR PROCESS IN LAZADA THEY ARE JUST AWARE CLAIMING AND DEPOSITING MONEY! YOU ACCEPETED LAZADA AS YOUR PARTER AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES AWARE WITH THE PROCESS AS WELL. THEY ARE ALSI AFRAID TO CALL BACKROOM NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE AFRAIDING OF! BUT THEY ARE BC CHITCHATTING LAUGHTING WITH EACH OTHER WHILE THEY ARE IN FRONT OF FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER.

LBC Express delivery - document was received by a wrong recipient

My item was received by a certain Gerlie Decena last June 22, 2015. Tracking number is [protected].

Please investigate and check where the document is and ensure that it will be received by the correct recipient.

Please train your delivery men to validate and ALWAYS ask for a valid ID from recipient to avoid this kind of issues. I need to have the documents ASAP.

Please naman po kung magdedeliver po ang mga empleyado niu na kontakin ang nakapangalan sa item kung d mahanap ang address ang tagal ko ng hinhintay dumating item ko. Every day nagtetext ang lbc na expect delivery within a day pero nganga lang tapos magtrace ako sabhin niu dun walang tao? Saan wari ako pumunta e maghapon lang ako na nasa bahay? LBC Express I am complaining about stolen item

I always shop online and trusted already LBC Express Masbate for almost 2yrs and all transactions were smooth. But this Saturday June 23, 2018 when my orders arrived from Shopee online shopping I wonder and noticed that the parcel had small hole but ignored it. When i checked it, my bluetooth speaker and 2pcs headset were missing and concerted effort to locate but resulted futile. So i checked again my transactions to my supplier, my orders are complete during packaging because they were sending pictures of items before shipping out. So can you please give attention and action on this matter. Thanks!

LBC Express undelivered parcel

I Sent document through LBC Bayan-bayanan, Concepcion 1 Branch on June 20, 2018. I have written on the parcel the exact address of my sister's house (a Subdivision within the City 's area) and paid the door to door charges as this was the reason why I went to LBC in the first place. June 23, 2018, I learned that the parcel is not yet received.

I got the receipt to check for the tracking no. to make follow up on the status of the delivery. I was angry to see that the recipient's address is the pick up branch and not the address I have written on the sticker.

Why this was so? (1.) Is this LBC's policy now to collect door to door charges and yet have the parcel picked up by client/ recipient from the LBC's receiving branch? If this was so, LBC or the staff should have informed the client about it. LBC should make it clear also (sa tarpulin na nakasabit sa LBC branches) that the mailing charge is for pick up and not a door to door service. (2.) Is it LBC's protocol to require client to write the recipient's address on the sticker and yet decides to write a different address for LBC's convenience? (3.) Has LBC changed services from door to door service to pick up using the rate of a door to door delivery?

LBC Express service pace

Lbc branch in sm southmall las pinas has 5 counters and only 2 functioning. One of which stepped out, we do not know for what ever reason. It may be break time or her shift already was done. I am filing a complaint for the sole reason of clutterred customers and only one employee working. Please do something about this because this cannot continue to happen especially to people who have back problems like my mom and it's a saturday where a lot of people are out.

According to my tracking, the product I ordered has already reached LBC pototan, iloilo branch last May 31, 2018 but until today June 22, 2018 it has not been still to its delivery destination. I ordered the products (2 cellular phones) from Lazada and I was expecting it to be delivered on time since my other purchases encountered no delay. please take action

LBC Express delayed delivery

To the management,

June 16, 2018 item placed for delivery from Market Market Taguig to Malabanas Angeles City. Expected received by the recipient latest until June 19 as confirmed and based from your policy. Item received on June 21 by Charles Bernese who is not the principal recipient. Principal recipient already left the country by June 20 and should have the item that time and will bring the item to Florida USA. We chose LBC courier because we know that you have a good service and on time. How come this happened? Now, how we can send the item to USA? Who is in charge of this? Please give us advise what to do? as I can see here, it is the fault of your carrier.

LBC Express passport delay delivery

To whom it may concern,

Good afternoon Ma'am/Sir my name is Byshyshelly Sabayton and my passport still not delivered, the released was last May 28, 2018 and I am expecting your lbc branch at cdo dfa centrio mall will deliver it to my place as I payed for it, but until now there is no delivery happening and no contact number how can I reach them. I have no time to go back to cdo just to ask where is my passport as I am a busy person, I work at the laboratory Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm. If you can help me how to reach one of your branch at centrio mall dfa please do as I need my passport as soon as possible. LBC Express shipment

This has been an ongoing ordeal for the last days as people from LBC QC Hub are so inefficient and not doing their job properly. How can you guys be so unprofessional as Avision Phil perhaps, maybe had a good partnership deal with you. People are improperly tagging the package with out even knowing what is happening. I have to spend my time and long distance calls for I was about to and now travelling when this issue arise and due to their negligence we are all up to this. LBC's falls promises on agents level and even on some Supervisors waiting for call back, but the ending was I am doing the calling instead. This is getting to the nerves guys, Avision or Lazada may not be aware of what you guys in LBC are doing, it is a loss of sale at the end of the day for all so how can some people be so careless. Carelessness, negligence is all that prevails here now. Maybe Lzada or Avision can change courier services to the one who is proactive and efficient, there are a few others out there. This is a disgrace, LBC even ignored my first email via [protected]@outlook.com despite that I verbalise there was no acknowledgement of the first email. You are as worse like Telecoms customer service.

How can you tag no one was home when someone was home, and how can you say refuse to accept when nobody was there to accept. (basta nalang may masabi) this is what makes me upset.

If this is resolved, on behalf of Avision and |Lazada, I demand suspension of all persons involved in this delivery, I want supervisors to review all the call and I demand a copy of their suspension letter. This is not because I just like it, but I want to teach them a lesson of doing their job properly. I cannot tolerate such lousy services you are offering. If this is a practice dear LBC, let us stop this.

I will not stop until suspension or disciplinary actions are served to all agents, delivery team involved.

You cannot compensate my frustration anyway so then let us suspend some people,

Over the years I am using LBC in sending money for the longest time, shipments if maybe you can track my name, trust me I have a lot but until an incident last night, I bet I have to find another company. Aside from inefficient long cue and no chairs and 1 or 2 counters serving unlike before, if you are on cost cutting, please make it efficient, my Goodness

I just do not know if LBC is just so insensitive and I have no idea if you are really working on your complaints or just simply saying we apologize we apologize this is just a lousy customer service indeed. Do you need help? You can hire me.

I just do not know if you simply do not care if it's from Lazada. Their vendor unfortunately chose LBC as their courier where I had the worst experience yesterday.

I called multiple times and I was assured many times that it will be delivered, agent assured to send the message to the QC hub that I am waiting at least it can be read but 7 8pm came and nothing happened.

I even verbalized I do not want to hear I'm sorry, it didn't reach cut off, it will be Monday, nobody was home and…….. I was not surprised, to my frustration this is what I heard during my last call.

Perhaps this is a practice.

What made me mad was that the report said nobody was home, my gosh! I was at the terrace the whole time from 12 noon to 8pm, because first this is a building, I have to watch over if someone is coming but, the worst thing nobody texted or called, this was a BIG LIE, whoever the team was yesterday I want to escalate this, this is unacceptable, my schedule was destroyed big time because of you guys, If they were in front of 137b address I should see them but then again with my stay at the terrace no LBC came, so whoever the team was yesterday that was a big lie again. Like common, can you find like a legit excuse, or lies. or they don't know the address, maybe they can use WAZE, I am just in EAST Kamias so this is not a hard to find place at all. Believe me it is really unacceptable. I want all my calls reviewed, agents involved, there was even an agent who hanged up on me. I need an acceptable explanation, in fact I need compensation maybe. |This is to the nerves really, trust me.

Here is the order number, I need it first thing in the morning, Monday for I have a flight. I want an action to this complaint, I need someone to call me.

The north atrium branch provided me with numbers to contact and still the same answer.
I have sent a message to your fb page and was assured they do something. But that something must be now as 1 patient will fly by 12 pm!
And these moulds are from patients' ear impressions!
Now how can you pay a lost trust from a patient. She is returning the 112 k worth of hearing aids due to the delay of this mould?
How can you pay a bad image for not delivering the promise to my my patients?

Good day report ko lang po lbc dito sa mandaue, last year december nag padala ng package sakin si lazada fully paid na ung items, nag messege ako ngayun ni lazada sabi ko san na ung package ko bat hindi ko pa natanggap, sabi ni lazada na ipadala na po with this tracking # so tina track ko ang number na binigay sakin ni lazada na deliver na pala december 14 pa natanggap ko na daw, ehh hindi naman nag messege sakin si lbc ar akin din naka pangalan ang nag receive daw dun how come po wala talaga akung na receive last december at tinanung ko na rin ang mga kasamahan ko sa bahay wala din sila na tanggap, sana naman lbc ayosin nyo naman ang serbisyo nyo kasi ang trust ng mga tao sa inyo wala sirang sira na kayo. Kahit worth 1k lang un pera pa dun un. Maniwala naman kayo sa karma . Buti sana kung papalitan nyo pera namin twice nato ng yari sakin sa lazAda din galing ung isa haizzz kaka bwiset,
