I order my items nov. 30 and ship out dec. 4. It was encoded at yakal by dec. 5. But until now there is no new update about my parcel. No parcel insight. Please locate my parcel. I hope lbc would give an action to this. I feel so unsafe because until now my parcel is not been delivered since last week. Pleaseeeee please! Be responsible I pay correctly and on time please deliver it on time too! 😡

I track my parcels through your website and hotline but still my parcels were stucked since Dec.5..I'm wondering why are you not able to deliver it until now.Don't give me the excuse of fully loaded deliveries due to the holiday season because you are in that industry long ago and you must know how to handle it hassle free.Maybe you dont deserve to be "HARI NG PADALA" kundi "HARI NG SABLAY". I'm sorry but that's what i feel right now.

It states on your page that, there is a shipment issue. I ordered it on Lazada last December 6, 2017 the item is a Clifton CUK-S1e Concert Ukelele with Eliot Lemi Pickups and Free Accessory Set. The expected delivery is from 9th to 15th of December. I'm expecting it so much but it wasn't delivered yet. Tomorrow will be the Final date as the delivery states. I'd hope it will be delivered. Last time it was an early delivery but this time, its a lot of wait. Thank you.

Hi. I would like to know where is my parcel is. The said item was forwarded to lbc last dec.6, 2017 from fastrack and until now i did not received it yet. I track the parcel that was dropped but your page is not working or i dont know if why is that. So i could not see where is it now. Im still waiting though but im not so sure anymore if its gonna be delivered to me or not. Its so dissapointing. [protected] thats my tracking number by the way.

I've dropped this parcel on Dec. 7, 2017 and delivered to angeles-mabalacat hub on Dec. 8, 2017 but until now the tracking still not updating and it seems that they didn't to deliver the item. My customer is complaining everyday because she really need this item. This is very frustrating because we are in the same city. It should only take 1-3 days. Here's the tracking number [protected].

Im expecting my delivery yesterday, I tracked it, when it was arrived 1am at cabanatuan delivery hub, it didnt move all day, im expecting it to be at pick up place yesterday afternoon, until now I tracked the number, it still on cabanatuan delivery hub. It should have been forwarded to my pick up branch located at zaragoza, nueva ecija. Very very slow service.

The shipment from an online shop that was shipped from December 8 still wasn't delivered to us. I tracked the package and it stated an issue. The shop said that the item would be received at December 11 or 12. Still it is not here. It stated forwarded and arrived to NARRA. I would like to clarify it, because it should be Virac, is the package sended to other place?

What happen? How come this would happen ...? On your tracking parcel on december 9 said expect delivery within the day then it couldn't happen theres no more delivery..the next day i went to lbc moalboal then they said ill wait for their text then it couldn't happen again ..then december 13 i track this morning and i found out shipment issue ..why?

Im a customer of Lazada. Im here at LBC Camiling branch to claim my refund from Lazada. The LBC personnel says, my remittance number is unlock. And we waited for too long, actually since saturday pa. From Morning til afternoon of waiting, Ive tried to contact Lazada about this, but they say its your job to fix that. The LBC camiling personnel tried to call the main branch of LBC but no one will answer the phone. Please be considerate. We wasted our time and money to back and forth to LBC.

As per sender maayos nya ibinigay sa LBC Lianas ang original documents for shipping. pag dating sakin pag open ko na plastic ng lbc, super crumpled ang papel at may kaunting punit na sa side dahil sa pagkacrumpled nya. Sana mapansin nyo ang complain nato dahil hindi maganda ang ginawa ng lbc sto. tomas batangas. Nagmukha na tuloy scratch paper ung document.

Parcel was sent out last December 6, tracking number [protected]. I was waiting in the office(indicated address on the parcel) since December 7 for the delivery. Our office was open and was never closed! I should be out from the the office by 2:00 pm and was waiting for the delivery until 5:00 pm but nothing came! You wasted my time! This is not the first time this happened, the last tine it happened was partly my fault and I don't blame the delivery man for the address was incomplete, however I was deeply frustrated because of the people from your CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. I called and asked them to confirm if the parcel will arrive and was told that it will arrive the said day and was asked to wait until 8'o clock but no parcel came! it was only delivered the next day after the was escalated to a supervisor! For the second time you had wasted my time and delayed my business.

I called LBC contact number provided and no one pick up the telephone? What the heck?

Last July 2017, I processed my SSS Loan Payment in your shop located in Gaisano Mall here in Davao City. I already went to SSS and confirmed that my payment was not posted or did not reach them. I have complied with your store representatives demand to provide all documents for my complaint to get processed and until today, after 5 LONG MONTHS and countless follow up, with which NO ONE bothered to get back to me. I have now decided to proceed in filing a court case. This issue has given me a lot of stress and additional fees to cover for late payment. Expect that I will now demand for reparation ON the sheer NEGLECT I have been treated with and the emotional damages this case has caused me.

Yung inorder ko di ko na matrack. wala ng update after nyo itry ideliver! Wala ako nung diniliver. Ang instruction nung nagdeliver sa lola ko puntahan ko daw sa San Miguel Bulacan Branch. Pagdating ko dun wala daw dun! Nakakagigil kayo. Kung sa inyo maliit na amount at gift cert lang yun sakin pambili ng gatas at diaper ng anak ko yon! San ko ngayon hahanapin yun? Last day po dumating na ng Guimaras yung parcel. And according to tracking site, ready for delivery na. I checked the site again. Ang nakalagay, "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channel". I tried checking the site again today pero yun parin ang lumabas. I also tried sending an email through their customer service asking what that issue is but got no responcse. Please help me with this. Thank you!

December 8, 2017 around 10:30 am. complaint lang po ako... may nag deliver po kasi dito na COD. tapos parang nagmamadali ang nag dedeliver ng order ko.. kinuha ko yong pambayad hindi nga ako nag 5 mins. na pag kuha at pag abot ng bayad. sabi daw bilisbilisan ko daw kasi madami akong dedeliveran. sabi ng nag dedeliver.. tas pag abot ko ng bayad nasa 350pesos lang naman yon inabot ko 400 sabi daw wala daw pangsukli at punta naman ako sa taas para mag hanap ng barya.. tas pag baba ko parang galit na ang nag deliver.. please paayus naman po ng ugali ng mga nag deliver na yon.. ty po.. camarines sur. naga city.
