LBC Express delayed delivery of parcel with tracking number 173137564745

The parcel with tracking number 173137564745 was received at One Mercedes Branch Pasig on February 12. Until now Feb 20, the parcel has not been received yet by the recipient.

The LBC Customer Service cannot give me an update since yesterday. I called the customer service at phone number 8585 999 and was able to talk to Jon Baliong. I apprised him of the predicament. I requested that if the parcel will not be delivered today, I want the parcel returned to me. He said they can do it but I have to pay a re-forwarding fee. WHAT?

I want the parcel delivered to the recipient the soonest possible time! This is so frustrating!

LBC Express product delivered to a wrong recipient

Okay so ganito ang nangyari. Thursday feb 7 kami nagplace ng order sa isang online seller and lbc nga ang napag usapang pagpapadalhan. Within 1-3 days daw ang expected days bago arrival nung supplements na inorder namin. Dahil nga busy, monday feb 19 na kami nakadaan sa lbc para iclaim na yung product. Ang kaso, nakakainit ng ulo kasi ang sabi nung isang employee doon eh received na under my name yung package nung friday pa 4:30 pm. Delivered daw sa boarding house na tinutuluyan ko. Ang issue ko lang eh bakit hindi sila nanghingi ng id para masigurado na yung totoong recipient nga ang pinagbibigyan nila. Worth php 6000 din yung product na inorder namin. Pinapupunta ako sa isang mas malayong branch ng lbc para doon ko daw isettle ang issue. Nakakabastos na. Today ko supposedly kailangan itake yung supplements na inorder para di lumala ang condition ko at para makaprevent ng complications. Nakakairita kasi hindi ko alam kung mababalik pa yung package nung pinagbigyan ng nagdeliver. I demand na icompensate yung mga gastos at incurred damages sa part ko as customer. Pinagkatiwalaan ang lbc pero ganyan? Nasa civil code pa man din ng konstitusyon ang mga obligasyon niyo lbc. Di niyo man lang gampanan maiigi. Hindi ito ang first time na nagpabaya ang mga empleyado niyo. Umayos kayo kasi hindi biro ang perwisyong dinulot niyo.

Good pm po. ithis is to inform you/ lbc express, that i'm very disappointed in sending items thru you/lbc, because I went to lbc mabini, batangas branch, and sent my 3 kinds of items with a total of 7 items including cellphone, last friday, june 5. I wrote the name of receiver and the address clearly, to be received by him in brgy. sto. nino, magalang pampanga, with tracking# [protected] but I wondered why I received lbc notice on june 8 that my shipment was received by other person whom I do not know, and not written in the form I filled up.. he is not the person to receive it, why did your delivery man gave it to him? I called the correct person and there wasn't package brought there by your lbc. can you explain why you gave my shipment to the wrong person in a wrong place? until now you dont have the initiative to make it clear to me while it was already reported it to you by your branch? what about now? lbc mabini branch told me that you/lbc customer service personnel will call me but until now why I never get any words from you. cellphone has important files/documents/data there, what will happen to it? how about data privacy law? if other persons got that items, opened it or use it, what can you say? when can you contact me? next year? while I reported it early to the lbc personnel here in mabini, batangas. can you give me explanation about it? how about my items sent? what will happen now? can I recover it soon? please answer me because that is your responsibility, to trace it and give to right receiver. I hope I will receive your answer about this. when you reply, i'l give you the tracking number. please do your obligation because sending process was paid to you. and I trusted you... data in the cellphone is in danger. may I remind you that we have our data privacy law. please answer me... i'm waiting for your call even thru my cellphone I gave/used in sending/[protected]. please trace my shipment and give it to the right person completely, or send it back to me asap. what is your answer?

LBC Express document parcel

I sent my documents from LBC Cagayan de Oro City on February 13, and the agent told me it will reached to its destination on the 15th. But up until today, the parcel haven't delivered yet to the address that I input. That documents were urgent and must be delivered on time. As an employee we must make sure to bring the vision and mission that the company established so that the goal aim will be hit. I am also a CSR and I know the drill. Please locate Rizza Quintana who released my documents to whatsoever and have it deliver to the address stated. Thank you.

LBC Express document

Staffs of this branch are somewhat lazy. I sent a document last feb 12 from manila and it arrived the next day in there branch in naval but is not yet delivered to the exact address and its almost a week. If I purchase a product in lazada which must be delivered door to door, they dont deliver it they will just call to pick up the item in there branch which is not right.

LBC Express parcel not received after several follow up

Medicine parcel still not received after several follow ups!

Stocked in lipa delivery team. I'm calling customer care daily to request to expedite the delivery but still undelivered. I demand your office to pay the amount I declared if my consignee will cancel her order.

Customer keeps on follow up on her order because she need to take this medicine.

LBC Express urban shorts at lenovo s5 smartphone

January 22 to January 31 nakalagay na delivery time frame ng urban shorts ko. January 28 Arrived at ifugao vizcaya delivery team till now wala pang update kung nasaan na yung utem ko lbc dapat gumawa kayo ng action. Mabuti pa ang ninja van ang bilis ng process, habang ang lbc ay pagong process ang bagal bagal ano na ngayon february na wala pa yung shorts na order ko. Second is yung lenovo s5 phone dumating ang item ko sa ifugao vizcaya delivery team last february 13 and 14 onwards ang expected na delivery pero ewan ko ba bakit ganyan ang process ng lbc ang bagal talaga dati rati ang bilis naman lbc dati nagdedeliver sa akin ngayun ganito na sana naman magawan nyo ng action ito. Kung meron pa ba kaming matatanggap o wala na. Taga Poblacion, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya po ako sana naman po gawan nyo nang action sesantihin nyo na yung mga tamad nyong delivery boy para mapalitan at bumilis ang process sana meron na bukas yung item ko ..Paki contact na lang po ako sa number na ito [protected] maraming salamat pi and more power..

LBC Express delivery for lazada

Lbc delivery was very bad, delivery failed daw eh tangina hindi man lang nagtxt o tumawag ung delivery man. Dumating atat sa bahay kumatok nung walang nagbukas umalis na. Symepre walang tao kasi nagsusundo ng eskwela mrs ko. Ito tracking no nya [protected]. Tanginang lbc na yan. Tagal kong hintay yang delivery, tatawag ka sa customer hotline nila wala namang sumasagot puro recording lang kahit office hours

LBC Express delivery

They updated the tracking page for an attempt delivery and put an unsuccessful delivery when they didn't even sent any update that they are going to deliver my order today(2-15-19). No message nor call from them. I was at home the whole day waiting for delivery. Then i was upset to see on the tracking page they "attempt to deliver my package" and its "unsuccessful" 😞😠

LBC Express poor service/ lazy staff

I danica seblos sent package from lbc nuvali to be received from lbc candelaria. The receiver name was placed as sally magnaye. Now, in candelaria my customer said that she has no id named sally magnaye to pick up the said package. So, I went to lbc nuvali to change the receivers name. Having been said lbc nuvali said that they already emailed lbc candelaria. I asked if theres a proof and was told that theres none and its ok already. So we expected its ok to be picked up. Second time my customer went to lbc candelaria the staff there didnt released the product yet. Second time I followed up lbc nuvali they said its emailed. Again, no proof just word of mouth thats emailed already. The third time today! My customer said that she was trying to pick up the package but the lbc candelaria said no email received. The staff said its not their fault in the first place that the name was wrong. What kind of staff do lbc candelaria have? 1st 2nd 3rd time someone is going on their place and telling them that its already emailed and yet they did not made any action to email lbc nuvali or even tried to confirm by calling the package origin! Pls hire staff that does have common sense! And we are in need of the product and the answer if not suggested is only we will email lbc nuvali! We changed the name already! I lost a client! We lost money just by going back and forth to lbc branch to fix the problem! I cant refund the courrier fee! So disappointing!

LBC Express lazada delivery no updates!

I have an expected package since last feb. 8 and it did not arrive. Upon checking the status was it failed delivery because "the house was closed" as per your system despite of us being there 24/7. Another failed delivery attempt was recorded last feb. 9 even tho, again, we're there. Status said that the house was closed again! No one even texted or called me during these delivery dates so what's the point of having my number on my package?
We asked our village guards if there's someone from lbc looking for us and even asked the next riders if we have a package and none said we have. Now, I tried calling your hotline since feb. 10 and until no one answers my call after making me wait. I messaged your facebook and the attached was our conversation. As expected, I got nothing but wasted time!

Stop wasting our time and money. Make your service better! My god. I've been bugging you on fb and email but no one gives me proper resolution!

LbC express-kung tinatamad kayong magdeliver ng package, edessolve nyo nalang yang courier nyo. Hindi yung nagpapaasa kayo na ededeliver tapos ni update na message or call wala. Bigla nyo nalang iu update sa track package na nag attempt kayo magdeliver and failed! And then ibabalik nyo sa sender? Grabe kayo a. Ayusin nyo naman ang trabaho nyo?!

Napaka incompetent ng lbc lalo na yang lower laguna na yan. Hindi lang isang beses nangyari to madami na. Wala lang akong choice dahil yung seller lbc ang ginamit na service. At bakit kayo naglalagay ng flase remarks sa track and trace website nyo? Request to postpone? Mga bobo ba kayo? Ang tagal na nyan ipopostpone ko pa? Asan na yung package ko ang kakapal ng muka nyo! Pati customer service nyo mga bobo. [protected] yan tracking number ko mga tanga!

LBC Express lbc roosevelt quezon city branch

Nag padala ako ng parcel kaso sobra nalagay kong item sa pouch bumalik ako 6pm sabi sakin no refund na sila since cut off na di na nila. Magalaw system, so tinanggal ko sobrang item para ma paship na ulit sabi sakin another bayad na daw yun kasi gagamit na ng new plastic and di pwede ilipat code sa ibang plastic. So ayun, sana sinabi sakin agad na ganon. Then yung associate kinuha copy ko ng receipt yung copy nya pinunit nya. So para akong nagbayad sa wala. Kasi no refund. Lbc roosevelt branch

LBC Express late delivery

Hi,

I always complaint with your customer service regarding the late deliveries of you item. As I always choose as you (LBC) as a courier since you are the most known delivery company here in the Philippines but it has been four (4) time for me to conplaint regarding about late deliveries maybe bacause you dont do any actions to correct it.
My tracking number is [protected], and with my previous tracking number that is also delayed for 3 days (time delivery in MINDANAO, that was beyond far from me) was [protected].

As you may understand my situation I am also a Business women that used LBC as a medium for me to recieve my item on time, even I paid an extra amount compared to the price of other courier to make sure that I will recieve my item on time since I also need to deliver it. I am an online seller at LAZADA Philippines and since they want to provide a quality service and fast delivery I also need to ship my item on their given time or else the order will be cancelled.

It is not that easy to have a buyer since everyday I dont have a SURE customer so I need to follow their rules / ship the item on time. Also once my item was cancelled due to late delivery because of your fault, are you going to cover for my lost? Ofcourse not!

I want you to check what is wrong with the delivery of Lipa Hub since it is not really effective, also it has been FOUR TIMES! (4x) or maybe the managers is not really doing their job that is why most of the time the delivery was late.

Waiting for the action regarding these. This is not already acceptable.

LBC Express Documents

Got my documents processed February 09, 2019 in LBC SM BF BRANCH, was told that it will be subject for 3 days delivery. Tried tracing online with this tracking number [protected] and confirmed delivery was supposed to be yesterday. I checked with the recipient, up until this hour no sign for documents been expecting since yesterday. What's the problem? Was there any notice for updates you can possibly sent? What's the point of getting phone number for both sender and receiver? This documents are urgently needed asap for visa application.

LBC Express bogus seller (men’s wear ph)

I bought a summer short from online "men's wear ph" worth 1598 for 3 and they said its original. When the delivery man came I paid it then I check the item inside of our office and I found out the other short that they gave me has no lace and the color was also not as I ordered. I don't care if its original or what I just want my order correct and complete.

Then the worst thing is they block me on their page and even in their messenger.

At walang problema ang fb page dahil lahat ng online shop lahat active sa kanya lang ang bukod tanging hindi ko ma open ang page.. Please pagawan ng aksyon or else magpapadti ako.

how come na unknown ako sa given address ko e taga dun ako.. bka naman hnd pinuntahan ng rider neo.. txka pwede neo naman kc aqng macontact sa mobile number q.. kaya nga may naka indicate na mobile number para macontact neo recipient.. hay naku lbc! pls panu ko makukuha item q? dapat kasi inform neo dedeliveran neo kung otw na rider neo or what.. kung maidedeliver b nea or what.. dpat katulad ng black arrow and ninjavan courier..

LBC Express package delivery

I bought a laptop (acer) last january 16 and it comes with a freebie (watch). I asked for follow up of my freebie through email at acer, they gave me the tracking number of the item. I tracked the package and the courier (lbc) didn't able to locate our address, with the fact that we're located along mcarthur highway here in bulacan. Since lbc couldn't locate our address, they return it to the sender which is acer but as I asked acer if they can reschedule the deliver of my item, they said that they haven't received the item back yet. The question is where is my package now? We're planning to asked for help in authorities, in tv to help us and let everyone, nationwide, know what is happening with lbc. If there's dirty jobs inside there.

We're not demanding like this because of our package was just a freebie. That freebie is expensive. So please lbc, cooperate with acer office now.

LBC Express shopee order/transaction

I wasn't inform na lbc pla ang courrier ng item na inorder ko sa shoppe, I am sad and disappointed because wla akong magandang experience with lbc express dito sa leyte lalo na pgdelivery (naturingang hari ng padala). Late ko a nalaman kc nung pagtract ko ng delivery thru shopee, eh paulit-ulit nalang kc laging failed delivery, eh never naman nh. Attempt n ideliver, panay lang ang text ang system nila d nman mareplyan (kc system lng po un). 2 days n may kinansela akong appointment kc nag. Eexpect ako ng delivery kc txt lng ng txt ang system nyo hnggang 8pm. Malayo po ang warehouse ng lbc dito sa amin,. Ang tamad at mnloloko ng delivery men nyo. Last feb3 eh dinugo na ako at muntik na may masamang mangyari sa pinagbubuntis ko kakahanap sa warehouse nyo at pagdating ko dun eh ang sabi d dw alam ni delivery man ung boarding house ko, along the road lng po at wala may komontak sakin. Laking abala at gastos,. Ang seller pa ang ng. Inform sakin na may delivery issues.. I have a bad feeling na ganito n nman gagawin ng lbc sakin kc ang update ngaun ay failed delivery. Please attend to this concern.. Thanks.

LBC Express delivery services

The shipped item was transacted last january 19, 2019 at LBC solano nueva viscaya with tracking number used [protected]. And yet the item was not yet recieved by Lazada warehouse. Its been 23 day from that date and the worst is that the receipt is almost fading😔.
I don't know whats the problem yet the item i shipped back to zalora last january 31, 2019 was recieved by shipper last Feb. 6, 19.its an complaint that needs further action since LBC customer service is not responding.
