The documents I sent was deliver to unknown person. I already reported this to your hotline and they told me to give a feedback after 3 working days. How's the retrieval of the shipment? LBC Express delivery

I send a document on january 9 and received a message that my document was received already by someone on january 10 which is not the one I wrote in the documents provided. On january 11 as I checked my tracking it was out for delivery on january 11 at 10 am. Then once I checked again on january 11 at 3 pm it was again teceived by the same person as they previously informed to me. Noe I dont know wherr to rely wheres my document ryt now.

LBC Express shipment issue.

I am still waiting for my order from lazada through lbc express with tracking number [protected]. I have ordered it last dec 4, 2018 and it arrived at lbc express antique last january 10, 2019 with the same delivery date. How will I know the problem with my items? I have not received any text message from the delivery man. Hoping you will resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!

I cant find the Reciept for my package
It wad 1 of 3 boxes seny from manila saturday 5th jan
Arrived wednesday 9th jan
Siargao island
Was sent from verity wigley to hippies surf shop
The package was soaking wet and squashed
Inside cantained books and art products all of which have been ruined
It had been taped uo with plastic wrap after it had been either dropped in the ocean or left in the bottom of the wet boat
I would expect a full refund

LBC Express balikbayan box

I am writing to file a complaint. I sent balikbayan box on August 30, 2018 to Dr. Dodjie Marasigan at Marasigan Dental Clinic, Gaisano Capital Mall, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, Philippines. The Bill of Lading number [protected]. The LBC agent here in Tallahassee, Florida.

The balikbayan box was received on the second week of December, few days before I arrived to the Philippines on December 14, 2018. I noticed right away that the box was not full and had "sunk". I packed up the balikbayan box myself so I know that the box was full. I did unload/open the items myself as well. To my disappointment and dismay, the following items are missing : 6 Levis long pants, 5 Docker long pants, 10 Lacoste T-shirts, 2 Jan Sport back pack, 5 caps hat with US logo design, 5 bags for women, Toys, Sandals for men, necklace worth $125.00, 1 make up set Clinique brand, 5 BCBG brand clothes.

I was very disappointed with this company whom I trusted for years.in the past, I've heard news/rumors about theft in balikbayan boxes which I refused to believe until now that I became a victim myself. If your personnel/staff keep doing this bogus/malparactice, you will loss your business someday. I really really really got mad that some of your staff in the Philippines are doing this sa ating mga kababayan na nagpakahirap ipunin for years to send this things to our love ones in the Philippines. Hindi ba kayo mahiya manguha ng hindi sa inyo? I hope the complaints can be heard to the highest position in the LBC to take an action to stop the theft. Please investigate this and I demand that I be compensated for the lost/missing items that were stolen.

Two years ago, my mother (in Leyte) told me na konti na lang daw and laman ng balikbayan box (LBC), hindi ako naniwala kasi hindi ako ang nagbukas sa box until now I see it myself. Another thing happened to my cousin sent LBC balikbayan box from California, same thing bawas na ang box.

May I expect a courtesy of a prompt reply?

LBC Express delivery

Have been waiting for almost a week for the package to arrive. Based on the tracking the item wasnt delivered due to unknown recipient. How could they tagged it as that without calling me first during the delivery? And now they want me to claim at Cabuyao warehouse when I'm living at Binan? What about the shipping fee that I paid which is supposed to be a door to door delivery? Bakit kailangan ko pa gumastos ulit ng pamasahe at bumayahe ng malayo na dapat kayo naman talaga ang dapat mag deliver nung item kaso ganun ang binayaran ko. Lagi naman ako ngpapa deliver. Bakit naman dati nadadala yung ibang courier nga kino contact pa ako before magdeliver para i-sure na nasa bahay ako. Hindi kaya katamaran lang yang ginagawa nyo? Pinapahirapan nyo ang customer. Buti sana kung wala akong baby na inaalagan. Pero kahit pa wala hindi tama na customer pa ang kailangan lumapit sainyo. Yung email nyo din sa customer service automated lagi sagot. Wala naman nasagot sa mga tanong ko at wala din malinaw na sagot. Hay naku.

LBC Express deliberate false declaration of facts causing moral damage to the recipient of a package

1. I am dr. melo cabornida with office address at navitas wellness center bldg., la paz - zaragoza hi way cor ancheta st., san roque, la paz, tarlac.
2. on december 20, 2018 dr. enrique enriquez, son of former budget secretary salvador enriquez, sent a package for me at lbc express ground floor, shopsville arcade, greenhills, san juan, metro manila.
3. the tracking number of the package is [protected].
4. I did not receive the package and entirely clueless on what happened. whenever I followed up from dr. enriquez he insisted that he sent the package on dec. 20, 2018.
5. on january 9, 2018, dr. enriquez sent me a text that apparently came from lbc that says the shipment with above mentioned tracking number was received by me on dec. 24, 2018. this indeed shocked me because I was made to appear that I was a liar. this prompted me to track the shipment personally online.
6. I was terribly shocked and surprised to find out the result of my on line tracking; with the ff entries:

december 21 the package arrived in tarlac delivery team
december 21 we tried to deliver but office was closed.
december 23 we tried to deliver but office was closed.
december 24 received by melo cabornida on 12/24/18.
7. the entry on december 21 is true... because that is the date of our medical mission in clark, pampanga for the 3, 000 poor aeta people. the entire navitas staff are involved hence navitas center was closed.
8. the december 23 entry that the office was closed is false. because this is the date of navitas christmas party and all staff are in the building as early as 6 am for the preparations and the party lasted till late night so it is impossible that we are close or nobody is available to receive the package.
9. the december 24 entry is a complete lie and false declaration in the highest order. me and my family left navitas bldg., where we stayed overnight, at 7:30 am for a 2 - day christmas vacation in manila. I did not receive any package from lbc on this date and its practically impossible.
10. around 9 am, january 9, 2018, I called up lbc customer service hotline 02-858-5999, via long distance call. an lbc representative by the name of lea told me to ignore the december 24 entry in on line tracking because the package is still in lbc maliwalo branch in tarlac city. I informed lea of lbc that I demand an explanation for the mess that caused severe moral damage on my person because I was made to appear to be a liar. lea told me that she has made a report already and I hanged up.
11. around 10:24 am a male lbc representative using cell phone number 0948 419 7479 and refused to identify himself informed me that he is about to deliver a package... the tone of his voice is arrogant and did not even bother to say sorry or express an apology first. I told the male arrogant lbc employee that I am not ready to receive the package and I am set to file a complaint... the shocking response of the arrogant employee was "sige po at pending ko na lang eto". unbelievable. this blew my top and really disappointed me very much that tears started to fall from eyes out of severe frustration and feeling of helplessness. I wander what kind of customer service culture lbc organization has.
12. around 2:08 pm, an lbc delivery van came to navitas bldg. and the lbc personnel tried to deliver the package. I have refused to receive the package and I told the lbc personnel to return the package to sender. this is to put on record clearly the whole mess.
13. I demand an explanation and just compensation on this blatant inefficiency and incompetence. I am a pwd and just underwent quadruple heart bypass surgery…hence the severe anxiety and health damage caused by this transaction cannot be measured or determined at this early.
14. I want to see heads rolling for these great and deliberate false declarations... the acts can not qualify as pure mistakes.
15. I fervently hope that the lbc organization or management will act objectively on this case asap. I demand justice for having me appear to be a liar to my colleagues who is not an ordinary person not to mention the great 18-day delay on our transactions.

LBC Express cash on delivery products from lazada

Good day! I would like to complain the lbc express here in our province. Most of my orders from lazada was forwarded to lbc and it was all cash on delivery but they did not deliver any of my orders. I am the one who goes to the branch and as shown at the picture below a lot of orders we're not properly arrange and not delivered from the owners. What is happening to their tag line "hari ng padala" if they are not doing their part. Supposed to be cash on delivery but they will charge additional 50 pesos and still you are the one who will get your own package what a shame. Then one time I went there, thaye said that they can't give my order from lazada because they will delivering the item that day (last week january 3, 2019) but still I waited for 5 days they still nit delivering my order. Pls make an action to this site of lbc. Thank you and god bless

LBC Express package not received.

I send a package last Dec. 26, 2018 at LBC Eastwood Branch, but up until now my package has not yet arrived. Complained about it last Saturday at the branch, but no update until now. I have placed all necessary information on the label, the delivery man has all the means to contact me. I paid to have my package delivered w/in 2 days, not weeks. If the delivery man cannot locate the address, he should have the decency to notify the owner or the receiver. If I only knew that LBC's service is this WORST, I should have delivered that package myself. I went to my sister's place (the receiver) last Saturday and I'm now back in Eastwood, and still no update for my package.

LBC does not like door to door delivery. Even more so, if the item does not need to be paid, by the recipient. The best method to use LBC is personal Pick-Up at the nearest LBC branch. You have to send it that way and give the tracking number to the recipient. It's my own experience, I want to share with you. Also, choose CoD Delivery, if you buy at a store which uses LBC Express. Many people have complained about fabricated delivery attempts. Be aware of this in the future!

LBC Express service/remittance

30Dec remittance to BPI account. Been making follow since last week thru twitter and they just told me that I need to go to the origin branch SM Taytay (which the heck too far from me) and I'm in QC. That remiitance was payment of my customer who ordered a product. It appears that your reps at SM Building A Taytay branch are incompetent! Given that I've sent out correct details they entered incorrect info in your system. I've asked my customer Angelo to get the reps name but according to him he only got the first name which is Kevin and refusing to give the last name! I will not tolerate this and wont recommend LBC remittance to my fellow online sellers! Please train your people to be professional!

LBC Express unissued items, probably lost

Hi, my friend has sent an items to
My husband last dec 27, 2018 and we have been tracking thr said items and twice my husband did even visit baler lbc to inquire regarding the sent items but until now it's showing forwarded to baler, and the employee in lbc baler said that he did e mailed the lost items (pertaining to our tracking no) my husband have talked to the manager of lbc cabanatuan and said that my husband has no right to complain as he is not the sender, I mean, what? Really, that's too ironic, my husband is the recipient supposused to be right? And my friend after few days will be coming back to mid east for werk, if my friend can't do it then it's done, what's not delivered or lost is lost? Up to this date I did tracked it again and its still forwarded to deliver! I'm pretty sure u don't want to ruin your ne lbc, I have been a customer and this saddened me. Hope your company can be able to do something of my complain. Thank you!

LBC Express delivery

My box was picked up last Oct 20. 2018. Last mid Dec i called hotline to check, the agent saidit is already in Iloilo.

Last week they went to my house then left because nobody is there. our neighbors had informed my father.

Then after I knew I immediately asked for redelivery even googled the warehouse number in Pavia. I called a certain Aira. warehouse manager and explained if they can call first my father before delivery. She said it is fine with me, they will deliver on 29 Dec. I said my father need to go somewhere instead make it Jan 2. She really promised to arrange that as well as my father did not leave the house too. However I found out they did not come and even logged in system House Closed? How dare them tell false info, my father is 80 yrs old, couldnot take a bath and buy food because of waiting for delivery but these people really CARE LESS.

I am paying for this service and gave ample time already. Im going on vacation next week and all things that I need is in that box

Expedite this delivery as I am a loyal customer of your company since 2008 you check my details there and impose appropriate action to your provincial warehouse personnel. I worked hard for the money and wanted to give happiness to my family, but what are they doing. Delaying because its not theirs?

The lives of people waiting for delivery is not dependent on them. Why cant they call the person? Is it really one hell of a hard work for them to call. What service is this?

LBC Express parcel and foods

First complaint : My sister was told by LBC staff that the documents she will be receiving would arrive after 10 working days. It was a legal document and was needed urgently. She went to inquire about it on the 11 day and was told it hasn't arrive yet by just basing on the reference number. She went back on the 13th and 14 th day and was told they will contact her if the parcel arrives in the LBC office. I then tried to tracked it on my own and imagine my frustration to learn that the parcel was just in the LBC office 1 week already. Staff have no initiative to help customers to check their parcels. Given the fact that it was already 1 week overdue. How about if the customer came from far away place just to receive parcel and was told to come back next week and still nothing.
Secondly: My balikbayan box, some of the chocolates and spams were missing and I have not written all what was in the box but I'm pretty sure with the number of spam and that some chocolates are missing as I have written instructions to my sister who will be receiving each one the goods. It may be small items that were missing but given the fact that it was my first time to send a box I am so disappointed and that the box arrived 3 months from home contrary to 7 weeks that they have told me. I would not be complaining if not because of the missing items. I have trusted the company and did not believe what I have seen in the social media but it really happened to me and now believe that LBC staff are opening boxes and taking items from the balik bayan boxes. It breaks my heart to think that others like me probably have experienced this.

Good day,
Iam writing that complain with regard to your good office and I hope it will drag your attension.
I have sent a box from Jubail KSA on Dec.10 2018, which icludes diapers, milk for my baby, cooking pan, some used bed sheets and clothes also shampoo and lotion . However, until now it has not reached cebu . Already i have arrived before my bix .
I contacted LBC CEBU they have replied about box hold for unknown substance? .. it is not my first time to send boxes via your office and iam urging you as i mentined before that i have baby and her milk in the box .
NO strange or unfamiliar substance apart from the one i mention
