LBC Express tracking no: [protected] returned to sender without attempting delivery

I was expecting an item from LBC and received 2 text messages with tracking no. [protected] that it will be delivered last July 26 and 27, 2018 but no LBC courier arrived. And as per checking today, the item was already returned to sender.

How come it was already returned to sender without attempting of delivering the item in the first place?

It is impossible to unlocate the address because the mailing address is at Metrobank Dinalupihan Branch, No. 3 San Ramon Hiway, Dinalupihan Bataan.

We always order items via online shopping and received it on time through LBC Courier, how come I didn't received this specific item this time?

I called the delivery boy assigned in our area to explain why he didn't deliver it but he was just making excuses.

His name is ROLLY LULU.

I believe they undergone orientation / training for proper way of delivering items/docs before they return it to sender.. Sadly, some of your delivery man opted to RTS without even having an effort to locate the address first.

These kind of staff is causing bad effect to your company that's why I am making a report.

I hope you will do something about it.

LBC Express delivery of parcel

Parcel with tracking #[protected] contains live plants from Baguio..It was accepted at Baguio Bonifacio last July 25, 2018..
Expected delivery should be on July 26..
It takes 5 days for the parcel to arrive...
The plants wilted, leaves turn brown..The plants are totally damaged, these are succulents..I am reporting this incident to demand for refund to all the damage plants

LBC Express undelivered document

Hello.. I've been expecting a very important document that until now is still undelivered. I get in touch with the shipper and they said that document was sent back to them because the recipient is unknown. Why did they return it to the sender without giving me a call? LBC Express iphone unit 6 plus

i ordered last sat ( july 22, 2018) and it's been a week wala pa din yung inorder ko they keep on saying it's just delay so i still waited pero i can't take it anymore i think they are just fooling me so 1 week is not a joke para paghintayin ako. and i'm really pissed. i hope ma solve yung problema sa services ng lbc kase hindi lang ako yung naka experience ng ganito even my friend hinayaan niya na lang yung inorder niya eh

LBC Express walang nagdeliver at pagbibigay ng maling impormasyon

Ang tagal ko nagantay para sa commode chair na inorder ko overseas noong july 19, 2018. july 28, nabasa ko ang notification ko na nadeliver na daw ng july 27 pero wala namang nagtungo sa amin. Agad akong nagtungo sa LBC na tenant din dito sa mall kung saan tenant din kami upoang magtanong kung ano ang dapat gawin dahil ang sabi ng staff ng LBC dito sa Ayala MAll ". hindi nadeliver dahil mali daw ang address". Tumawag ako agad sa customer service para ipaalam na walng mali sa address at kailangang maideliver ang aking order. Nakasulat din sa notification na.."We tried to deliver your package, but could not reach you." eh wala nga ako nareceive na tawag o text na darating ung shipment ko. HINDI NILA AKO KINONTAK.
Dapat aksyunan ang ganitong pangyayari.

LBC Express I am complaining about my unpaid cod transactions

my parcel send july 9, 2018, and it was recieved by jimmy simpauco july 10 at 1pm with complete payment, and your customer service proven that because, they call jimmy simpauco to verify if he recieved the parcel already and its a yes. today july 28, i didnt recieve the cod payment. its already third week since i reported this matter on your customer service. fyi we have a group all people who has the same issues of unpaid COD we are planning to go media immidiately or to report this matter to Mr. Erwin Tulfo. Because you dont have any actions.

LBC Express missing legal document

The document (MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE) was sent out last April. I was able to follow-up with the sender last June since it's I've waited too long already. I was then informed our marriage certificate was already sent out last April and provided me with the tracking number. As I've checked the said IMPORTANT document was already in the hangar for disposal. I've been trying to have it retrieved since mid-June it's more than a month now and yet no results or update can be provided by their customer service department. I am very disappointed as the error was due to the address provided it was supposed to be 6/F but they have been trying to deliver it at G/F. The question is why no one informed me that there is a discrepancy in the address while they have my CORRECT contact number which the customer service verified with me during my first follow-up. The tracking number is [protected]. Hoping for your kind assistance as it would be very tedious for us to get another copy of the said document.

Good day!

I am Norwidad Solaiman. The recipient of a package from Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Manila with a tracking number [protected]. I was imformed that the package was sent back to Manila since it was unclaimed. I would like to inquire about the status of the said package. Is it possible to deliver it back to LBC Gaisano Mall Branch, Iligan City? If not, what are my other options to claim said package?

LBC Express unethical behavior receiving money from remittance

The incident happen was april 25, 2018. The day that I went to lbc balagtas branch was at first there was no people at the said branch, I was there to receive money from my husband from canada. I present my lbc id and they didn't honor it because they said that I should present an id that same with the name that was appearing on the form which was my maiden name on the remittance, my husband and I was married at canada so all of my id's are now married and updated. I brought all of my papers which includes my old passport appears my maiden name, my birth certificate, my marriage certificate which was psa original even though we're married outside the philippines we submitted our marriage certificate in philippine consulate calgary to honor our marriage in philippines, an old company id from mercury drug corporation which was appeared my maiden name but all of the said documents they didn't honor it at all. I had my 1year old daughter with me on the said branch even I explained enough they didn't listened to me. I was only getting the money that my husband sent us because were going back to canada just to have our pocket money for the travel that is why he chose the pick up money remittance not the bank remittance because our flight was the next day, so I was there explaining everything but nobody wants to listen to my complain no one employee in lbc helps my concern. I was with my child that time and they said that I should go to other remittance not in there because they said that I don't have id that appears the same name but I was the only one who insist to see my evidences. They made me feel that I was crazy until many people came to the said branch and they entertain the people that are coming rather than my concern. Until no one listen to me. They didn't solve the problem. I leave the branch feel mad!

LBC Express lbc visayas avenue branch, quezon city. they do early customer cut-offs at 6:20pm even though their closing time is at 7pm.

They suppose to close their store at 7pm however they usually do early cut-off of customers at 6:20pm.

Last July 19, 2018, (Thursday). I was supposed to pay my online transaction of birth certificate on that store branch.

I entered the store at exactly 6:20pm. I was about to get a payment number, when one of their personnel prompted me that they will no longer accept customers because it's already cut-off but i saw that there are only 4 people that were on-queued for payments.

It was raining that time. I feel so frustrated that i really want to complaint ao badly to somewhere else but I controlled my tempered to avoid turmoil.

Yah have experienced that same thing! Ang aga nila mag cut-off at uwing uwi sila lagi. Nag aaway pa nga yung mga staff na yan ng dahil sa cut-off time. Very arrogant

LBC Express undelivered document parcel

july 9, 2018 nagpadala ako ng letter sa papa ko sa nueva ecija. july 11 di pa nareceive so i tracked it down. tapos sa remarks ng tracking nila eh "the recipient is unknown in the given address" may contact no. naman na nakasulat don bakit di nila tawagan...di kaya eto ang first time na nagpadala sa address na yon at nakakarating naman yong dating pinadala. until now. july 21, 2018 na di pa rin nakakarating ang sulat na pinadala sa lbc. cabanatuan delivery team. alam niyo ba ang ginagawa niyo? sop nman yon diba na tatawagan ang recipient kung di niyo mahanap ang address. please naman ideliver niyo na ang sulat...walang lamang pera yon. di pla mapagkakatiwalaan ang lbc kung ganun...sa lbc express. siguraduhon niyo naman na competent mga kinukuha niyong tao. anung balak niyo sa sulat na pinadala ko...eto tracking no. please lang lbc...look into this matter. LBC TRINOMA BRANCH - Space #1093 Level M1 TriNoma Corner EDSA Quezon City Metro Manila Philippines.

I am Abegail Magno and I'm complaining regarding the behavior and attitude of the staff assisted me in the said LBC branch.

BAD SERVICE LBC Trinoma branch. I arrived at 7:30 p.m in their branch to ship my package and the staff told me that the system already cut off so they told me to come back at 8:00 p.m, before i left i ask first if how much will i be able to pay just in case with additional bubble wrap to make sure that my item is safe.

When I came back at 8:00 p.m, the lady staff in a long hair assisted me in my item and she just casually said that they don't have bubble wrap, and she told me to buy for my package sake. Okay then, she said that the only store selling bubble wrap is in handyman only at 2nd floor. And take note. Handyman store is in the end lane in 2nd floor! But then I don't have choice so i decided to buy just to make sure that my item is safe. Since It's a camera lens. I asked the girl if how much bubble wrap do i need to buy. And she said "2pcs 1mx1m". So i walked in a rushed at handyman store because I'm afraid the mall will be closing soon.

When I came back, AGAIN at LBC Trinoma Branch, the lady wrapped my item and she put it in a box. Then suddenly she said that the item is not fit in the box, and says that we'll do DAY One - measuring procedure, so that i will not pay more. But I just have to add 3 more pieces of Bubble Wrap! Really? I have to rush again to the 2nd floor just to buy another bubble wrap, because of this idiot lady who told me earlier that 2 pcs bubble wrap will do! Ano ba naman yung sana sinukat nya muna kung kakasya sa medium box bago nya ko pinaakyat at pinabili nang bubble wrap na yon! Bumili nalang daw ako ulit kesa naman mapamahal ako sa large box! My Gosh! For REAL? Is this your service LBC.? I'm So disappointed in this branch.

Since I'm already annoyed at the lady and I don't want to have an argument and discussion with her, i just left the branch. Without her apology! Ang kapal ng mukha diba? Yung Mag sorry lang sana siya kasi it's her fault in the first place e, kaso wala. It looks like proud pa sya to say at inuutusan ako bumili ng bubble wrap that easy? She doesn't even know that I'm so tired, I walked from SM NORTH ANNEX to TRINOMA kasi kabibili ko lang nung CAMERA LENS na yon at badly needed na ng sister ko in Cagayan Valley, nag ikot pa ako to buy Container para sa ITEM kasi that was the rule, I'm fine with that. But that attitude of LADY STAFF. Oh my gosh, I can't handle anymore.

Hope you'll take action regarding this matter. Or even a sincere apology from her just to ease my annoyance to her, she really wasted my precious time. I can't even get her name dahil sa inis ko. :(

LBC Express delivery

Ako po si Evon Iris V. Malce. Bakit po di ako tawagan kung walang tao sa bahay namin sa naka lagay na address? Diba nga may inilagay na phone # ?! Bakit di nyo ako tawagan kung walang tao ?! Palagi nlng sinasabi sa lbc tracking na "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address." Dapat tawagan nyo ako. Paano ko makukuha ang order ko.niyan.

LBC Express service shipping

I sent a documents on Saturday, 14-07-2018 at LBC Uptown Mall. The customer service staff were nice though. I was told that the documents will arrive and available for pick up today, 17-07-2018. However, I tried to track using the tracking number on the piece of paper LBC has provided, but no result was found nor any tracking details. Tracking number is - [protected].

Possible reasons are: it wasn't scanned, it expired, it wasn't delivered, or worst is it hasn't been shipped yet!

I need those documents to arrive at the destination today as it's very important!

LBC Express complain about your staff

Im complaining the staff (a guy who is shifted around 4-5pm in las piñas pulang lupa uno branch) i waited till cut off. And i commented that they are slow till one of the employee said something unusual before i leave. Then we had an arguement. My complain is it usual for an employee to disrespect customers? Ive been an employee before and one of the rules is to respect customers. Please see to it or else i'll do something it will regret the branch office.

LBC Express staff of lbc ayala malls bayanan muntinlupa city

Dear Sir,
I know this is a pity concern but your staff in the said branch as above on duty today july 16 2018 afternoon shift should learn how to be polite with the customers and should not make faces as she answers the queries of the people she is talking to.
We are all tired with our own jobs as well but giving a smile or even talking properly to the customer is not hard at all.

l'm complaining about the services/ delivery of LBC.. sobrang tagal... and also complaining the girl personnel I dont know her name just take a look my attached photo.. this girl sobrang nkakabwe**t.. di marurong mg address ng client concerns.. dapat ung hinire nyong personnel good customer service skills.. hindi yong mgagalit pa sa customer kng ng tanong about the items kng nsaan na.. pabalik balikin pa if wla ung item.. diba u can track the items and yet u dont know? Pra kang tanga!
