LBC Expressdelayed delivery

To whom this may concern,

I am deeply displeased by the service. This is the second time my package has been delayed. I didn't complain when my first package was delayed because I thought it was just due to bad weather. But again this time I was informed today by an LBC representative that my box sent on October 10, 2018 still has not been delivered and might even take 2-3 weeks before it is delivered. I sent this box early so it will reach my loved ones before Christmas. Now I was told that it might not be delivered on Christmas.
It is greatly disappointing. If this matter will not be dealt with promptly I might have to press for a refund. You people must know that we work hard to fill those boxes with presents for our family. Please have some respect and keep your terms of service.
