It has been a week already and my parcel was still in the hub as per checking online. This has never happened before, it only takes 3 to 5 days. But it has been a week already. The package was urgently needed because no one will be able to receive it. I will out of town and I will bring it with me. It was a perfume and I am worried if it will not be in good condition, I cannot pay for parcel that not in good condition. I reached out to Olongapo Delivery Hub and the reason they told me was because of lack of man power. As much as I would like to understand that, I trusted LBC to deliver on time. I am very disappointed on this transaction and I hope it will never happen again.

May inaasahan kaming delivery from LBC na inorder namin sa Shoppee. First attempt siya kahapon, but kulang kami financially dahil nasa hospital ang nanay ko. Then, I decided na ipending muna ang delivery at ipagpabukas na. Wala kasi ako sa bahay, so tumawag ako sa LBC costumer service and nakausap ko naman siya. Nirequest ko na sa May 21 nalang ideliver, at inirequest naman ni Sir Mark (I am not sure if yun ang pangalan niya).
Then, naging kampante ako, BUT baka sakaling may masingil ako sa amin, kaya pinilit kong makauwi. Sa kasamaang palad, wala. 20 mins ago, I am not sure, dumating yung delivery man. Jerome yata ang name. So nilapitan ko siya ang sabi ko Kuya nakausap ko na ang costumer Care rep na inirequest kong sa 21 nalang ipadala. Nagtaas siya ng boses na ikinagalit ko naman. Hindi daw pwedi dahil nakadepende daw ang Performance nila sa delivery at wala daw siyang pakialam sa request. Nagalit ako, then sabi ko, wag kang bastos. Nagpatulos pa ang init ng ulo ko at sinabi kong alam mo bang pwedi kitang ireklamo, sabi niya, kung gusto ko daw magreklamo, isasakay pa nya ako sa Motor niya! Pinapatanggal ko ang takip niya sa mukha para picturan pero di tinanggal at nagalit! Tinanong ko ang pangalan niya, pero sabi niya, wala daw akong karapatan para tanungin ang pangalan niya! LBC! Napakabastos ng delivery Man niyo! Sabi pa nya, wala daw siyang pakialam kung nagkaroon kami ng emergency dahil order daw namin yun at hiraman nalang namin sa iba para mabayaran! Ni hindi niya ako pinakinggan sa ginawa kong paraan at request. Nagdabog pa siya sa box nya at balak pa yatang sirain ang mga product na inorder ko, pabagsak pa ang kanyang paglapag sa pouches. Sana magawan niyo yan ng hakbang.

Dahil wala sa bahay yung kapitbahay namin at nasa work, dumating yung taga LBC kanina mga 2:55pm (May 23, 2018). Antipatikong sumagot yung empleyado ng LBC na si RICHIE HILBOY (yun ang ibinigay na pangalan sa misis), Nag suggest ang misis ko na kung pwede ay gumawa na lang siya ng Informing Letter na para i-inform yung customer ng LBC na dumating sila kanina at may padala sa kanila.
Ang sagot ba naman nung Richie Hilboy ng taga-LBC ay (ANTIPATIKO NA SINAGOT ANG MISIS KO NA) HINDI SILA GAGAWA NG LETTER AT SABIHIN NA LANG DAW SA KAPITBAHAY NAMIN DUMATING ANG LBC FOR DELIVERY. WALA MAN LANG "PAKISUYO" SA TAO NG LBC.

due to 5days delayed delivery, received orchids in dry, almost dead condition
Kindly be informed that sender sent orchids Thru LBC last May 11(Friday), yet, plants were received last Wednesday, May 16, 5 days after, in condition unacceptable. The plants were all very dry and burned. Kindly see pictures attached; leaves and the entire plant is burned. They're in almost dead condition. In this condition, these plants will hardly recover and worst, might contract bacterial infection that might cause them death and contamination to my other plants as well.
With this, may I request that you return the money paid for these plants as if not because of delayed delivery, this would not have happened and any untoward diseases my plants might contract might have been avoided.

refund remittance from lazada
I am very frustrated and very mad about this branch! I have an email that what I just need to do is to have the remittance nbr from lazada to get my refund via cash thru lbc. I have the id's that I need in order for me to get the cash amounting into 2, 699 as well as the remittance nbr. I am so very busy with work and my parents are the one going to lbc paco they are senior citizen and it really pisses me off because its so tiring to go there! Ive went to that same branch and we are told they have system issue yesterday as well as today that is why they cant release that damn cash! You know what its not just a small amount every single penny I am earning is equivalent of my hardwork. So pls can you release the money! poor / efficient delivery
My order from lazada with tracking # [protected] has arrived in Valencia City, Bukidnon Branch on May 11, 2018 at 9:46 am. Until today May 15, 2018, it was still not delivered into the designated address for the reason that they were still unable to unpack and register the item.
My mother attempted to pick it up from the branch last May 12, 2018 but they refused to give the item. Again, today, my mother followed up the item at the said branch but she was only advised to wait for the delivery instead.
The personnel should have catered the customer well as he is aware that the items are with them already at the branch.

Aftership shows that my 3 boxes, tracking #11205626609, 1120626617, 1120626625,
were forwarded from Manila to Cebu on April 24th. There has been no status update since then. It has now been 18 days and counting since the last update. It does not take that long for a ship to get from Manila to Cebu. So where are my 3 boxes? And when will they be delivered to the receiver, Charlen Abalo, in City of Naga, Cebu? Aftership stills shows that boxes #[protected] & #[protected] have not been received in Cebu. However, although #[protected] shows been received in Cebu on May 16th, it still has not been delivered. About the first 2 boxes, I have no clue...where can they be? Aftership says they were sent from Manila to Cebu on April 24th, so it is now almost a month without any status update! I am so frustrated with LBC because they have not located the 2 missing boxes, have not delivered the 1 box that that is supposed to be in Cebu, and do not seem to be following up on my concerns.

LBC! LBC! Common! Almost 2 months I did not receive my card. [censored] reasons! Can't locate the address! If you can't locate the address di ba pwede mag tanong tanong din? Di ba pwede komontak sakin since hindi nyo alam ang lugar? And many times na akong pinapadalhan nang kahit aning courriers. Why they can locate our address? Make some moves naman! cell phone package sent to kabankalan
I would to complain regarding the package containing 2 brand new samsung cellphones that I sent for delivery towards kabankalan city, negros occidental last may 4, 2018. The tracking number is [protected]
I witnessed the lbc personnel of sm ecoland branch checking its completeness and sealing it. She instructed me to sign the sealed tape on the packaging and that the package will arrive within 3 to 5 days. Last may 10, 2018, the receiver of the suppose package messaged me for the package still did not arrived so I visited lbc sm ecoland branch and made a follow-up regarding package. It was discovered using the online tracking feature of lbc, that the package passed cagayan on may 5, 2018 and it arrived at bacolod distribution at may 7, 2018. So there was already a clear delay.
May 11, 2018, the receiver of the package informed me that one of the 2 cellphone had a missing charger socket and also, the sealed tape with my signature was no longer present and was replaced by just a sealed tape without my signature.
In this regard, I would your company to investigate and provide a solution to this matter. I had faith that the package to be received in bacolod is complete. But unfortunately, it was tampered. I hope this incident will no longer happen to any lbc clients.

I was tracking my package as it is for branch pick up and then when I saw it on the site, it was stated there that I have already claimed it when I haven't even gone there. So is my package lost now? I paid a lot for it just to be lost.
