LBC Express extra payment of overdue package

The package arrived at LBC Trinoma (destination) on April 25, 2017, as shown in the LBC Tacloban (origin) tracker. The consignee went to the said branch on May 1, 2017, but the Costumer Associate who attended to her said that the package has not yet arrived.

The consignee went back to LBC Trinoma on May 6, 2017 to finally get the package, since it is only on weekends that she has free time. Unexpectedly, she was asked to pay for the shipping fee since the package has already went beyond the 10-day pick-up rule of the company. She was forced to pay P185.00 even after fully explaining the incident.

Clearly, this is not the consignee's fault. If we count ten days from May 2, the package expiration should be on May 12. You can also check the CCTV camera on May 1 as proof that the consignee visited the said branch. In this regard, we would like to request for a refund.

We humbly request that you attend to this complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.

LBC Express documents (tactical liquidation with receipts)

Dear Mam/Sir,

Only tactical liquidations with O.R were not received by my office(Bulky). DCR and InterBankDepositSlip packed inside the pouch but the last documents handed to LBC staff (tactical liquidation) I did not saw because my costumer called me so I went outside for the signal when I came back they let me signed the envelope without knowing its incomplete. I asked the staff to look for it last May 2, 2017 and follow-up last May 5, 2017 but no progress from them and I've seen in their faces that does not care at all.Can i request or may I request to check the CCTV so that we can see if the staff not packed my last documents/misplaced.
Here is the control number #[protected] which I had transaction with LBC Bokawkan Road, Baguio City last May 25, 2017 at around 4:31 PM.

LBC Express order hasn't delivered yet

From May 1, 2017- May 6, 2017. Tracking Number
[protected]... I am waiting for almost 6 days for my mail, but until now, my mail has not yet delivered. I track my mail using your web LBCExpress.com, the status is "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." I gave the right address, I also gave my number for in case your courier can contact me through call or sms. I also went in some LBC branches but employees always told me " it will be delivered"

LBC Express urgent change of place

Good day,

I'm asking for further assistance with my lbc padala tracking [protected]. I would like to change the place of receiving, instead of Dapa Siargao, to one of the branches in Cagayan De Oro City, due to some hectic schedules that I may not pick up the package at the exact venue. Especially now that I read a message from the tracking code it is pending. I'm really worried about my padala and I hope there will be a solution, I already asked the sender to change the receiving place but that person is not available at the moment.

LBC Express delivery ng feeding bottles! from lbc tandang sora

May dumating na delivery man from LBC dito samin. Which is yung product na inorder ko from shoppee.. the case is mabilis naman naibigay ng shop sa lbc. Yung lbc ang matagal mag dispatch.. pinalagpas ko na un. Pero nung dineliver na kanina dito nung delivery man nakausap nya ung tito at hinanap ako. Nung tinawag ako biglang umalis yung rider/delivery man ng lbc. Ngayon pagtingin namin sa tracking site ng lbc nakita namin yung note. "We tried to deliver your shipment, but house was closed and no one was there. LBC will deliver the next business day" yan yung lumabas. So Binaliktad pa kami?! PAG MAY MALI YUNG RIDER SA CUSTOMER PARIN MASISISI?! WALANG AKONG TEXT NA NARECIEVE OR OTHER NOTIFICATION PARA MALAMAN NAMIN NA NGAYON NA IDEDELIVER!

LBC Express assistance and delivery

(1) paid additional charges for the delivery of boxes to a REMOTE area, but LBC (Wao, Lanao del sur branch) asked my client to pick it up instead of delivering the boxes Door-to-door.

(2) Assistance (Market Market Branch) - came in too early this morning to get a priority number, knowing how busy this branch is. I am working in Market2 as well, so I returned to the office first to login, since they haven't started assisting yet. Came back to your branch in after 30-45 minutes;m, and they are already at Priority #33. So, I approached the staff to see if he can accommodate me as I also have to go back to work since I only have 15 min to work on this shipment. He asked me to get another number as he said he needs to proceed until the last number before he can start off at #1. So I am waiting here as of this writing for almost an hour. To add, you only have 2 staffs here, when you should have more considering the volume of customers. What a great service!

LBC Express lbc cargo delivery pending

Despite phone call complain was establish there was no action from LBC the delay of delivery of my balik bayan box in the Philippines which upset me.
I chosen the LBC inspite of paying higher charges as i know my balikbayan box will receive at earlier and safe.
I been loyal customer and encourage my friends to rather choose LBC cargo delivery instead of others here in Dubai because of good service.
lastly my diss appointment was not expected finding those staff pointing finger to one another as pilipino i always looks them pros and with integrity rather PAASA answer with me.

LBC Express late na dumating ang box ko.. hindi hinatid sa bahay at ang nakakalungkot ay madami ang nawawala..

Gusto ko ireklamo ang xl lbc box ko na natanggap ko last april 19..bukod sa pag pa pick up nila nito sa akin sa lbc Guiuan office that cause me another fare..late na pagdating na dapat scheduled ng april 6..at ng buksan ko ito mula sa ilalim dahil bukas na ito sa ilalim..ng isa isa kong ilabas ay doon ko lang nalaman na madami ang nawawala.. ang dalawang sealed plastic container na malaki na may lamang mga ibat ibang chocolate..dalawang meatloaf na malaki ..nutella na 750gms isa.. 3 na enchanteur talc powder..1 rubber shoes.. 2 packs na bath soap(12pcs) 3 bath towel na malaki.. grabe na sa abala kc sobrang delayed na deliver tapos d pa hinatid sa bahay na dapat ay door to door..ang pinaka masakit madami pa ang nawawala ..2 yrs ko ito pinag ipunan para sa mga anak ko.. tuwing uuwi ako para magbakasyon nag sesend ako palagi ng box from your company lbc..na palagi pinapa pick up lang sa lbc Guiuan office..pero sobrang kabastusan na ito na mawalan pa ng item..na hindi nio napangalagaan ang seguridad ng aking kahon..sana ay magawan ninyo agad ito ng aksyon..salamat

LBC Express I am complaining about cut-off time and no first come first serve policy of the branch o_o

Last February, magbabayad sana ako sa LBC branch dto sa La Carlota...nagfill-up na ako ng transaction form pero nang magsubmit na ako ng form..sabi ng babae...hindi na raw sila tatanggap nang payment transactions kasi cut -off na cla by 4:00pm..bakit 4:00pm palang naman nang time na yon hindi na sila nagrereceive ng payment eh diba UNTIL 5PM pa OPEN?Ano yun?Closing early the payment transactions?

Then the second time now...around 3:50pm May 4, 2017...magbabayad na po sana ako para sa NBI payment ko but yung constumer na naunahan ko pa sa pagdating...eh nauna pa sa akin?ano poh eto?wala ba kayong first come first serve policy? Eh naghintay ako 30mins para lang doon...kaya nag init na ang ulo ko...tyaka...4pm palang ONLY 1 PERSON LANG ang ngseserve sa mga costumers! Nasaan ang iba?EARLY OUT?!

LBC Express super super late delivery!!!

Meron kaming ineexpect na deliver from LBC today at 11am na nakaaddress sa mom ko na si Ruby Dela Pena, still, until now, wala pa din, no updates kung dadating pa ba yung delivery. Sabi sa resibo, 11am today namin makukuha yung delivery pero nasan na? Please pakiasikaso na kaagad. Wag kayo magsabi ng exact time, if di nyo naman kayang magrely sa sinasabi nyo.

LBC Express non delivery of items for a month already!

We sent the package thru LBC Express last April 4, yet due to holy week, receiver couldn't able to pick up the package.
Right after the holiday, the receiver went to LBC outlet, but due to name error, it wasnt able to get.
However, we already make a request and change name for the package and as per the outlet where we sent the package, just show up the new receipt and pay this certain amount and all will be fine! But the receiving outlet says that package is already in the LBC Express Main office! We tried to call the receiving outlet for hundred times already yet they never pick up the phone.
Receiving outlet couldnt explain also how to do to get the package back!
is it really safe to send package to LBC?
this thing happened twice to me already. the first one was return to sender but this time, nothing returned to us!

LBC Express non delivery of items for almost 3 weeks until now

I sent my items last April 10, 2017 and it was printed on the receipt that it will be delivered on April 13, 2017. I know there will be a delay on delivery due to Holy Week but my concern is it's already May and still my items were not delivered. I have already went to LBC Shopwise Mambaling and ask them to have it delivered to Brgy 53 Rioeng. My items were still in Tuguegarao Delivery Hub.

LBC Express delivery

I have a delivery waiting. It was shipped to my address on April 26 which is on Wednesday. Until now, It wasn't delivered here. And then, I saw a picture taken from the sender of my package. In the receipt, nagka-typo ang LBC. instead of typing "Town n Country" ang nakalagay ay "Toen n Counting" nagworry na ko. I tracked it na using lbc website, and it said na "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address." at ang latest na track info ay "Your shipment is ready for claiming cavite south delivery hub." I tried searching on that hub, but madaming branches ang lumabas ofcourse. so hindi ko po alam kung alin ang pupuntahan. Hindi ba pwedeng ideliver ulit sa mismong address? tutal, LBC naman ang nagkamali ng pagkakatype sa receipt. There is also another picture sent to me, na ung sulat ng sender ng address ko ay Town n Country, which is tama. So ang LBC talaga ang may mali.

Please help. kailangan ko po kasi ng maaga ang package na yon. regalo ko yon for someone close to me. malapit na ang birthday niya. salamat po

LBC Express parcel delayed

I have a parcel shipped on April 27, 2017 from Quiapo Manila to San Isdro Nueva Ecija. In the receipt, the pick up date is April 28, 2017. When I went to lbc San Isidro branch early morning April 29, 2017 the representative told me that my parcel was not yet there. I gave him the tracking number, he tracked it and he told me that the information he can gave to me is that the parcel was for delivery and he can't gave the right time/day when it will arrive to them. I explained to him that it was about yesterday to pick up. but then he ignore what I've said. So I suggested that if ever there are instances like delays of delivery you should inform you customers about their package so that they will not expect and will not come to the lbc branch to pick their delayed parcel. I'm so disappointed. This is not the first time I
encountered this kind of services. I complain now because i experienced this many times. I hope it will never happened again.

LBC Express lbc not on time!!! always delayed

I have a parcel from Quiapo Manila to be pick up at San Isidro branch in Nueva Ecija. It was process on April 27, 2017 and its scheduled pickup written in the receipt was on April 28. I did not track the parcel because I'm expecting with the date that written in the receipt. Today April 29, I went to lbc San Isidro Nueva Ecija branch and my parcel was not there. The representative in lbc told me that the parcel was not yet received by the Cabanatuan branch and and then he tracked and he told me that that's the information he can gave because I told him that it was suppose to be yesterday. So nothing i can do just to be wait. I suggested that if there is a delay in delivering parcels they should inform us, your customers Our phone numbers are there in the receipt. So easy to call or send message for the delays.I complain now because this is not the first time it will happened it always happens to me. I will send the copy of the receipt. I hope you will fix that kind of situation. I have many things and work to do and its getting me angry because I paid the right amount and I deserve good service. Now I tracked the parcel and I think I will get it later. thank you.

Ngano wala man nkita sa ng deliver ang akong exact address na mao man kid along gna butang na address and bait ngayon d nahanap at nadeliver.. Baka d alam ng tg deliver kUNg saat ang santo. LBC Express requested to postpone the delivery

To whom it may concern;
My tracking number is [protected]. I receive an update last April 24 that my product is ready to shipped and i should expect it within that day. But it sent me another update that it was requested to postponed the delivery. It says "We tried to deliver your shipment but there was a request to postpone the delivery. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." The product was from Lazada.

I received my parcel today and its incomplete. I only received yunteng monopod but i didnt receive the other one which is the gopro battery with free gopro fast charger. In my receipt it was included there but i only received the monopod. I ordered the item in lazada. This is my tracking number [protected]. Please inform me about my concern.

LBC Express package

Hi,
This is Roselyn Phillips. I have send 2 boxes to Davao City Philippines and it was received my receiver march 24 2017 without knowing that boxes has been opened and stolen some of the stuff inside like MK shoes and 4 bags that worth of 325 dollar, other things inside the boxes are also open etc.
it was very disappointing cause it was my first time to send package in my country.
I'm looking forward to hear the action for this issue and refund.
