Its been two days since the last due date arrived from my delivery but my package was no yet arrived I checked in in the tracking page but I got this "we tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." I have been using that address for a long time now and it delivered my orders properly but this is the first time this happened and we are in a hurry to buy this product, "we would like to cancel our order" very dissapointed

I would like to complain regarding my Air Cargo arrived at Cebu Philippines Last 17th January 2018.All Broken including spare parts of the printer before we ship that printer we ensure that we put it safe inside the box and paste some cautions outside the box FRAGILE.but sad to say when the printer arrived, receiver open it all was broke like a trash.This is not the second time happened in our freight I myself will not tolerate with this kind of service you have.Please settle it as soon as posible .

Mag request lang po sana ako na pwede pa redeliver ulet kase naka 1st attempt na ako nung wednesday wala ko pero sinabihan naman sa bahay na saturday kaso ang ginawa ng lbc ginawang 2nd attempt agad kaya di na nila dineliver nung saturday tinag nalang nila as return to sender pls help me out na redeliver ulet yung product dahil 1st attempt lang this is my order ID sa shopee is 1801141020091FF and my lbc tracking number is [protected] Nag request narin ang shopee sainyo ng redeliver Thank you nakailang tawag na ko sa landline ng shopee and lbc everyday ako tumatawag parang walang nangyayare pls naman please do action po.

I had a COD delivery in shopee with LBC courier reference tracking #[protected]-UDJR expected to arrived yesterday Jan 22, 2018. Delivery place were at my work, I was out of office that time but I left my payment with my co-worker in case of delivery. As per our guard on duty and my co-workers no LBC delivery arrived at the office. Until in the evening, my seller contacted me asking why I "REFUSE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER". Your deliveryman didn't do their job, how can I refuse my order e hindi nga siya(deliveryman)dumating, he didn't even call/ texted me to inform that my delivery will be arriving. Then why Return to Seller right away, he didn't even had a 2nd attempt of delivery? Please take immediate action on this..

I ordered a COD in shopee and it was scheduled for delivery yesterday (tracking number [protected]-ZEJP). Inaabangan ko the whole day tinatanong ko po lage sa lobby ng office kung may dumaan nang courier. WALA! Hanggang gabi walang delivery 7:30pm ako umalis sa office. Tapos ang update sa shopee Delivery failed kasi Consignee is unavailable?! Wtf! Ni isang text o tawag sa courier wala akong nareceive! Alam niyo narinig ko na to sa officemate ko nangyari narin sakniya! Hindi tumatawag si LbC on the day of delivery tapos biglang refused to accept agad status sa shopee pr katulad sakin unavailable! I was in the office the whole time! Ano bang klaseng courier yan dapat abangan ko sa entrance the whole day?! Grabe parang nanggagago naman!

Hello. I have ordered a puzzle from lazada. It was supposed to be delivered on january 19 or 20. Then lbc emailed me:we tried to deliver your order but the house was emty or closed. We ARE ALWAYS AT OUR HOUSE. No one is knocking on our gate. Nor beeping car horn. Please give me my order. I need it urgently for my competition. It said no one in our house but we are always here. Those emails was sent to me 2 days. We are always at our house. Please. I trust you LBC.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS FROM LAZADA with reference no. [protected] and [protected]. Reason: addressee moved out. check your personnel with cellphone no [protected] and records of my calls to your [protected]. Deliveries were not made on the dates mentioned in your text messages. I was willing to pick up from any Baguio Branch but the delivery personnel did not answer my text messages and calls. For your information I received a pouch from Dagupan on January 17 the date parcel covered by [protected] was supposed to be delivered. For the record I did not move out. And I left the money to my son for the delivery but NOBODY CAME.

I patronize LBC for almost allmy business pouches. THIS TIME I AM DISGUSTED. CAN YOU DELIVER THE ABOVE PRONTO? I received my previous orders promptly from LAZADA through another courier.

Ano ba naman niyan LBC? Wala ba kayong mga mapa diyan? Anong silbi ng mga GPS jan o yung internet kung hindi niyo man lang mahanap ang sa amin? I gave my number naman but no one called to ask where I am.
May LBC station naman dito sa amin at naka-receive naman yung mga kaibigan ko ng mga orders nila. Linoloko niyo ba ako? O sadyang tamad talaga ang mga tao niyo?

Im complaining about my order from lazada which is CNC HAND GRIP courier LBC philippines which is my expected delivery is january 19, 2017...but the said courier said due to payment problem they cannot delivered the aforesaid package...because i was check it in the delivery status and it i found out that the said package was already at LBC MARAMAG BRANCH, MARAMAG, BUKIDNON. IT was 50 kilometers from my location.what should i do?

What happen with your delivery service why it takes so very long time to deliver the item which was forwarded to SF-ILOILO on 15th Jan.
We suppose to expect the item for my father's birthday but it was not deliver as we expect.

No one from lbc even went to my house to attempt delivery (shopee order), even though i myself went to school, there was always someone available at home to recieve the delivery but no one, and nothing arrived the whole day! Nobody asked for my money and I didn't pay because no parcel or pouch was delivered to me! LBC has already delivered to my address before and the package arrived just fine. But now there wasn't even an attempt to deliver and yet the delivery was declared pending because of no payment?

Yung product po na binili ko sa lazada hindi na dumating. Sabi sa tracking, "... the house was closed and no one was there..." Will deliver it next business day. So kinabukasan hinintay ko kaso wala parin. Tinignan ko sa tracker ganun parin yung lumabas. Eh hindi ako lumabas ng bahay kasi nga sabi "expect within the day". Paayos please. Madaming beses na akong nagpa LBC pero ngayon lang nangyari ito. Chineck ko yung address na nakalagay tama naman.

I have order with tracking number [protected], order#[protected](lazada), until now hindi nadeliver, nauna pa ung order ko na late ko nang inorder, reason ng delivery lbc payment issue, person unknown, tamad yata ung tao nyo sa lbc mag deliver. May contact number naman ang customer tamad din kayong tumawag. Lbc pls lang disiplinahin nyo ung tao nyo. Pinablik ang order ko without informing me or calling me.

nong last January 11, 2018 nagtext ang lbc na magdedeliver sila samin with the track no. [protected] pero hangang ngayon wala parin nakakarating so i decided na itrack ito sa website nang lbc pero nalaman ko na dapat daw idedeliver na nila yung product kaya lang nagrefuse daw yung recipient kaya hindi nadeliver pero wala naman talaga. sana po ay madeliver na yung product na yon. thank you.

May order po ako sa lazada c/o tracking number [protected].base sa tracking online 2 attempt nang nagdeliver ang lbc at nakalagay sa tracking details na ang item ko ay ibabalik sa Lzada warehouse. I tried to call LBC and they say reason of return to sender is refuse to accept.bakit ganoon ang service ni LBC ano po silbe ng CP number provided sa reciever kung di naman nagiinform ang LBC kung di mahanap ang address.at isa pa bakit refuse to accept.?kung wala naman nagpupunta sa aming bahay.hinihintay at inaabangan ko ang item ko pero mababalitaan ko refuse to accept kaya ibabalik sa sender.nagpunta ba talaga ang delivery o sadyang tinamad nang hanapin ang addres.sana maayos po ito

Your delivery man assigned here in ibabao, cuenca batangas ia very rude, our package always appear to be cancelled due to recepient not at home.. I even talked to that lbc guy and asked him if I have a package he said, wala. Tpos sasabhin nya recepient not at home.. Napaka bastos nyan. Tuwing magdedeliver dito yan samin walang galang at basta basta pumapasok sa bahay namin at lagi maramig beses narereturn ang package sa sender... Bastos tlga parang siga lagi pa may sigarilyo pag papasok sa bakuran namin.. Very unprofessional. Pati bill ng credit card ko from bpi never nakaratig thru lbc.. So disappointing
