I can't believe the sales person on the phone insists on these bags being authentic. She said she wasn't going to argue with me and that I will get a refund. She has refunded my card. I know it's only been 3 days, but it has not posted as of yet. Let's see what happens in 7 days as she said. I have already alerted my credit card company. This company deals fakes, please don't get conned. I had to see for myself and ordered some LV items. I smelled the plastic before I even took them out of the bag. The material is hard, plastic, and obviously fake. I googled Lazata.com and the website www.ji-ying.com came up. I clicked on the link, thinking it was peculiar, and to my dismay, it rerouted me to www.lazata.com. Wow. Fakes from China.
Please don't be made a fool of, especially now that money's even more difficult to come by. Don't let your curiosity get the best of you-- it's fake-- don't bother. Save yourself the headaches, seriously. It took months (yes, months) of nagging, phone calls, holds, and opening a dispute case with my CC company before I got my money back. I still came up $20 short though, because I had to pay for the return shipment and tracking.
Should you ever purchase anything from a questionable seller, ALWAYS pay by CREDIT card and if you have to make a return, ALWAYS get a tracking number and some sort of proof that they received your parcel (i.e. signature upon arrival).
But again, don't waste your time, don't bother with this place, it's a scam. The girl who picks up calls herself "Natalie" and she thinks she's smarter than you and will deny deny deny until you lose your voice. She claims she works in a call center, but it is just her, working out of her apartment. She fakes another uppity, happy-go-lucky voice sometimes (didn't the this "other" girl's name), and she thinks she's pulling one over on you. HA! She's an evil (yes, it is evil) con artist who will pay for scamming innocent people. She thinks she is so smart but she is actually one of the more ignorant people on this planet. Please don't waste your time and money here. Don't even give it a second thought.
I purchased my bag in April 10 because they claimed they were 100% authentic, I am just now December 10 realizing that I just wasted $600 on a FAKE bag! I tried to email them, but my email was rejected and now their website is different. Can anyone offer any contact information?
