Purchase in online lazada malaysia. Talked to customer service malaysia help chat line on 4 times, lots of promises but no action.

I am writing here to lazada corporate hoping to see positive action

Defective : missing power cable (back of fridge)
Item: electrolux fridge etb2012mg210l
Requested for reverse pick up
Complaint: its already more than 3 weeks and yet no contact to reverse pick
I am requesting for quick, agreed time and date for reverse pick up.

Can you help???

Description: keep saying I must be at home for reverse pick up. Agent will come. I told her it must be convenient and agreed time for me. She keep saying follow terms and the end, she wants to terminate chat instead of helping and understand the issue.
Is this how lazada train your agent???
