Lazada Southeast Asia — casio watch
Ordered a watch on December 10 and was advised this will be delivered on Dec 12 - Dec 17.
Received a message on December 12 that this will be delivered. Everyone is at home however no one showed up. Same thing happened on the other day.
Waited until December 18. Contacted their live chat which is always unavailable. You are lucky if you will be able to speak to someone.
Spoke to John Carlo and was put on hold for 20 minutes whilst "checking" the order. I don't know if he really checks or he just sit there staring at their screen waiting for their shift to end.
I was then told this will be delivered on December 20. It is already 21st until now still undelivered.
I tried to contact them through chat however they are unavailable..again. I am not able to phone them as we don't have a home phone.
Tried to email them yesterday still no reply.
I need help.
