Phoenix hub merchant is the worst.

I bought a Digital hanging scale with 500kgs. Capacity and it is worth 4k. But when I received it the Item was factory defective and 100kgs. Capacity only. When I returned it back they keep delivering back too. It happened 3 times na. So for me, thats too much hassle, I always had to go to LBC and keep calling the Customer service almost every other day to ask the status of my refund, emailed them almost everyday. But I would always hear/recieve this message, "we are still processing .. etc" for 2 months now. Cmon LAZADA!! And before I knew it, they'll deliver the item again because they said nothing is wrong, ive shown proof and still the re-evaluation team SUCKS! Pheonixhub Sucks also!! Ive reviewed their Item and they ddnt bother to post it. Wow ah! They also do fake reviews! Kaloka ka!!
