LAZ Parking Parking at martha’s vineyard airport

Good afternoon last evening Tuesday June 5 2018 I was trying to get my car out of the parking area at MVY Airport and was trying to figure out how to pay when a female came over to ask " What's your problem can't you figure it out" I proceeded to ask if she worked here to help which she replied unfortunately, I said can you show me what to do in which she stated figure it out it tells you on the screen This women is extremely rude and shouldn't be in Customer Service when I parked my car early in the morning there was a Gentleman there who was so pleasant showing me exactly what I needed to do very patient YOU NEED MORE LIKE HIM

LAZ Parking Accident/ scratched truck on valet parking

About 4 months ago our truck was hit on the valet parking, they brought our truck very scratched we didn't hear any word of apology. They never called us to fix it or send the check for repair shop. However, I spoke with Wendy Sternburg Risk Manager Boston MA, she was very rude and disrespectful! She didn't want to pay the amount that I send her estimate from the repair shop. (I can't believe she is the risk manager), she said they will send us check for the cheaper repair I filled out the form and send back, since that never herd anything from her, she won't answer phone calls or emails, never calls back. It's been 4 months already how it happened I'm very very upset don't know what to expect we just need to fix the truck and can't get any money to fix it... hopefully this will help us to get money to fix it!

6/25/2018 LAZ parking valet damaged my car and where going to let us leave without telling us. It was pure luck that I drop some paperwork and bent down and saw the damage to the passenger side above the front tire . They claimed the car moved all by itself into a baluster. They are refusing to pay the claim. Luckily my insurance company is saying it is NO FAULT and will fix the damage and in their words will pursue LAZ aggressively to the point of sueing them to be reimbursed for the cost to fix my car. LAZ you deceitful, immoral people your day is coming. You are not going to get away with this!

LAZ Parking Laz lost my sets of keys and my husband spare all on one key chain

Who is we, I was under the impression that Jeff called you to clarify the issue and this was all set to go. Now, if you are questioning the validity of the estimate just verify with facts and not assumptions. Call Toyota for the estimate of the key, reprogramming and remote (sets) and they could fax it directly to you if you think it's invalid or you have questions.

There is a contact right on the estimate for Toyota you could call and they will explain the way their replacement work. Please, don't divert the fact that the cars both have to be reprogrammed with the new set of keys and you are also responsible for that expense as well. Rather than guess just call them.

Let me know when you get all your questions answered.

Toyota key has two transmitters that how it comes with new version not one transmitter...and that what was lost exactly what is in the photo.
To verify was there a video or something in Laz I was told showing the day in question ... I would like someone to just look into the video.

LAZ Parking 199 water street

My wife was provided a voucher for comp parking from her company stating the 199 water street location in New York City. Upon arriving to the garage, we spoke with the garage attendant and asked him if he did indeed accept these vouchers. The attendant confirmed and told us to park the car and what time we will be returning. When we returned to pick up the car, we were told by a new attendant the voucher was NOT valid. He called his manager WILSON PENA who told me it is not his problem, I must pay or I will not get my car back. I tried to explain to WILSON PENA what the issue was but he wanted nothing to do with us. His customer service was horrible. I work hand in hand with Laz parking where my office is located. If this ever happened to a guest, we would take care of it immediately. I'm shocked that Mr. Pena could care less about his customers. Very disappointed.

LAZ Parking Deceptive practices

Just after 5:30pm on february 24, 1016 I drove by their parking garage at 1026 5th avenue in san diego and saw a sign out front stating, “public parking early bird special $8 in by 9am”. This was not an unreasonable amount for parking, as a nearby lot charged $10 (Flat rate) after five-thirty pm so we parked here. When I went to leave, the charge was $30 and I could not leave the lot unless I paid $30. The parking attendant at the time was very polite and understanding, and had clearly heard many similar complaints before. He showed me the sign (They pulled it sometime before I left at 9:54pm) and said that someone forgot to pull it out from in front of the building that morning. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this to no avail. They have since changed their sign, but have refused to refund the parking difference.

This is a very deceptive practice. I encourage everyone in this forum to file complaints with the bbb and http://www.revdex.com/reviews/laz-parking/615462# as well.

LAZ is deceptive, charged me duplicate amounts on their machine for the same parking spot. Refuse to refund, simply give me a new number to call each time.
