Law Research Group review: Online scam 2

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

In July and sent money order as instructed. M.O. was cashed out Aug.8 but still no book. Sent several e-mails, but no response. Filed report with BBB and even they couldn't get response. I would gather at this point that this business is in the practice of defrauding those who place orders, yet their web site is still active to continue to rip its victims off. Their business name is pretty ironic under the circumstances.

I, too was ripped off back in July, contacted Steven Snyder at the above number & asked him to have anyone who called him looking for Law Research Group to contact me as I wanted to gather evidence & let people know what they can do to stop this guy. To make a long story short, I just received the following email from Jason Whitney :

Nina,

We are endeavoring to turn over a new leaf with Law Research Group.
The last year has been tough and we've had some serious setbacks and
people like yourself have been affected. I'm doing what is possible
to go over each and every order with a fine-tooth comb to find out
where we stand so we can set things in order and get our operations
running as fluid as they once have. It is with sincerity that I state
that I am concerned with any order that is rightfully due to any
customer and will be working tirelessly to resolve any existing backlog.

Should you know anyone who hasn't received proper attention to their
order in any capacity please, I am implore you to spread the word that
I'm on a crusade to fix this mess. The stress and chaos of unresolve
is not the life I intend to live with through the function of this
business endeavor.

Your updated reshipment for order #XXXX is as follows and is available
for tracking and confirmation immediately: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
Shipped from the Horton Plaza U.S.P.S. location.

******* End of Forward ******

If you've been ripped off, let him make right & email him. Give him a specified number of days to respond. If he doesn't come through, IMMEDIATELY contact Mike Littlefield at the San Diego District Attorney's office [protected].

DO NOT LET HIM GET AWAY WITH RIPPING YOU OFF!

Same thing happened to me.
I was told by a gentleman that purchased their [protected] number that they have had the number for 3 months and sometimes there are 10 people a day that call in for their order that have been "screwed" the same way!
There is a PI that is dealing with this case - his name is Chris Brandon @[protected] or brandonenforcement@yahoo.com
Do contact him to start a case agains these people.
You may also file a mail fraud case with...http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/mlntrcvd.aspx and get your money back that way! But please DO SOMETHING!
