I filed a bar complaint against him recently but it is still going. Long story short my daughter hired him for a custody situation. We needed an emergency pick up of my grandson we gave him money and he did nothing. He had $1900 in May of last year I called him out on a clause in his own contract and got him to agree to give us our money back last December.

I filed the Bar Complaint in late April. Last week as I was about to file suit, one of my attorney friends told me to ask for his malpractice insurance to file a claim. When I asked, with copy to the Bar Atty, he immediately responded, asked me for my address and said he was sending me a cashier's check. That was August 9th. He mailed the Cashier's check on August 10th. I grabbed it last night and cashed it today, 18 months after initial consult. Smh.

File the Complaint, it is the only way to stop predators like this.

Hello my name is Kathy G. And I’m In the process of suing Bruce Warner in Polk County Florida where I reside. I’m suing him for the same reason which is him conniny clients & taking their hard earned money! I have also reported him to the Florida State Bar Association and filed a formal complaint against him. The investigation was filed in August of 2021 and it’s still ongoing under investigation. I have read the hundreds of complaints of all the people that He has conned out of their money and I am seriously considering after I take care of the small claims court action I’m in the middle of, I would like to somehow get together with all of Warners victims and file a Class Action Law suit against him.

Attorney Bruce Warner is a total fraud.. I retained him 4-5 months before he actually filed. He kept telling me it was kicked back three separate times and made excuse after excuse about deaths in the family and his friends committing suicide and yada yada yada. He did not want to take any of my calls was very short with me even called me neurotic to a friend of his and hung up on me after yelling at the top of his lungs when we had a disagreement. He also told me about his house being worth $900, 000. He is a lazy ConMan and I advise everybody do not retain this man for any services high wasted $3000 for him to do nothing .

I totally agree - con man that should be disbarred - took money up front said he could handle case right away - then said it wasn’t a winnable case! Hired another attorney went to court once and won so I took him to small claims court and got most of my money back! He’s a con man!’
