Damaged my leather jacket
I sent my newly bought leather jacket which I only wore it once to LAUNDRY UNLIMITED for cleaning on 25/6/2014 and picked it up a week later after paying $48.15. Shockingly there were several black marks on both the front and back of the jacket. I highlighted the marks to the counter lady, Linda, and told her that those marks were not there when I sent it in. She told me that she would get the 'Washing Master' to re-clean it again. I returned to LAUNDRY UNLIMITED a week later on 11/7/2014. Sadly the marks could not be removed and angrily, the so-called "Washing Master' and Linda accused me that the marks were there when I sent the leather jacket to them. They even fabricated incidents that I must have stained my jacket when I had my dessert and sat on dirty seats. I explained to them the lady had checked the jacket when I sent it in and if there were any marks, they would have noticed them. However they just ignored me.
LAUNDRY UNLIMITED was simply dishonest and unprofessional. Not only did they not clean my jacket but also accused me. I am proceeding to Small Claim to lodge an official complaint and demand for compensation.
UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES & HANDLING
This is the FIRST and the LAST time that I will be using LAUNDRY-UNLIMITED for their services. Over the phone already told the person who is coming to collect my curtains that it has been taken down and already being put into a plastic bag supplied by me to be pick up.
