i had bonded leather sofa before and after some time some cracks in leather starts popping up and then i thought i will not buy bonded leather sofa.i went to bad boy and salesperson told me that if i buy bonded leather sofa with comprehensive warranty that problem be solved.he told me if there be any cracks or leather starts coming off it will be taken care by comprehensive i bought new bonded leather sofa with comprehensive i have some cracks in sofa and customer care are saying bonded leather sofa cracks are not covered under warranty.

    A warranty is worthless unless it is signed by the store manager, and the coverage is explicitly explained in the document. Then you can sue.
    But that's irrelevant. Do not buy something you know is going to fail. Warranties are full of loopholes, and only last as long as the company that issued them.

    I had a similar problem with another Company in the UK. They came out and did the "repair"/renovation but charged £40 call out fee!
    Still, it's better than the Company winding up so that they don't have to honour these 'ere warranties and Insurance policies. I have lost faith in most companies and also anything to do with finance. They all seem to be crooks.!
