Lastman's Bad Boy product still not received, was ordered more than 6 months ago

I bought a sectional sofa on Black Friday Nov 26 2017 at bod boys burlington location, got it delivered on expected time, no concerns, liked it but it looked a bit smaller in my living room so we decided to add an armless sofa to extend the length so it works in our living room and we were told at the time of purchase that it is Canadian made so pieces can be customize. So we placed the order for an armless sofa on Dec 17 2017.

Since Dec 17 2017, we have not received our armless sofa. The Sofa came 3 times during that time (with a lot of phone calls and follow ups from our end), and out of three times, 2 were a different colour so obviously we could not have it sitting in the middle of our sectional and the 3rd time, colour was right but the stitching was a different colour.

We had talk to one associate Paula who had been helping in our case, took pictures, totally agrees with what we are talking about but she said she has limited authority and have to talk to store manager George.

She promised that George will call us back as by this time we are fed up and all we want is to have a full sofa set that we have paid for. We even offered George (in one of our follow up visits)that floor model seems to be all matching pieces and we are willing to swap our sofa with floor model even though we have not paid floor model price but he said this is not doable.

I had asked him that what should we do now and he said "I don't know" and that his associate Paula is working on it. George also said that his Buyer has more authority and George is unable to do anything . Now that is a very bad response coming from a manager. What I feel is they keep putting it to one another from associate, to manager to buyer. As a customer, it should not be my problem that who has more authority and whos fault it is..I should be able to get my product for wich i have paid more than 6 months ago. I was promised more than a week ago at 4 different occasions that we will recieve a call from store manager and still have not heard from him.i ended up calling a couple of times and still was not able to talk to him. At this point, i am extremely disappointed and frustrated and have told Paula already that i don't want any sofa and i want my full money back and need the sectional that i have at my house being picked away as its useless for me not to have a complete set. Again it was put off by saying that George has the authority to approve and he will contact us back and as expected no call. I must say that his follow ups and handeling of any issues is extremely poor. I know returning furniture pieces like sofas are a big deal for stores but i did not wanted it, its the company it self who is making me do that. I tried multiple times to resolve at store level without having to reach out to head office or using any other method to accelate and that my issue gets resolved without having a bad taste in my mouth but looks like that is not what store manager wants. I am requesting to respond back to my email or phone call ASAP and advise how to proceed with full refund as dealing with this store has done nothing but stressing me out. I hope you guys realize that i have a job, kids and other responsibilities and chasing Burlington store which is 30 kms from house, is not the only thing i have to worry about.

Please advise of how to get my refund back ASAP as i guess mor or give me contact persons info who can actually assist me getting out of this deal not just putting it off to another person saying we have limited authority. Regards Youba. Purchase order #BH 85622

Lastman's Bad Boy terrible customer service, wrong product delivered, poor quality product

Lastman Bad Boy Furniture is THE WORST FURNITURE STORE in Canada.

I ordered a 5 pc Kwality Lorie Black Dining Set on March 23rd, 2018.

First they told me the Table legs were out of stock so they could not deliver it on my requested date on Saturday, March 31st. However, on Wednesday, March 27th they said ALL pieces were available and that I needed to pay the FULL amount to guarantee my delivery on Saturday, March 31st. So obviously I paid the full amount and set up for delivery on the Saturday.

On the Saturday, the delivery men were the MOST RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL people of all time. They did not want to bring in the items, wanted to just drop it off at the door. When I asked politely if they could bring it in the designated room (dining room). They proceeded to come into my home with their shoes on. I requested they remove their shoes and they STILL proceeded.

And then one of the men, ran one of the boxes into a door handle damaging the box. We asked that they open ALL the boxes so we can verify that it is the correct product and that it is not damaged.

They did NOT want to do this. We had to open the boxes OURSELVES. I told them that I did not want to sign until seeing all the product. They insisted it is not their responsibility and that I needed to sign so they can deliver the remainder of their product. FOOLISHLY i signed.

Within two minutes of these men storming out my door, I realized that there were TWO table bases instead of ONE table base and ONE package of table legs.

I immediately called the men to let them know the wrong product was delivered. They said that's not their problem and to call customer service and proceeded to drive away. So i then continue to check all boxes noting that the product was also chipped and damaged (probably from poor handling of the boxes).

I then called customer service to tell them what happened and my dissatisfaction. No one apologized for the inconvenience of not having all the pieces of my dining set delivered and for the poor quality it arrived in. They simply did NOT care. I asked that these be sent at their earliest convenience and requested it be around a certain time. They pretty much told me they will send it whenever they have it. Of course I argued and argued. And then agreed a week later was fine because I cannot guarantee me being home all day Mon-Fri as i have a FULL TIME job.

As the week goes by, I find out they did NOT order all the replacements of the damaged parts and that only 2 items would be exchanged on the agreed date. How did I find this out? I had to be the one to call and follow up on my order to ensure it was still coming and the product was still available. But that call only informed me that they DID NOT have the product and I would be on a waiting list with 32 other people! When were they going to communicate this to me?!

And on top of that again, no apologies, no date has been given as to approximately when the product will be available. And NO compensation for my troubles.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bad boy already has all my money so they DO NOT CARE. They have had my money for 2 weeks and I still do not have my dining set nor does it look like I will have it any time soon. Every communication with Bad Boy, it is ME calling. No one has reached out to me.

I ask to speak with a Manager and every time, conveniently they are not available.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. TAKE THIS CRAP BACK.

Unsatisfied customer. Never returning customer. Telling everyone NEVER to buy from Bad Boy.

Lastman's Bad Boy all the products

Worst possible products, we had a TV delivered to us with a defective RCA screen which Bad Boys refused to replace, causing us to go to RCA directly, a process which took us 4 months. We paid for your " solid gold" warranty which won't even cover a 8 month old washing machine that had the pump go already. For a customer that paid 6500 we have never been treated with worse respect, and will never return if we don't sue.

Lastman's Bad Boy solid gold warranty - garbage!

We purchased frigidaire professional appliances from bad boy. Our purchase experience was good. Delivery was good. A little over a year after we got our fridge we had some issues. I began calling for a repair under our solid gold extended warranty. Don't waste your money! I've been calling since july of 2017. Either can't get through at all (busy constantly), get put on hold for hours, or someone tells you they will call you back and never do! I've threatened to get my lawyer involved and finally got someone out to repair the fridge. They sent someone who wasn't authorized to work on frigidaire... Changed a bunch of parts but never fixed the issue. Finally sent an authorized repair man... Changed everything... Issue still happening. Repair man said it's clear that if this doesn't work the fridge needs to be replaced. It's now march 2018 and i'm back to not being able to get anyone to return my messages. Manager of the service department never returns calls. It has become a full time job trying to get my very expensive fridge fixed. Horrible service department. The warranty isn't work the paper its written on!

I am going threw this as well i contact badboy for warranty got a email back from AGENT #2 GLORIA asking me to send pictures of the problem Seam Tear, which is suppose to be covered under the gold warranty they denied my claim saying it was cracking lol tell me does that look like the leather is cracked. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE.

Lastman's Bad Boy scam... overcharged

They didn't explain or tell you anything... Like delivery charge and all the warranties. I made a purchase 10, 000.00 and she added on all the unnecessary charges and she didn't tell me. The bill came out nothing but the final. I felt weird and asked for a proper bill she and manager said system went down they need time to make a break down to show me what I been paying for. I called and demanded a bill and she sent me all the charges I didn't know and stuff she said she gave me for free she also added on the bill
I felt tricked. So unhonest of her. This is BS. I want to cancel next day they said sorry it's final.. Ya badboy... It's very bad system. I didn't know it was final sale til after I complained. Very disappointed experience with badboy. It's my first and last for sure.

Lastman's Bad Boy Furniture appliances and tv

1255 Finch loction Ontario Canada.

I made a purchased worth 10000.00 bed set, TVs and set of washer and dryer. I trust the agent and didn't look carefully into the numbers. When I sign and got the bill... It's weird that they only showed final number. I asked to get a prpwr bill where all the breakdown and what am I been charged . They said system was down... Hmmm.. I didnt feel good. They promise to email me the bill. Nothing happen. I got worried and called demanded a bill. She then sent me picture text of what they charged me. Holly crap... All the charges I didn't know of.. Like warranty of tv $699 waranty bed set $799 waranty washer and dryer $800 and another tv $400. It's crazy... And things she promised to give free... She added in the bill too. This is ridiculous... I've never got scam this bad. Came to complained they said I already sign paper nothing can be change. I was so mad... Clearly they didn't tell me about the waranty... Bottom line is... Their service is very bad and they suck your blood like no torrow. I want to canceled my order next day and they didn't let me. Nevvvvvvvvver go to this place... I rather best buy or Leon will do much better.

Lastman's Bad Boy damaged sectional delivered

On nov 17th 2017 I purchased a leather sectional couch cost over $1700.00 . On November 22 nd 2017 the couch is delivered badly damaged😡 The delivery men even pointed out the damage! We immediately called the store were told it would be rectified ASAP a new couch would have to be delivered! Well it is now January 5th 2018! And I still have the badly damaged couch in my living room! Bad boy will not reply to my emails or messages I get put on hold and never answered! I've sent pics in of the damage to 3 bad boy agents and still nothing! What kind of business sends damaged goods?! 😡🤬I am so upset with this whole situation! I've reached out by phone social media email and messages and have been ignored! I bought a brand new couch not a badly damaged one!😡🤬

Lastman's Bad Boy damaged sectional delivered

On nov 17th 2017 purchased a brand new sectional couch from badboy the finch location. On November 22nd 2017 I was delivered a damaged sectional couch😡 the store was called immediately was told a new couch would be delivered well it's january 3rd 2018 and the damaged sectional couch is still in my living room!😡🤬what kind of business is this? Who delivers damaged goods ! Bad boy has not responded to any calls messages or emails!😡🤬I'm so disgusted! I've sent in photos of the damage to 3 badboy agents and still no call back!😡🤬 I'm so frustrated !

Lastman's Bad Boy delivery of damaged sectional sofa

I'm still waiting since November 17th 2017 for the brand new sectional sofa a bought ! It's December 8th 2017. They delivered me a badly damaged sofa on the 17 th of November it was suppose to be brand spanking new!
I've been on the phone constantly ! With no immediate answers! How Can a furniture company deliver damaged goods and not rectify it immediately! They had the nerve to ask me to send them photos of the damage! Which I did on the same day the damaged furniture was delivered! The delivery men even stated the damage! I've contacted bad boy everyday since and everyday no answers !agent 6 got the pics and now he's not available I sent the pics again to the finch location and still nothing ! Got a message yesterday stating to get the claim going I had to send pictures explaining the damages to another agent! Like what the hell how many times do I have to send picks and explain damages ona product that the company delivered to me? Honestly this is absolutely ridiculous and upsetting! Bring me the brand new couch I bought and solve the situation!🤬😡

Lastman's Bad Boy samsung washing machine and dryer set

On Boxing Day I went to the Bathurst and bloor location to get some deals!waited in the freezing rain! Was denied to use credit! Store said they were not accepting credit ! No where was this stated in the flyer or advertisement!lost my doorcrasher deals! Called the finch location they told me of course credit was accepted and the bloor location should have never denied credit! I went to the finch location asap the same day but lost out on my doorcrashers. But I bought over $3500 I stuff! The Samsung washing machine set 2 TVs and mattresses! Well less then a year passed and my washer broke called to have it seen! Technician came out was told it was a faulty machine he had to submit the request ! I have a new born and a elderly disabled mother so daily laundrywashing is a must! It took over 8 weeks of fighting with bad boy and Samsung over fixing my machine! I had to spend$30 plus daily going to the laundry mat to do my laundry! Unacceptable! I had to constantly call bad boy and Samsung daily!The product badboy is selling has parts that Samsung no longer makes so parts had to be obtain from who knows where which took way too long! Bad boy shouldn't be selling customers crappy products! Badboy never called to apologize or offer any type of compensation for my difficult situation! Samsung blamed badboy andbadboy blamed Samsung and I was out over$30 a day for over8 weeks do the math that's astronomical! So disgusted with it all! Bad boy and Samsung don't care about anybody but there sales!

On Nov 17/2017 I went to the Bad Boy superstore located at 1255finch ave west.
I purchased a Brand New sectional couch set!
I had a credit note due to a defective 3 piece couch set I purchased prior! On Nov22 nd 2017 the delivery men arrived . Picked up the old 3 piece set . They brought the new sectional set it up and it was damaged! I didn't buy a used sectional!😡The delivery men stated it's damaged I need to call the store! I immediately called the store and talked to the manager! He stated this was unacceptable and he'd rectify it ! Well it's Dec 1st 2017 and I still have the damaged sectional! I even sent pics of the damaged sectional to Agent 3 on the delivery date which was absurd I needed to do so when it's the store sending me damaged goods! Bad Boy Boy has never contacted me since! I have called every single day and asked to speak to the manager who is never available and never returns my calls! I've called the service dept and left messages and have never been contacted! Today Dec 1st was the last straw I called and was placed on hold for the manager and another rep answered stated the manager was busy and was hung up on!😡😡😡I'm disgusted! Who hangs up on a customer! I bought a BRAND NEW SECTIONAL. And I deserve to get it! Not damaged Furniture!😡

Actually before buying such set I informed the sales rep of my usage and he suggested that such set! My loads are not big however the need to wash items oils of great importance especially will soiled items! I would have liked to be treated with respect by both companies and not been hung up upon or purposely disconnected! If it weren’t for me calling to inquire on my parts I would still be waiting! I did however purchase the extended gold warranty too! Let’s hope it doesn’t break down again! Sometimes curtesy goes a long way!

It's unfortunate that you're having such difficult problems within a year after your purchase. Any product will have a potential of breakdown before the consumer believes it should. The retailer, unless purchased with such a guarantee, is never obligated to cover broken equipment even if the breakage is during the warranty period.

Is Bad Boy and Samsung in business to make a profit? Absolutely! There is nothing wrong with that. The important concern is that both entities deal with the consumer on a fair bases. As much as one may not purchase a product with the assumption of having an issue so soon, Samsung never guaranteed that it wouldn't happen; only that if it did, the cover the cost of repairs. Bad Boy then offers addition service coverage in the case that something should happen and what, as a consumer, you would like them to do. This service coverage costs a little more, but many find it can be worth it.

Admittedly, you're using the washer a great deal more than the average consumer. I'd dare say that you're using it so much, it's like you live in front of it -- of course, there's nothing wrong with that at all. But in your case, you may just want to set enough funds aside to replace the unit(s) the moment they go out. It's likely not even worth calling for service considering you just said you dropped nearly $1700 into laundry during the time they were servicing these.

Lastman's Bad Boy couch and loveseat - warranty sucks

We purchased a reclining couch and loveseat from bad boy, mid 2014.. with their 'solid gold 5 year protection. It was only a year before we had issues with the couch (springs coming up through the eat, broken frame, so I called and they DID take it back, but it was months before we got it back almost did not.. I think they were getting ready to resell it when I followed up, forcefully. Then a year after that we had issues with the love seat (with the frame/ material) .. they came and looked at it and said it was not repairable because they had no parts, and no replacement loveseats, so they gave us just store credit on the base cost (nothing for the tax/delivery/warranty). We did buy another almost identical couch and had to buy another warranty, but it had problems too (frame on both seats broke/ stitching coming out) Thet DID fix those problems, but then the couch had similar problems to the first time (not great repairs) so they came - cant fix it / no parts/replacement. They initially said they would give store credit, bit then, a couple of moths later (after I had to send them another set of pictures) that the couch was abused and dirty (it was not and is not), and said they will give me nothing ! I'm still, probably in vain, trying to escalate, however ever if, by som miracle they give us some credit, I feel it would be a mistake to purchase another couch.. Mark

Lastman's Bad Boy frigidaire dishwasher

NOTE: We sent the below-mentioned hard copy letter to Mr. Balasingham in September 2016. Over a year later we never got a response. Here is another opportunity for Bad Boy to explain themselves. You chose to ignore a written letter for over a year, which does not make this situation any better...

RE: Endless dishwasher leaks from Bad Boy dishwasher
Dear Mr. Balasingham,
In 2008 we purchased a new dishwasher from your 1255 Finch location (please refer to attached receipt). Over the course of the following five years from 2010 to 2013, the machine had to be serviced about 5 times by your contractors. All service visits were regarding the same issue….leaks stemming from the gasket seal for the dishwasher door area.
It was not until the final weeks of our 5-year extended warranty that Bad Boy agreed to replace the dishwasher. We had to proactively seek a replacement dishwasher, as per the warranty, since it was clear Bad Boy was not able to resolve the problem over the lifetime of the 5-year warranty.
Now about 3 years into the replacement dishwasher, another leak started from a different location (not the door gasket, but from a valve underneath the dishwasher). Unfortunately this leak took place while we were away for two weeks, resulting in a pool of water in our condo kitchen.
This latter leak just took place in July 2016. Needless to say, we're not happy with the products we've purchased from Bad Boy, or the contractors used by Bad Boy to address these problems. I don't think the decision to purchase a dishwasher should involve a several service visits, and replacing a new dishwasher.
Worse yet, over the course of all these leaks over the years, there is significant water damage in our kitchen on the wooden baseboards and wooden dividers. And our kitchen had been just re-done/renovated shortly before we received the first Bad Boy dishwasher in 2008.
I would like to hear your reaction to our bad Bad Boy experiences.

I appreciate the level of your frustration. Without knowing more specifics of each service, it would be difficult to address the exact details.

It would appear that Lastman's Bad Boy did address the issues of the dishwasher now purchased roughly a decade ago, ultimately replacing the unit. Many years thereafter, a problem developed externally to that of dishwasher. Because the leak was within proximity, your initial reaction may have been to take pause to the issues which existed with the appliance so many years earlier, but I'm sure most would have to have to agree one had nothing to do with the other.

Hopefully you've had your plumbing problems long since addressed.

Wrong, it was not a plumbing problem. I watched water pour out of the gasket seal.
Do you always defer blame on Bad Boy problems? This seems to be a theme.
There is a problem all right, and it's called Bad Boy not taking responsibility.

I appreciate such a quick and direct reply, as well as your name.

I apologize for any miscommunication Curtis, in that you initially made it seam that the problem was coming from "a valve underneath the dishwasher." Normally a valve is a device to open and close the flow of water and is only used, in this particular case, in a direct line going to the sink. This particular "valve" would then run another line, typically polymer hose, towards the dishwasher and connect via an adapter to the dishwasher inlet. Could you possibly be referring to such an adapter versus that of an actual "valve?"

Lastman's Bad Boy delivery team and customer service

Bad Boy seems to have no concept of quality, I wish I knew this before because I would have never bought from them.

1. They send third party unskilled delivery personnel to do the job, who are unable to do their job if you have anything but a straight forward path
2. They left my property damaged and passed my off to their automated telephone service
3. Their CSR staff seemed to not be concerned at all with the fact that their delivery team could not do their job and damaged my place and passed us off to an email for the complaint and just rebooked the delivery
4. One of their reps told me to call them directly but only left me with their general number, still haven't heard back after calling within the times they told me to and leaving a message with "urgent" status
5. No reply regarding the complaint, unable to reach anyone to get a proper response from
This has been my life for the last 3 days and still nothing!

Lastman's Bad Boy samsung oven not holding heat

I have been in contact with the warranty department since September 6th, 2017 about my Samsung oven, which had previously been serviced 3 times for the same issue. I was told numerous times ( September 11, 2017, September 13, 2017, September 19, 2017 and September 26, 2017) that Stein Appliances would be contacting me about setting up a visit. On Tuesday, September 26th, 2017, I called again stating that I had not heard from Stein and was told by one of your Customer Service Reps that Stein Appliances was very busy, but she would call them and have them call me. I told the rep that I would call Stein to see what was going on. WOW! I was told by Stein that they do not service for BAD BOY anymore and hadn't for some time!

Your company out right lied to me! I called back and spoke to a lovely lady named Camille for transferred me to her supervisor to which I had to leave a voice mail which said, she would get back to me in 48 hours.

Now 48 hours passed on Thursday, September 28th, 2017. I again called back on Friday, September 29th at 11:49 am. and was told that the supervisor would get back to me by 5:00 that day. I received her unfriendly call at 3:18 pm that day. She assured me that I would be getting a call from an applicance company in the area on Monday, October 2, 2017. My goodness, it is now Tuesday, October 3, 2017 and no phone call.

This service is absolutely deploriable to see the least. I have been lied too numerous times to say the least. I paid for this warranty and am not getting the service. I have been treated not in a very good customer service manner. I have had to to the leg work to find out what is going on.

It is now has been 4 weeks and still no service from BAD BOY! I will never buy or recommend your company to anyone!

Lastman's Bad Boy loveseat chocolate brown

I purchase a sofa and love seat. Arrangement for delivery was schedule. I was unable to reach someone at Delivery service to cancell my schedule date and to rebook another date. I was told that I can call to reschedule the deliver date. After numerous times trying to reach someone I deceided to use the option to leave a message by pressing one. No one return my call to reschedule another date for delivery. I took my lunch break to come home to received the delivery. After opening the boxes, the loveseat was damage and unfinish product. I call the service department and spoke with the agent who told me that he is the one who handles all complaints, problems etc. I explain to him what is the situation and I could not get any further with my story but to send the images as he requested via email to him. I did not received a respond that the images were received, I called in and spoke to Peter who said that he did received the email.. the best quick solution that he can send out a tech to repair the loveseat or he can send the images to manufacture and it is up to them to deceided what to do either repair or exchange, takes up to 14 days. I stated to go ahead with manufacture, I would like the loveseat to be replace. He said that loveseat cannot be replace only repairs because it is under warranty, that I have accepted the furniture and it is my home. I left a message for the department manager to call me back and still awaiting a return call. I ask who can I file a complaint to and he is it. It was unbelievable that I purchase these furniture and because I accept it now becomes a warranty. I cannot return to exchange for another product or replace it. It is stressful that all payment made in full and this is what a customer goes through after dealing with situations.

Lastman's Bad Boy kitchenaid fridge

I purchased a kitchen aid fridge an yr ago, from bad boy, from weak one we had leaking fridge, we already called 4 times to fix it and every time they say they fixed the problem. It kept repeating, we took extended warranty at the time of purchase Now the badboy insurance says manufacturing warranty is over, they can't do anything. They will fix it. But they are the one who keeps saying it's fixed, this means they are going to fix it every 2 months. They don't want to replace, we are even afraid to go away due to flooding in the house, we don't know when it's going to flood. When we called the store they washed their hands. I have called several times and no one is able to help to fix my fridge.

Lastman's Bad Boy samsung fridge

Bought a Samsung Fridge for 3500+tax with extended warranty. It's been 15 months since purchasing the product. We called in 6 weeks ago because the fridge stopped working. As of today, we had a technician return 5 times but yet no resolution. As per Bad Boy, they need to repair the same part 4 times before providing a replacement device. I can't make sense how a company can expect a family to live without a fridge for 6 weeks. Terrible company and even worse extended warranty policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RECOMMEND ANY OTHER STORE.

Lastman's Bad Boy leather reclining couch

We bought a living room set, couch and chair from Bad boy with power reclining functionality last month, and since than we have been getting the run around from the store and the service department.
The couch makes an ungodly squeaking noise when using this function, the love seat works great. This was delivered two days before my husband had major surgery, so needless to say we didn't even use this couch until 2 weeks ago. At first we thought this noise was because it was new, and needed to be worked in, I know silly, but the love seat works great. So since than my husband has been playing phone tag with the store to have someone deal with this issue. He calls, he is told within two days someone will come from the service department, 3 days later, they leave a message stating they will be there within 24-48 hours. This was Feb22, welcome to March 1. They keep saying someone will contact you, someone will come see you, but NO ONE does anything. This customer service is ridiculous, once they get your money, they clearly do NOT care about you. They need to release the power of word of mouth, and that businesses are made from repeat customers.
Totally disappointed, and warn anyone that buying the "extended" warranty means nothing to this company.

Lastman's Bad Boy bad customer service

Bad boy customer service is the worst !
I purchased mattresses at the finch location in 2015. The first time they came they were damaged. The second time they came they were too high. The sales person did not ask which height we wanted and we did not know they came in different heights. When I called the sales personal who sold me the mattress, he did not bother returning my call. He got the money so why bother himself.
I had to go to this location 3 times. When I went the third time I met a different sales person who offer me the same set for a much lower price. I contact the store manager, who told me he would not give me back the difference because, as he said "i can do what ever I want"
When I explained the mattress were too high he charged me a re stocking fee and a delivery fee again.
I told him that is not the way to serve customers and he should think about customer service he said " I do not care about customer service, I do as I want"
Needless to say I was appalled by this so I tried to contact head office, who did not ever return any of my calls till I posted a bad review.
To date the resolution is still not favourable. They offered my a store credit for future purchase, but there is nothing to purchase, so the only way to use it is to give bad boy more of my money. Who needs all the stress.
They are unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy.
Think twice about your money before giving it to bad boy

Lastman's Bad Boy couch

I purchase a couch from bad boy three weeks ago. I was given a delivery date for the first week in December . it is now the second week in December and I am yet to see a cushion from that couch. previously to this purchase, I had put a deposit down on an another couch and was told that my deposit was gone due to "restocking fee". restocking fee! the couch is still in the store. I should have learned my lesson from that incident, but oh no! I went ahead a purchase another couch and at full price and have been waiting and waiting and still nothing. I have called both the manager and the district manager, but I guess they are both too busy scamming other people to care. I just want either my couch or my money back and I will not be paying another restocking fee. now I'm told that I will not get the couch until the end of December. I have guests coming for Christmas, where are they suppose to sit?. I guess in each other laps or on bricks. I don't think that bad boy lived up to there delivery date agreement, and I should therefore get my money back. I'm sure some other furniture store can be more accommodating to its customer. please just have them return all my money, I refuse to deal with this any more, calling them daily to see if this is the day that ill see my couch delivered.
