Last Chance Payday Loan / unauthorized charges

1 United States Review updated:

This company took TWO different charges out of my checking account! I did NOT authorize these charges, yet they stole my money!

There must be some way to stop this! It is a fraud and a scam. I have learned my lesson... I will NEVER go online and check into any payday loans ever again! In fact, I am being very cautious about anything I do on line ever again! I want my money back, but they are giving me the runaround on my refund!!! I honestly don't see how anyone could work for such a dishonest compnay! It's just so wrong! I don't have much money, and need to keep what I have!

I jsut had the same problem, but as I have spoken with my attorney and also I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, They have had a change of heart and say they are refunding my one charge of 33.98 I will see if they do this. If they do not issue my refund i will be going forward with turning it over to my attorney and my attorney and myself will be filing a lawsuit against, Idtheft and last chance payday. If this is the case and we do file a lawsuit we will be collecting all the complaints I myself have seen on the internet and using it all as evidence of FRAUD. Which in turn will mean that others like myself will then have a chance to regain lost money for thier unauthorized charges to thier bank accounts. Sincerely someone who doesnt let a scam artist get away.

They did the same thing to me and I got a refund for their charges, but the refused to refund the $252. 00 in overdraft fees that they caused on my account. They also refused to give me a number other than the customer service number.

My Name is Lisa Buck, I was in the process of getting a pay day loan when I was declined. So up came this window with Last Chance Pay Day Loan. I thought why not give it a try and if denied I would quit trying. But I was declined so I thought nothing of it. The next day I went to withdraw money from my checking account and found that ID Theft Protection Services had tried to take out 33.98 out of my checking account Thursday November 12th and since the money was not their I also received a 15.00 Insuf fee and then they tried again the next day and were successfull. I tried to call this ID Theft service and got the run around. They sent me to a cancel my service website and then a refund site. Which I had to enter in my info again and had to wait 72 hrs to find out their decision if they were going to refund the money to my checking. I did get their decision they said that the info that I sent them for the investigation and the info that I filled out online for the loan and service was the same. What a bunch of crap. I need help to find out which website was affiliated with the ID Theft Protection Service for example was it 1. Pay1Day Loan or 2. Payday-loan-yes or maybe it was something else. I have reported this scam to the local police and they want to know which Pay Loan website is affiliated with the ID Theft Protection Service and if you have a copy of the terms and agreements this would really help. We need to work together to put this Scamming Company out of business and I could use your help. Also please if you have been a victim of this scam please call your Better Business Bureau and report it too your local police. Alert they also sign you up for a CC if you are declined this is with Web USA Credit and charge you 149.95 for the application fee which is unauthorized again taken out of your checking account. When called they say it is legitimate because you filled out the application online for the loan and after you were declined you were sent another application for a CC and I applied for this credit card and that is when I was charged the application fee. They are all in this scam together. Again lets closed them down. Email me at lisasbuck@charterinternet.com if you have info on this company. The more info the better chance of closing this business and possibly getting back your money and then some.
Please call me if you have any questions or concerns.

    Thank You

I went to the site and had &21.91 taken out for some bogus Discount Club and then a week later $19.93 for a USave program. I never signed up for these things, but they claim that by going to the web site and filling out the info I signed up. I don;t know what to do. I am in a mess.
