Although the rates sounded appealing, I regret falling for the shady attorney, who is ultimately nothing more than a thief who says he will do legal work, doesn't do it, or has someone else do it who is not an attorney which I could have had a paralegal do for a fraction of the price.

Thomas has protected Edward as a personal friend and lawyer for this jerk that ran off with 80, 000 of my clients money in business with the help of Thomas as he insured Edward as being a stand up honest businessman that could be trusted when Edward at the time used a fake name "Edward Register"
Turns out Thomas lied to me about Edward and perjured himself and refused to give a copy of his "Oath of Office" and Surety Bond.

Thomas Michaelides attorney Las Vegas, TCM Law Group has been suspended by the State Bar of Nevada multiple times and is now under investigation again. Thomas Michaelides was previously warned about his paralegal, Matthew Katz (booking photo attached) who was arrested for the unauthorized practice of law, forgery (see attached Sheriff press release). Thomas Michaelides allowed Matthew Katz to perform legal services, which ended up resulting in a case being dismissed since the attorney did not oversee the case.

The profession was harmed because Michaelides' breach of his duties regarding non-lawyer assistants, which allowed his paralegal to engage in the unauthorized practice of law, was detrimental to the integrity and standing of the bar. The record supports four aggravating circumstances (prior disciplinary offenses, pattern of misconduct, multiple offenses, and substantial experience in the practice of law) and two mitigating circumstances (cooperative attitude toward proceedings and remorse.

Thomas Michaelides, and his staff Natasha Smith were notified of the illegal conduct of Matthew Katz but failed to do anything.
Do not trust this firm as Thomas Michaelides has a history of fraud by taking money and failing to perform services, having a paralegal do the work (which anyone can do by just a paralegal not at attorney rates), and is a seriously shady attorney.
