My poker buddies and I rented two sets of so called mini-castles from this lady and we were subject to rodents/pests running all over the place. We spent thousands per week for luxurious accomodations which were not worth the money we paid.

Next time, we will be going to rent rooms at Budget Suites for the same lousy service. She gave us crappy rooms, crappy beds, crappy furniture that were mostly broken.

If you are thinking about renting from this lady, beware. She talks like she has luxurious accommodations but the place is CRAP!

The above "alleged compliant" was written by a "con" artist who is currently being investigated by the FBI, DA's office- NSF dept and 2 Federal Banks for fraud and forgery. See more info on Shame on you for posting more of your deception and learn to spell correctly and don't hide behind the Poker boys.

    Scammed Renter,

I recently stayed at the same properties you have written your report about and the information you have stated could not be more far from the truth. I would have to say my experience at the Las Vegas Mini Castles was one of the best times my colleagues and I had in Vegas. We will most definitely choose to stay at the Las Vegas Mini Castles again as Mrs Fiala is one of the easiest people to deal with and the luxury in second to none. The pricing is very reasonable and may even be on the cheap side. For the type of experience and accommodations you are receiving I would have expected to pay a lot more than we did. Mrs Fiala and her staff are very professional and do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodations are even more luxurious than she mentioned on the phone when I called her to book my stay and the pictures from her website: don't do the properties justice. In regards to your statement about rodents and broken furniture you must have been talking about a different property as there were no signs of any pests of any kind and all the furniture was intact, not to mention the premises was extremely clean. There wasn't even any dust on the mantle. You can tell Mrs. Fiala and her staff take great pride in their jobs and property as it shows. I would say for anyone reading the complaint written about these properties, give Mrs. Fiala a call to book a stay and see for yourself that the Las Vegas Mini Castles are truly luxury accommodations.

    Just another satisfied customer,
    Mathew Schwartz

I rented this home for my friends and I during our last convention. First off I was informed by the woman that rented me the place that it was close to the strip, and it was less than 1 mile to Las Vegas Blvd, BUT what she didn’t say was that it was 7 miles out of town and in the boonies. (Here is the address for you to look up on Google maps. 208 East Levi Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123 Please look at the satellite and drive by prior to renting any rental. It took over 49 min to drive 10.8 miles to the Sands Convention center. We spent most of our time driving to and from the convention but that wasn’t the worst of it…). The homes were oversized track homes with no yard or landscaping to speak of but that is not my complaint. The woman billed the property as a mansion and the “nicest home in Vegas” and was charging $2500 a night. I looked online and found no complaints so I booked a week. As we arrived at the property it was dirty, dingy and disgusting. We ended up having to buy our own sheets and blankets (It was like staying a grandma’s house but not in a good way.) This was not a good place or value. BTW I think that she lives in the home at the end of the court watching people on hidden video cameras. I would highly recommend that anyone considering renting here DON’t.

To future potential renters of the " Las Vegas Mini Castles:
I too recently rented one of the “Las Vegas Mini Castles" and OMG let me tell you it was more than I expected. Every time I have visited Las Vegas I have stayed at a hotel on the Strip. My family and I wanted to try something different. Once you have stayed at one hotel you have stayed at them all. We are getting tired of the smoke filled casinos and the Strip hustle. Don’t get me wrong that’s why you go to Vegas but I just don’t want “Vegas” all the time, that why I thought renting a house would be a great alternative. My family and I could have the “Vegas” scene when we wanted it and a retreat and actual vacation the other part of the time. I was very wary about renting a home as we have always stayed in a hotel and with the current housing market you never know if the house you rent is actually going to be there or be foreclosed. I had a friend rent a home from a guy and 3 days before they were suppose to arrive, they received a phone call from the owner saying a main water value in the home broke and the home would not be available and that they needed to find other accommodations. The owner wouldn’t even help them. They are still fighting to get their money back. Like I said I was wary but I called Annette with the Las Vegas Mini Castles and we spoke in great details about her properties. I had found her properties on a vacation website and when I called her she directed me to her AMAZING website (if you haven’t seen these homes check them out at which displays her stunning rentals. Annette is great to speak with and very understanding of the current economy and is incredibly accommodating at getting you into one of her spectacular rentals. When you work out the numbers, the price was actually better than all the rooms we would have needed at a hotel. We rented castle number 1. Castle 1 is the bomb! The best vacation rental home my family and I have been to or seen, EVER! When we arrived we were in complete “Aww”. Pictures do not do justice. We were able to see Castle 2 but 1 is the home to rent! We really liked renting Castle 1 because it was gorgeous, functional and really brought us together as a family. The kitchen was HUGE and we utilized every inch of it. We found out a few family members are great cooks, who knew! One night the kids in our group got together and made and decorated sugar cookies. You can’t do stuff like that in a hotel. Lying out by the pool was one of my favorite past times. The yard is serene and the pool is refreshing. Annette has landscaped the yard perfectly. You actually feel like you’re in an oasis, never knew I was in the desert, lol. And a few nights we dipped in the above ground Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was therapeutic and was the perfect way to end an event filled day. We really loved that Castle 1 offer a bathroom with every bedroom and balcony. The beds were definitely not your typical hotel beds, they were plush and the best night’s sleep our whole group has had away from home. You can tell that Annette really loves her homes and takes care of them. We also got to meet Annette’s assistant Adrianna who is just the sweetest woman. My family and I really could not ask for a better family vacation and look forward to making many wonderful memories at the Las Vegas Mini Castles in the future.
Looking forward to staying in Castle 1 again soon,
    The Anderson Family

The above complaint submitted by “scammed renter” is a person who tried to buy the property and gave the title company bad checks and forged Broker statements and has been involved in numerous other scams including bad money deals, jewelry purchases, payday loan frauds, and more. Her initials are MMT. The comments posted by “glitz09” is a competitor of the Mini Castle properties and has posted his same comments on other sites-some which have since deleted them because it is OBVIOUS to any guest who has actually stayed at the properties, including the “A” List celebrities and professional athletes, etc., that the person posting has NOT stayed at the property because they would know they are located only ½ mile off the South end of Las Vegas Blvd. 1 Minute from the South Point Casino. And the linens are FIRST CLASS and the back yards are awesome with custom pools, plush landscape. Unfortunately, with the technology these days, anyone can post any lie or misrepresentation and NOT be held accountable. Please view web site at Previous appraisal of the Las Vegas Mini Castle Estate was over $18.5 Million.
I appreciate the guests who have stayed at the property and have posted their actual experience.

CORRECTION-I am sorry, the "hedgefunder" is the property competitor for the Las Vegas Mini Castle properties not the Guest "glitz09" who actually stayed at the property.

Where do I start? Well, my name is Alex. My friends and I have been coming to Vegas for the WSOP for about the last 5 years. Some of us play professionally for a living, while my other friends just like to come watch us play, or even play some smaller tournaments themselves. Because we usually have a semi-large group (about 10-15) we have been renting out large vacation rentals off the strip. We usually stay for a duration of 4-5 weeks, and this time was no different except for the fact that we chose to stay in the Las Vegas Mini Castles. I can't even begin to explain how blown-away we were with this property. Not only is it away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip, but we had our very own private gate and entrance to the property. Within this private entrance is four very luxurious homes, similar in style. Annette, who owns and/or manages these homes lives in one of them. Talk about convenience!! Any questions, concerns, or requests were handled right then and there. We later discovered that she owns all 4 properties. What an amazing accommodation! Next year, we are going to try and convince all of our friends to rent all 3 other properties so that we can all hang out together before and after our long days, they are literally just within 30 steps of each other. The pictures she has posted are amazing, yet, they really are understated and don't do the house justice!! In all of my years of coming to Vegas and renting vacation homes, these were hands-down the best and nicest homes we have ever stayed in. After staying in and seeing these beautiful homes, we think she is almost underselling herself because I would've expected to pay way more for these properties than what she was asking for. Not only were the houses in immaculate shape, but everything from the rooms, beds, bathrooms, living areas, and of course, the pool and bbq areas were incredible!! Our house even had a guest house/casita with 2 extra rooms (Great for privacy). All I can say is if anyone is looking for an amazing home to stay in during your stay in Vegas, look no further. Please just don't book around WSOP time next year, as we want them to be available for us at that time. HA HA!! I mean it when I say it though "you will not be disappointed" and "worth every penny." One last thing I wanted to say is, that in our several years of renting houses similar to this rental, having someone that we can contact at anytime was a huge weight lifted of our chests in itself. I the past, we've had minor problems at some of our other rentals, and it took the homeowner almost 2 days to fix the problem. We had ZERO problems with the mini castles, but if we had, I know either Annette or her assistant, Adriana, would have been there and handled our requests within a couple hours if we needed anything. We were given both Annette and Adriana's personal cell phone numbers and encouraged to contact them at anytime no matter how big or small our issue or request was. Its the little things that matter the most sometimes. Highly, Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing getaway in Las Vegas. And it literally only took us 10-12 minutes in a car to get to the Las Vegas Strip (Rio in our case)
