I had a voucher to use as I come from middelburg. I am in the process of changing medical aid and cannot upgrade to premium until December. They wouldn't let me in because they said I'd used a voucher more than twice. The staff didn't tell me that I cannot use this voucher. Even the instructor of the class came to ask if they could let me in with the voucher. I received terrible service from lebogang malefo and the manager tshepo. They are completely heartless and don't treat their customers with respect. I was a member of groenkloof for 25 years before I moved. They don't realize the concept of customer service. Even after telling them that I wasn't aware of the policy of the voucher they didn't care. It is seriously disturbing I've never been treated so badly. Particularly since I have supported Virgin active all these years. Please contact me urgently so that I can place a formal complaint
