Lapis Jewelry Factory / fraud and theft
I purchased a necklace and ear rings from Lapis Jewelry Factory for $500 in Cancun on Sep. 7, 2013. We were told that he stones were zultanite. Upon returning to the US, I had a gemologist look at them for authentication. The gemologist said the stones were cubic zirconia which is much cheaper. I contacted the Lapis Factory and was told that my money would be refunded if I returned the jewelry. My daughter returned the jewelry while visiting Cancun on July 4, 2014 and was given an invoice stating the money would be returned. I have not received the promised refund. I have the original purchase invoice, the returned goods invoice, and the gemologist report should you need me to mail them to you. I hope you can help me in this matter.
