Lane Bryant customer service

"Detria" who works the register was very rude! very rude to the point I had to hold my composure. I will never return to this location as long as she's there. The other employees were super nice and she was the only one who seemed to be having a bad day. I've never had a problem out of lane Bryant! NEVER especially this location. Someone needs to fix this.

Lane Bryant interview process

Lane Bryant talks a lot about making people feel good and being more responsible than other retail stores. Sadly my experience left me upset with the store and feeling that Lane Bryant does not respect people. I was called for an interview at 2 pm and had to wait 30 minutes before finally getting interviewed. Then during that time the manager went on her phone during the interview. Which to me showed lack of respect. After that she told me she would call me during the week. I never got a call and had to call for myself. Then she made excuses and lied again saying she would call next Sunday. I never got a call. It makes me feel that Lane Bryant doesn't take the time to find good managers if that's who they put in charge.

Lane Bryant pull on wide leg crop pants

I bought a pair of these crops for work in April. I wore them a total of three times and they ripped on both sides. I contacted customer service and they responded by saying it was "normal wear and tear"
I have shopped and spend hundreds of dollars in the store to have this kind of response. So with that said I will no longer shop here and will let others know the poor quality clothing you sell.

Lane Bryant ordering an item on the phone/ how do I get this item again???

Dear Lane Bryant:

I recently bought a "Cacique 42C Unlined lounge bra" from Lane Bryant. I do not have the receipt but that is what it says on the tag. It is very hard for me to find a bra that fits me, but this one fits me perfectly. I would like to buy at least 2 others of the same bra, preferably tan but I will take black, or other available color, and will continue to buy this bra when the old ones wear out. However, when I called your phone number today, June 18, 2019, to order the bra, your representative on the phone had NO idea whatsoever of what I was talking about. It was like the product did not exist but of course it does becuase I am wearing one right now.

Please tell me how I can order this product.

Lane Bryant panties

I brought 5 pair of panties on yesterday April 23, 2019, for $35.00. I went to wear a pair today and the panties split all the way across the side. I am assuming its a defect in the material. I would like to know how to go about exchanging these? I have attached a picture of the defected pair and hope that the others will not have this issue.

I always buy from Lane Bryant and this is the first time that this has happened to me.

Oh I thought the same thing because the Quality of their undergarments were always the best but not so much anymore..

I bought 5 pair of panties as well and not one of them held up in the wash. Im very upset about it. What a total waste of money

Lane Bryant bra

To set things straight from the get go, I love Lane Bryant! The underwear is exceptional, the stores are wonderful and the staff is phenomenal, but the bras give me pause. I want to love them but I bought one two months ago, wore it twice, never had the chance to wash it, and it is already tearing at a seam! For the money I paid it should NOT do this! Like most of your clientele, I am large busted...a DDD cup.
Women like me should not have to worry about buying an expensive (to me) bra and it failing us so quickly.
Can this item be replaced? So far it is the only one.
I had never bought a Lane Bryant bra before so I was excited and pleased with the comfort, fit and beauty.
I am now, however, disappointed and a bit leery of their quality of design and creation.
I would also like to ask that the company revisit the quality of your product.
But hopefully, the poor quality of this particular bra is an anomaly.

Lane Bryant the token booth clerk

my name is Ardelia Douthett and I had a problem this morning about 11am. I was on 42 and port authority when a homeless women tried to attack me. I ask the token booth clerk to call the police and she just look at me. the token booth clerk saw the women split on me there needs the be more police at the station around mid day because the homeless people attack people all the time.

Lane Bryant I returned merchandise I had purchased online to your store in colorado springs, colorado. I made the payment with a gift card.

I used a $200.00 Visa gift card #[protected], which I received when I retired as a law enforcment officer from San Bernardino County California, to make a purchase on line for $133.62, on or about October 21, 2018. The order number was #OLBWO44510317. The items did not fit, so I returned them to the store in Colorado Springs #04904, on November 4, 2018. The time was 12:26 p.m. The cashier was Hannah. I have a receipt showing the transaction, #[protected]-[protected]. Not only was the money never debited back to my card, the remaining balance was also stripped. I have not used this card anywhere else in the meantime, and it has not been removed from my wallet until this evening. I only found out there was a problem tonight when I tried to reorder the merchandise from the Lane Bryant online store and the card was rejected. I tried calling the issuer of the the Visa Gift Card, but they show the card as inactive, which means the money was already spent, and they wont let me speak to a real human being. So in essence, I believe that the employee somehow managed to steal my money. This may sound improbable, but having been in law enforcement for 32 years, I know better. So in essence, the store has my merchandise back, and I have nothing to show for my $200.00. I dont know whether you will do anything about this or not, but if you don't Lane Bryant has lost a customer. Too bad too, because I really like the bras.

Lane Bryant seriously sexy panty freehold nj store

I purchased a sexy panty from ordering online at this store first I asked them if it was there to pick it up they didn't want to help me so I waited finally got email confirmation so I went back there to get it I never felt so dissed in my life saw they got new stuff in so I looked I wished I knew this lady's name she needs to be fired she was big and short hair please fire her she wouldn't even let me look she said she just got folding them not to touch what a mess am I still in high school if u want to bullied and dissed shop at lane Bryant they will treat u w disrespect I'm not shopping here again

Lane Bryant bras and underwear

I was just wanting to reach out to the company bec I'm not 30 and have been a Lane Bryant customer since I bought my 1st bra. Our mall closed our a couple of years ago and I was completely heartbroken so now I have to get my stuff when I'm on vacation. Which is exactly what I did 2 weeks ago in Delaware. I bought 2 bras and 5 pairs of underwear. Since then the bra underwire on one has poked thru and the other one of the hooks on the back has come off. Then one pair of the underwear already has a hole in it up near the top trim. Normally I don't complain but as you know the products are not cheap and I didnt even really get to get any use out of them before they started to fall apart. I don't know if they've changed something in the production of the items but if this is how they are going to be I will have to start looking for my bras/underwear elsewhere.

Lane Bryant bathrooms

On 8/6/2018 me and my handicap aunt went to use our coupons at store 06464, which is in Grand Rapids, MI. While shopping we both asked to use the bathroom. We were told me had to go to Joann Fabrics next door. I asked the employees where they went...they said they also had to go to Joanns...It took awhile for my aunt to travel to the back of Joanns to use their restrooms...When we returned to Lane Bryant my aunt did not want to shop there and use her coupons. I did spend $86.00 and saved $149.96. When I cashed out I told the employees how awful it was they did not provide restrooms and I would call someone for them, which I did. they then told me the restroom gets backed up...Later in the day I went to the Kalamazoo, MI store 04672, and spent another $58.31 and saved $66.99 with my coupons. I told the employee there what happened to us in the sister store in Grand Rapids. THAT employee did apologize to me and gave me a contact person by the name of Laura Glover, [protected], which I did call and left a message. I have not heard back from Laura...I would love to be able to take my aunt shopping that provides a restroom. I would also like to be notified when this issue is resolved so I CAN take her. I would also like to post that I did contact the employee from that store today, who told me at times the over flow would get so bad it would go to the center floor...yuck...and she also thanked me because now the employees themselves do not have to take turns walking to Joanns to use the bathroom...your welcome and thank you to the plumber...

I just received an email from "The complaints board" on my personal email account, which I must say was rude, using capitol letters and all, plus the content space read "YEAH RIGHT" So I will respond to their questions here as of now I cannot respond to their email...one of those "Do not respond" things...My aunt was given a note from her Dr when she was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease last year. She did get her "I can't wait card" So yes my aunt does carry her card at all times. The reason she had to use Joanns restroom, which is not a public facility, is because the employees, which 3 were working at the time, also said they have to use Joanns, which the law does state an employer must supply a restroom for employees. So her card did no good in this time for her or the employees. The employees did tell us the restrooms over flow, I probably should of contacted the health department.The restrooms were located in a hallway, which is safe and no threat to security or even theft.

The store isn't required to have bathrooms for customers. There is no law that states they have to have bathrooms for public use. There are many reasons. ESPECIALLY in a clothing store. More opportunity for shop lifting.

This Lane Bryant store I am referring to is located in Michigan. In Michigan, and in this cities guidelines spelled out by the Uniform Plumbing Code, Michigan has what they call ALLY'S LAW. Currently 14 other states have passed Ally's Law..and in this law it does state a bathroom needs to be provided for persons who fall under this category, which my aunt does...This facility actually has 2 restrooms, which the reason being it falls under square footage for the size and the number of people who enter, which is 41 persons a day...under 40 people a day there only need 1 restroom.

There is a law in Michigan, and 14 other states, that do have a law. It is called ALLY'S LAW...and my handicapped aunt falls under the category...look it up...knowledge is power.

Lane Bryant never received an item

Please see question reference#[protected], [protected] and my survey of the delievery and item. The order number is OLBW037184801 and I didnt get item#341581. I order the item 7/14/18 and was told it was delievered 7/17, but when I got to the store it wasnt available. I've called Customer Service 2 times. The first time I was told it wouldnt be delivered until 7/25/18. I called 7/25/18, and the item is still at the warehouse with no expected date of when I will received. I was told to be patient (HA). This is the worst service I've ever received. No one apologized or tried to accomadate that I've been lied to. I've wasted my time and money. I would like someone to please call me ASAP and let me know when the item will be sent or when my money will be refunded. I will NEVER order from Lane Bryant again and will be sure to share my experiance with those I know.

Lane Bryant lane bryant credit card

My name is Lydia Lucas, email address [protected]@hotmail.com. I recently went to use my Lane Bryant card in a store and was told my card was put in a hardship status and could not use it for the purchase. I realize that the area I live in was hit by hurricane Harvey and many people are in need of some assistance. At no time did I ever ask or need to have my account put in this status, is was embarrassing to be told that my card was placed in a hardship status and was unable to use it. I was told that we were contacted through mail for this situation where we were being asked to opt out if needed. I feel that if needed someone should call and ask to be placed in a hardship status not just put in it. Now I have to wait 30 days before I can use my card again, I recently started a new job and was wanting to pick up a few new outfits from Lane Bryant, now after this embarrassing situation not only did I not make the purchase from Lane Bryant I may no longer even shop there if this is the way the customers are going to be treated as in making drastic changes to their card without being asked.

Lane Bryant I used to work here glad that's over

Hello everyone I use to work for this company not to long ago. It is my pleasure to not working under such poor management anymore. Anywho ill try and make this story short and sweet as possible. When I was working for this company I have been harassed by a fellow employee, belittled by the part time manager and the store manager at the location was unethical, unprofessional, and immature. Let's start with the employee who harassed verbally. I wont state her name but when I was working there she smiled in my face while pointing out my flaws to the manager mind it you guys she set me up with the interview with the store manager since the store manager says she never checks her emails of the applications she gets she just expects people to call in for an interview. This employee was a assistant manager during the time so when I say she smiled in my face she smiled in my face she got me the interview with the store manager, when I started she told me I was doing a good job was supposedly showing me "the ropes of the job" but behind my back telling the boss I didn't have a clue about retail, I wasn't a plus size woman she I didnt I understand the ins and outs of a true curvy woman's mindset and what they look for in the store, I was "too nice", I had super smile teeth she and her boyfriend who worked at the job and her boyfriends friend was calling me "a special needs case", and even a [censored]. I didn't find all this out until she noticed I stopped acknowledging her because she was slandering me to other. Assistant managers and employees and they decided to tell me later on down the line of my 7 months of working there. I'm going to fast forward to the recent case that made me wash my hands of my position and their company. On may 27th 2018 I was running late for work me being the responsible employee I was followed the protocol of calling the store to let the closing manager I was running late due to a family emergency. When I called the show the first time it ranged but somebody picked up then hung up. The closing manager knew it was me. The store had caller i.D. So I took the next step I called and textes the store manager she never responded to my messages or call until 4 hours later after the damage was done. So since didn't respond I texted a fellow employee asking her what was wrong with the store phone could she tell the closing manager I was running late. She replied and said "call the store now to tell her your running late." so I called she answered with a attitude "hello!" I said hello and I had informed her I called the store and somebody hung up she said no don't you ever text that employee phone again you call the store. I keep repeating to her I called the store I told her I have proof because I screen shot it. She still was like don't text her. Dont be doing that to her. Putting as if I was hurting this girl. She also said to me well the store is not busy your not missed and hung up. I was struck. My mom and my boyfriend heard everything and told me to contact the store manager with with how things went down with the part time assistant manager and the employee. So that's where the 4 hours come in at it took her 4 hours to say "it's a no call now show regardless if she made feel disrespected you suppose to show up for your shift." I said to her how is a no call now show I freaking called I was on my way to work. So that's when I decided this company isn't for me anymore I put up with a lot of nonsense. I was only working 3 hours a day, being harassed by a former manager who got demoted to a sales associate and still harassed to the new security guard, a store manager who didn't take her job seriously who showed up 2 hours late every day to keep a close eye on her boyfriend because he was still involved with his baby mother, a assistant manager who belittled me efforts and was flat out rude, I dealt with being underpaid because they kept messing up my time, didn't want me getting extra hours at a different headquarters. Glad thats over this place deserves 0 stars the store for this lane bryant is 6676

Lane Bryant sales rep

I have a complaint. My mother is very old and sick. She's been buying from this store for over 40 years. She recently ordered 20 items online, which normally she goes to the store. Unfortunately most did not fit. She returned them to the Mount Juliet TN store. The ladies name was Lindsey. She was very rude and disrespectful to my mother. First thing said was, "That's not a Lane Bryant bag, is it". Mom said no sry it wouldn't all fit in bag. Mom said I ordered these online and so many don't fit. Lindsey said well maybe u need to stop ordering a size 22 & 24. Mom replied I'm very sick, I've lost 20 pounds in one month and doctors don't know why. Then Lindsey said, stop ordering online because now my store for today will be in the negative. Mom said but it says online we can order and bring back to any store if it don't fit. Lindsey said, well u can, but now it screws my store. Lindsey said, "So let me guess, u want ur money back?" Mom said no, just a credit and when I'm not so sick I will come back to shop. So, u Lane Bryant needs to reach this lady and speak with her. She does not need to be in the clothing line of sales. Lane Bryant is an excellent store, so I would think u would want wonderful and sweet staff, to make the customers come back. Maybe not tho. Mom has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at y'all's store. She also has never had an issue returning anything. I sure hope u take care of this. Mom's name... Linda E. On the other hand, If I worked at that store I would go out of my way to make this right for your mother being a great customer and all...make the wrong a right...I sure hope you hear from them to resolve this issue...Good luck

Lane Bryant customer service

Me and my two daughters were trying to buy bras and panties from the Monroe LA store by the pecan land mall. The lady was very rude, snotty, and loud! She measured my daughter completely wrong. Told my other daughter she was stupid for trying to order online, why were we even there shopping! We all had stuff to buy and walked out! Very rude!

I was bra fitted at Kalamazoo, MI store...the gal measured me at a 38D...which I have never been able to wear since I was a teen. Went to another Lane Bryant and was measured correctly at my usual size of 40F...Kalamazoo store needs retrained.

It is never appropriate for an associate to refer to someone as "stupid." However many ladies order online without properly being measured for a particular brand. Each brand fits differently and had slightly different measurement requirements.

Can you explain how the measurements were taken "wrong?"

Lane Bryant not happy

I regret I listened to their advice and paid for an expedited shipping.
It didn't make sense anyway. And I got my order 2 months after I ordered it.
I am now trying to get my money back hanging on the phone with them (for about 40 minutes with no result) and writing this review because something tells me I won't succeed.
All I want is to get my money back. An expedited shipping is a synonym for "fast", not "forever".

Lane Bryant customer service

I have shopped at the Lane Bryant Outlet in Pigeon Forge, Tn for about eight years. I vacation in the area and loved the store. I recently went there to shop as usual. Not one person greeted me or said a word to me. I noticed that the store manager that always helped me was not there. I think her name is Sherry. She was always nice and showed me all the latest clothing. Well I finally asked one of the employees where the manager was. After she asked me a bunch of questions she said oh your are talking about our former manager, I got her fired. Really? Not sure what happened but the entire atmosphere is different. The staff could care less about the customers. I will not return. You need your previous manager back. She made that store.

The Pigeon Forge Lane Bryant isn’t the same since they fired the former manager. She was with the company over 10 years. Something is very wrong here.

Lane Bryant wrong size!

I bought many things from this site following their size chart and everything I received did not fit! I contacted Lane Bryant support right away and they asked me to send pictures which I did. Their rep contacted me back several days later and said that there was nothing they could do to help me. They said that if I would order according to their size chart everything would be fine. They literally said that it was my fault and that I ordered the wrong size. But that was not true! Before ordering I checked everything carefully several times!
I am appalled with that kind of attitude and ignorance! Don't buy from Lane Bryant, their support is terrible!
