Landscape Pros Chris - owner

I also wish I had researched this company and read what other people wrote here before I was conned by the owner. I have paid $69 a month since September with the final straw being the service on January 31st when I paid an additional $74 because he was going to do a quarterly weed spray. I had asked him since September to kill the weeds growing in my decorative rock. He always had an excuse why they didn't get taken care of each time. It just so happened that I was home when he arrived so I decided to watch. He raked leaves till his small trash can was filled then he proceeded to dump the additional leaves in my tortoise pen and sweep them around and stomp on them so I wouldn't notice. He brought some kind of spray can into my yard but never sprayed anything. Then to top it off he actually urinated on the wall of my house - most likely to be shielded from the neighbors. I watched out the window in horror. I imagine that this has happened before. I let him know that I saw his whole phony yard clean up act and asked for my $74 back since there was no spraying done and I had to purchase the spray and do the job myself, as well as rake up all the leaves and haul them away in my car. Instead of leaving me the $74 (under my door mat as I requested) he actually left me a note accusing me of trying to extort money from him and called me a liar - saying none of that happened. This man is not to be trusted, but talks a good game. He doesn't do any work and has plenty of excuses for the lack of work. Beware

Landscape Pros no work performed

I wish I would've read the previous complaint as it would've saved me a lot of hassle and money. Chris ( if that's his real name ) is a scam artist with some landscaping background and a pleasant manner but little else. Do not give him a cent as you will be sorely disappointed. Absolutely no work was done for me and the whole thing was a big con. Must to avoid.

Landscape Pros deceptive business practices

I contracted landscape pros (a lawn and yard maintenance company in Tucson Arizona) to keep my lawn, bushes, and yard neat and trimed on a bi-monthly basis.
Landscape pros agree to do the work for $59 dollars per visit after an initial fee of over $1300 was collected for an initial clean-up of the above mentioned areas.

Landscape pros failed to show up or reschedule several times to do the agreed upon work.
Landscape pros repeatly failed to keep numerous bushes trimmed and areas neat.
Landscape pros miss-represented themselves by stating they would utilize several workers to complete agreed upon work, when in fact, the owner was the only one to ever show up (usually after 5 pm).
Landscape pros (one and only) lawn mower broke in the middle of trimming the lawn, resulting in the owner using a weed-wacker to finish the job. The owner then used the weed-wacker to cut the entire lawn the next (2) visits, which resulted in an uneven, and "scalped" lawn. I demanded the next time the lawn was to be cut with a lawn mower, but fired landscape pros before this was ever accomplished.
Landscape pros (without prior authorization) sprayed some type of liquid (which they claimed was a pre-emergence growth treatment), on my non-lawn areas, then charged me $70. Weeds were growing in the sprayed area within a week.
Landscape pros drove a small, junked out pick-up truck that often leaked oil in front of my residence.

Landscape pros represented themselves as a professional lawn and yard care maintenance business. In reality this couldn't have been further from the truth. I ultimately finally fired landscape pros, but in retrospect should have done this after the first visit.

This clown is a real scam artist He works alone and has no crew. He drives a four door car and pulls his equipment out of the trunk, just like the clowns in the circus. He comes on strong with the talk and likes to charge the big clean up fees and extra charges along the way. In the end you will find he is a pathological liar and you will be out looking for a real gardener as we have. Beware, he is not insured or licensed.
