landline telephone / overcharging and disconnection
I've been with Verizon for over 10 years and recently they disconnected my phone line because I cancelled Direct-TV. They are charginging me for future billing even after the line has been disconnected. I received a refund check for $3 from Direct TV after the disconnection but Verizon is charging me $440 extra for the cancellation. I wasn't under any Contract with them. they have also cancelled and reconnected my phone line twice, each time charging me a reconnection fee without my consent.
