This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

The owner of Landline Constructin, T.J. Livingstone hired several subcontractors on various projects, promised to pay these subcontractors, would only give small amounts of pay and then after weeks of these subcontractors performing their duties, were never paid in full. It is unfair that T.J. Livingstone would rely on these subcontractors for their expertise in pricing the job and performing the required duties (which he, himself, knows little of) in order for these projects to pass inspection, satisfy the customer, and then in the end not compensating for same. T.J. Livingstone is profiting on the backs of these subcontractors. Make sure you look online to see if a company has any complaints about them. I hope this helps in making an informed decision.

This company worked well for me and my family. They seemed very knowledgeable and everyone seemed happy. Most importantly we are happy with the work done on our home.

Also, takes money from customers and does not finish work paid for in advance
