Landers Buick GMC / auto service

I brought my vehicle in for service this morning. The check engine light was on and the car was running hot. The service advisors name was Terrell Holley. He pulled wool over my eyes. He informed me that there would be a $120 diagnostic charge and if any work was done that fee would be waived. After sitting in the waiting area for 7 hours, the general manager offered to help since he had seen me sitting here all day. The advisor tried to tell me that it would cost almost $700 for the repairs and that nothing was covered under the power train warranty. He in fact lied. The manager came out and explained that was not the case so from that point i felt as if i had been deliberately lied to for more money. I still had to pay the diagnostic fee even though i was told it would be waived. It is safe to say that i will not be visiting this dealership ever again for service as they are true snakes. Oh and by the way, my vehicle still isn't completely fixed. Thanks.
