I went to my local shop this morning and bought w packs of Lambert & butler superkings real blue and on opening the packet and removing a cigarette I noticed that one of the cigarettes had no filter in it and upon purchasing the product and not receiving the full quality I was extremely annoyed. I have been purchasing Lambert & butler products for over 10 years me and my partner

I went to the shop to buy menthol L&B cigarettes I got 20 packs of 20s as I am universal credit, I did not open one pack as I still had some left in my box. But when I ran out I opened the sleave and got one box out
and to my surprise they were just the regular cigarettes but I don't smoke them type of tabs? So I had taken them back to the shop were I got them from, but the man said because I broke the seel he could not refund me my money so now I'm left with 200 cigarettes that I don't smoke.
I'm really annoyed how this could happen I thought you have a quality control checks that has not been done and now I'm left out of pocket, but this is not the first time this has happened but I just thought it was a mistake as it was just 20 box of you brand cigarettes
I have been smoking your baran for over 20 years now I was a loyal customer but now with this not been the first time I'm thinking of changing my brand now

So I went to light the 3rd cigarette in my pack of Lambert and butler blue and good job I looked first as there was a ladybird shell in top with the tobacco! I have pictures if you require these! I could have inhaled that! Not happy. I would also like to hear back please as this is not acceptable. I have pictures of the barcode etc too if you need. Regards Samantha Barnes

Hi I bought a pack of your cigarettes with the ball a few weeks ago and the bust thing didn't work there was no mint in any of them they all tasted like normal cigarettes I was very disappointed as I paid over £9 it's the only cigarettes I like I don't drink or take drugs so my only enjoyment is Lambert & Butler silver because of the spearmint flavor in them I can hardly afford to smoke as it is and couldn't afford to buy anymore at that price and why should I really, so I would like a refund please or a voucher to replace the faulty cigarettes.

I don't have any pictures as they didn't look any different.

I purchased 2 packs of lambert and butler green from Morrisons at Chapeltown in Sheffield both with the batch numbers 8A115P6 1218 and both packets had no menthol in them. The first pack I thought might have been an error so I threw these away but on opening the second pack I realised that these were the same, so I checked what I think is the batch number and realised the batch number is the same on both packets. I still have these which I am willing to return to lambert and butler manufacturers. As you can appreciate cigarettes are expensive and I cannot afford to just throw them away please could you advise me on what to do now.

On 2 separate occasions I have purchased land b green and both times they have had no menthol in them of which I couldn't smoke them. I have smoked these for a few years now and never had a problem until now. The local shop where I bought them from couldn't refund or exchange and therefore asdvised me to contact yourself. I have taken pictures of the packet with serial number and barcode.

I purchased 100 original silver on the 12 Feb 2018 and on opening one of the packets I found it hard to take individual cigarettes out of the packet, some of them were crushed or broken and they don't taste the same, on examining the packet I found a part of a broken cigarette jammed in the packet, I have attached a photo of the part cigarette, I have approached the store I purchased the cigarettes from and showed them and they informed me that they cannot exchange cigarettes, plus I'd opened them. I have smoked this brand for many years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem with your product, I hope that I will get a reply and that I've not wasted my time.

Have been smoking lambert and butler green since the change in branding (due to change in tabacco law).
Last couple of packets I have purchased have not contained any menthol evident through smell and taste.
Has the menthol been removed or are they faulty?
Shop purchased in are not willing to change cigarettes or refund money (miss southminster). Will not be buying again.
Please advise what is going on.

I purchased my usual lambert & Butler Green (Menthol)
I purchase them in 100 quantities on a weekly basis.
Unfortunately one of the packets contained non-menthol cigarettes.
I choose menthol as I don't like the taste of "normal" cigarettes.
I was disappointed as the price of cigarettes is very expensive these days, so it was a discomfort for me.
I wouldn't want to change the brands, so I wanted to point this out to you.

Hi i purchased a pack of l&b crushball cigarettes and 2 of them didnt have the ball in the filter. Im not sure whether this is just a mistake that rarely occurs or something else but i dont smoke the usual tobacco cig i prefer menthol crushballs and therefore have lost out especially with the prices continuing to rise for cigarettes.
I am extremely disappointed with this.

Hi I purchased a packet of L&B Blue crushball cigarettes which is my normal brand yesterday. Unfortunately 2 of the cigarettes in the packet I was unable to smoke as there was hardly any tobacco in them. I have the serial number of the packet and proof of purchase if required I have also attached a few photos which I hope illustrate the problem. I have smoked L&B for quite a few years and am a little disappointed as I have had a number of occasions where the cigarettes have been unsmokable but never complained. I would be grateful if someone could contact me regarding the issue. Many thanks

I have been smoking l&b blue since they came out and prior to that l&b silver. The last couple of packets I have bought have had broken cigarettes inside. The first time there were two broken ones and this last time three. After the price of cigarettes have gone up so much this is unacceptable. I don't appreciate spending £8 expecting 20 cigarettes and actually only getting 17.

I purchased a multi pack of Lambert & Butler bright gold from Asda ON Saturday - 3/02/18.

When I opened the pack of cigarettes I noticed that they didn't look the same and that the cigarette butts were a lot larger and extended approx. 1cm longer than normal and the white part much smaller with no filter on.

These taste terrible and are very dry and are giving me a sore throat, it is as though they have been on the shelve for ages.

I would like to know how I go about getting my money back and exchanging these as selling rubbish like this is not very good for business

I bought a packet of L&B Green (Menthol) I have smoked this brand since 2000, and never had any issues. Unfortunately within the last week I have now bought 2 packets of cigarettes from different stores (Morrissons and Nisa in Walton, Peterborough) and all the cigarettes in both packets are not Menthol, they taste like normal L&B Cigarettes! What is going on? These packets of cigarettes have cost me £9.35 each and each time I have had to go and buy a new packet as I cannot smoke normal cigarettes, I smoke menthol. I may have to think about swapping brands if this happens again. Could you please tell me what has happened? The cigarettes look like my normal menthols but when it comes to smoking them they do not taste of menthol at all, they taste disgusting!

I bought a packet of Lambert & Butler original silver on 31/01/2018 from the petrol station on Park Row, Bristol.

When I opened the pack of cigarettes I noticed that they didn't look the same and that the cigarette butts were a lot larger and extended approx. 1cm longer than normal.

When I lit the cigarette, the taste and smell was not as normal and also would extinguish quickly unless constantly being dragged. Also the white part of the cigarette looked like it had markings on.

I bought a 20 pack of lamber and butler silver from shop call U Save shops 1, 157 Nigel Rise, dedridge, Livingston EH54 6LX and they do not taste or look right. The filter is a lot bigger than other lambert and butler cigarettes, if you don't take a draw within a few seconds then the cigarette goes out... I had a couple a thought maybe it was just me but however my partner tried them and said the same thing. So we went and bought another pack from a different shop and the size difference in filter is a big difference, the writing on the cigarettes are a lot darker than normal, I would like to know why I am spent £9.80 on a packet of cigarettes that I cannot smoke!

Hi, I have purchase a packet of l&b blue crushball today at @ one stop store, and I've been popping the ball for crushball but no I'm not getting any methel effort on the cigarette and just taste like Normal plain cigarettes! I am very disappointed as they are not cheap! And don't like normal cigarettes.

I have been smoking lambert & butler for years and never had a problem up untill the last few packs ive bought were there tobacco missing but worst a few cigarettes have crackeled were one was that bad when i lit it bits of the red end dropped of and burnt my cover as it crackeled and seem to have tobacco missing once again i am very upset over this .

I've been smoking lambert & butler cigarettes for many years & never had a problem until the last few times I have bought them! This pack I have now I bought this morning there's tobacco missing from the end of each cigarette, they are really mild so you can't get a drag from it & on the end where the white paper meets the filter is not together properly & smoke is coming out from that end! I've never had a problem before, this has been like this at least the last 3 times & at over £9.00 a pack it's not fair that most of them are no good to smoke!

I have been a lambert and Butler Cigarette smoker for many years and have never had any complaints until now. I have bought a usual pack of 20 as I would always and the cigarette tobacco is extremely dry with approximately half a centimetre of tobacco missing from the end causing the paper to crumple inwards. The cigarettes taste disgusting nothing at all like they usually do! I am extremely disappointed given that a pack of 20 now costs just short of £10.
