I bought 20 lambert and butler original yesterday which I was expecting a fresh blend of tobacco which stated on the back of the box when I got this the tabs inside were dry old and harsh nothing like a fresh blend I decided to smoke one as I have always bought lamber and butler and has been my choice for many years but when I choice to smoke one I realised This was the wrong choice because half of my tab was smoked when I took one off because the tab was that dry and disgusting this I something I am very disappointed about as I choice to smoke your "fresh blend" but this is far from what I got I need this situation needs resolved as I have wasted £9 pounds on something I thought would help my stress levels go down but this has nothing but raise them I hope you understand and take action on what I am complaining about this I don't think I can choice your tab again unless my complaint has been resolved until that I shall keep my stress levels down with other brand.

I went to my local shop and bought 200 lambert and butler and when I got home and opened my first packet the first cigarette actually tasted like chemicals, so I opened another packet and the same thing happened, so I then opened the third pack and they seemed ok but I've had to chuck away 40 cigarettes, I'm very very disappointed in this as the price of them these days is shocking. So I've basically chucked £18 away and would like to know how yous would be willing to resolve this, I've been back to the shop and the shop keeper said I have to contact your selfs.

I purchased 20 lambert and butler blue, from co op garage on Highcross road, Newport on 3rd July 2018.
When I lit up my first cigarette, the end was on fire... didn't think anything more of it until the same happened to the 2nd.
I removed all the cigarettes to check, and it looks as though ALL 20 wasn't rolled tight enough? At least a quarter of the tobacco out of each cigarette was loose in the packet

I purchased a box of crushball cigarettes from my local shop on my way to work this morning and 13 of the 20 cigarettes do not have a crushball in them. This has been very disappointing for me as, only being on a basic income I had budgeted for this purchase. I cannot return said box to the shop as I have smoked some of the cigarettes.

I purchased the above and only 4 were available to crush as the remaining 16 didn't have the ball at all.
As you can imagine that your fault made me annoyed especially as it's a preference for the crush ball and also cigarettes are not cheap and also that day I had no extra cash for another pack and the shop would not exchange them so I had to deal with something i didn't enjoy.
I woukd appreciate a response and compensation for the inconvenience and also the ruin of my day.

I bought 2 packets of silver crushballs today and out of that packets there was 6 cigarette with crushballs. Also there is only 18 cigarette in the packets. The filters look like there not even in correctly as I had to push them down. This is totally not acceptable especially at the ridiculous prices now charged. I have smoked l and b for over 20 years now and if I wanted to smoke normal I would of bought them. Why on earth is there 1i in a pocket for a start and why is there diffrent cigarettes in the packet? These obviously cannot be returned to shop so what am I supposed to do with them? Now I have to go Now and another £20. Not on!

Will you please make lambert and butler blue and silver in lanky (BIG SNOUT)🚬
Since the l&b normal doesn't suit my significant needs for nicotine intake because my wage packet only allows me to spend 7.65 on cigarettes ! This is a downer because my family don't give me any money To support my needs. So please do the people of Newcastle a favour by producing lambert and butler lankys

Bought a packed of lambert and butler bright blues yesterday and the whole packet contains yellow circular stains on all of the cigarettes. Not quite sure what is it but would like to file a formal complaint. This is not to the standards I expect after buying their products for nearly a year. I am very disappointed and would like to know what is going to happen about this

My parter was emptying a cigarette to put into a rizler when he found a tiny piece of something clear, so after we looked at it closely it was actually a small shard of glass. After buying these cigarettes for over 4 years this is unsatisfactory especially for the price at £9.75 a packet, we buy at least two packets a day between us both. This is very disappointing and maybe future checks should be carried out to prevent this happening again. I think we may consider trying out a different brand of cigarettes as they are lacking in the way they are made, and for one of the most expensive cigarettes on the market they should be made the best.

Hi there, Not a complaint as such but I found a random cigarette in my pack of L&B Gold. It's called 'West'. I've never heard of this brand so googled it. I see they are made by the same company. Maybe tell quality control because it's not good for that to happen (I'm sure you will agree). I've attached a photo. I've smoked L&B Silver for the best part of 15 years and now buy L&B Gold for the mornings. Feel free to send a few freebies as a good will gesture. Deeply dissatisfied with l&b. Paying ten pounds a pack for a lower quality cigarette. The tobacco has hard bits in that actually pokes through the paper, happened to many times now. The filters have been changed so they now have holes in! I have to get the double pack from the Co op who seem to be the only one that sells double packs as these have no holes in the filters. The quality has really gone down hill. Ive had numerous. Ciggies where the filter hasn't even been rolled on properly again making it unsmokeable. If smoking was a waste of money before this is just robbery. It's not like I can take 5 out the pack an get them swapped at the shop because their inadequate like you can with most other items therefore I've just thrown away £2.50! Not good enough L&b

I have been a smoker since I was 16 now 38 and I have been smoking lambert and bulter all that time and over the last week in different stores the cigarettes don't seem to be the same. I can't get a proper draw out of them. They cost £9.49 a packet and I normally smoke 20 a day but because of this im smoking at least 30 which is costing me more money. Could you let me know what is wrong with your product and if I'm going to be reimburse for all the packets that I have bought over the last week especially. I will look forward to your reply. I have bought 60 Lambert and butler blue from Morrison's and I smoke 40 of these a day the 60 that I ha e bought feel like they have something wrong with them they are not smoking like a normal Lambert and butler real blue I am struggling to get a drag on them I don't usually have a problem with these so have never had to complain but considering I am paying 8 pound 50p per pack i don't think this is acceptable

I have bought two packets of Lambert and Butler green cigarettes on separate occasions in different stores they have no menthol in them for me this renders them useless. At nearly £10 a packet I cannot afford to throw them away. I am going to have to buy a different brand from now on. Is this how the menthol is being got rid of in preparation for the 2020 ban

Hi my friend dos my shopping for me.. he went to Sainsbury in Emerson green Bristol. I also give him the money to buy a 100 LAMBERT & Butler silver original.. I've just opened a pack, most of the ciggerttes are not fully filled with tobacco and at the bottom was just a but in the bottom of the pack.. I've also recently had to put a couple if ciggerttes out due to the strange TASTE!? MY NEIGHBOUR GOSE SHOPPING FOR ME AS I AM HOUSE BOUND. I THINK THIS HAS TO BE CORRECTED PLEASE

I have bought 3 packs of Lambert and Butler Green. The first bought was from a Large supermarket whilst smiling the first cigarette I realised it had no menthol taste so had to leave the packet on the shelf.
I then bought another pack form a small local shop and again the same taste of no menthol. I tried another pack from the same shop and had the same lack of menthol taste.
At nearly £10 A pack it is not something I can keep doing. Where do I stand I have all three packs and I am willing to send them back to you for your inspection. I did speak with the shop owner who said no one else had complained.
I would like to know how to progress in this matter as I am down financially.

I have not long bought a new packet of 20 cigarettes using cash at tesco and the first one I pulled out of the packet is missing half of the tobacco.

I have attached images, please see attached.

Please respond ASAP as I am very disappointed by this and would like to know if there is anything you can do regarding this issue.

I bought 2 packs of 20 menthol Lambert and butler from a shop I don't usually go to and upon having the first cigarette out the pack I noticed it didn't taste as usual, thought it was a one off and tried another from the same pack ( no menthol) I tried the other pack and the same no menthol, I don't like the taste of normal cigarette so I threw these away and bought some more from my usual shop and these where ok.

I have just bought 20 Lambert real blue( 10.03.18 14.30pm) went to light one and it blew up in my face luckily no damage but a little spark landed on my eye lid. It was not the lighter i lit it with as it still works you can tell the was something in the tobacco the way the cigarette has burnt.

Please can someone contact me asap due to the this incident i was lucky the next person may not. I have had to throw the rest of the packet away!
