I do not even know what this is and how it came to be on my account. It is from Pr and it does not have a telephone number to call.

They -got me-too. I was totally unaware until a savvy Bank of America representative pointed out the $19.99 charge was the same as the one I was disputing. It appears that this Lalibco group charged my account back in February after a transaction on PayPal. This had nothing to do with porn. I was accessing a movie download site. Back in February, I purchased some things on a site in China. But, I added a new debit card back in Feb. So, I believe it is associated with the activity associated with your PayPal account. They access your account that may not have the best password and use increments that are low enough that is not easily spotted. Or, it could be the Psychic site Ornanum. Either one, it is Criminal!

I would speculate that most, if not almost all, of the "fraud" complaints against Lalib are not fraud but rather the result of a husband, boyfriend or other male relative or friend with access to the credit card using the site www.livejasmin.com or one of the other sister sites owned by Lalib.

Lalib is a reputable company and is very responsible in investigating fraud claims. Be real people, this multi-million company is not going defraud anyone.

As for identity theft, does it make any sense for an identity thief to steal your credit card information and then make a purchase of something that has absolutely no tangible value? And for a few hundred dollars at most?

Listen up ladies (I assume most of these complaints come from females), some man in your life was surfing the web for porn, saw a pop up for livejasmin, made up a free Email account and charged the card for a private show from one of the performers.

Most men know enough to clear the browser history but here’s a little secret for those who really want to know the truth. The site uses flash and there are these things called flash cookies or LSO’s. Do a Google search on how to locate these cookies on your computer and if you see one from “awe empire”, that computer has been used to visit livejasmin. You will also see all the free porn sites that have been visited as well.

They did the same thing to me recently. I know now that it was because I made a purchase from an unsecured website. Luckily, I have fraud protection and it was taken care of by my bank. They issued a new card/number and blocked Lalibco from charging to my account. This is also why I do not have automatic payments made for anything. Too many hackers out there.

You don't have to be involved or a member of any porn site for this to happen, believe me. They somehow stole my information (possibly through paypal, as near as I can figure out), and I definitely haven't been going to any porn sites, let alone paying for porn. There is no one else old enough, or with any authorized access to our credit card info, and we don't even have internet access. Even IF I wanted porn, there is no way I'd ever pay for it, and certainly no way I'd ever be stupid enough to trust anyone like that with a credit card number.

No way. Straight up credit card theft. Not completely sure how they got the number, but it started IMMEDIATELY after I added (but didn't use) my card to paypal.

I update my Quicken accounts (the ones I rarely use) quarterly, just saw a bunch of web sites in a row that i've never heard of, Lalibco.com was one of them Ccbill.com another and the third was www.bibitmart.net... lalibco took me for 109.73, ccbill.com too me for 34.99 and bibitmart.net took me for 71.83... I never really thought in a million years that my account would be targeted. The only thing i used that card for was a couple casinos around the st. Louis area and going up i-35 through Iowa before min. at the casinos there and a LIMEWIRE PRO account. Needless to say i wont be making the mistake of purchasing Limewire accounts again. It is ridiculous that anyone can use your credit card information with out your consent! I say with the amount of technology that is out there we should be able to concentrate efforts to protecting online transactions! Be careful online and watch for Lalibco.com Ccbill.com and Www.bibitmart.net Question every charge you receive from these companies! I hope all of us ### on here will protect a few other people. Or the Government will actually start trying to protect its citizens instead of OTHER COUNTRIES!

Also go to the Federal Trade Commission website and file a formal complaint. This way law enforcement agencies throughout the country can see a pattern and start taking action

Also file a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau

The charges for Lalibco.Com are linked to many porn sites. TheBlackAlley.com is the one my boyfriend had an account with. He thought nothing of it when I told him to becareful about his online porn and his money... Always hiding his bank account information from me, I wasn't able to stop the double charges each month for his "VIP" access... after three months of asking if he canceled the account and him saying he did... I finally sat down with him and made him cancel it. The next day, they sent an email saying they would miss having us and said he'd have the account until July 31st. He went to the site again and complained that he no longer had access with the site. The next day he went to make a withdrawl and saw his account was lower than what he saved. They had charged his account 8 times! There was a normal monthly charge for $29.99 followed by random charges of $69.99... He thinks twice now about his porn selections online... we'll see how long that will take. TheBlackAlley.com sucks too... no real content on the site at all... Spend wisely people! Watch your accounts! The banks make access/monitoring tools available to you for a reason... Better to pay for porn if you use paypal or something to keep your information a secret. :|

I found myself in the same situation this morning, I went online to check my bank statement and found my account to be $5.63 in the negative even though my paycheck had just been deposited the night before. When I went through my statement I discovered that this lalibco.com that I've never even heard of before had been making large charges to my account. I haven't tried to contact lalibco thankfully my bank protects against fraudulent charges and the money will be refunded to my account but it's been very upsetting to have money stolen right out of my bank account and now I've had to close all my accounts just to be on the safe side!

I've had more or less the same situation a few weeks ago. I contacted them at help@lalibcosupport.com, explained that I have no idea why they charging me...Bottom line is they refunded my money...that's why I advise you to contact them at the e-mail address above, you might be able to get back your money too. =)

I recently moved flat and got married and my wife and I couldn't understand why we were overdrawn. We then went through my bank statements and found that this company lalibco.com were taking money through card transactions. Not large amounts, £20, £30, the ost was £95. Over several months the total amount has come to £3000, give or take a few pounds. It has been reported to the bank and spoken to lalibco who were rude, ignored my questions and were unhelpful to sya the least. What are the chances of them giving me the money back? ;)

I found 2 charges for $30.89 on my VISA bill. I went to the Lalibco website and called the 800# only to get hung up on twice. I did submit an inquiry and got a reply with some password and user name. It was my husband's email. I called and let him know after reading these comments about ID theft (and the ones about the sex sites-see comments above...needless to say he denied it). I'm thinking he "accidentally" clicked on something (porn) and entered info for a "free" trial. Ladies...keep an eye on your bank accounts and take it from me...NEVER let a man do the household accounting. If I didn't check up on things regularly we'd be flat broke.

Hello, I also had never used the card on the internet, my credit card company found this to be a fraud and also reversed charges and gave me a new card, now I received a collection notice by crb from ohio saying they will report me to the credit bureau if I don't pay, so I called them and explained it was a fraud, they didnt want to hear that so I told them to send me dates my card was used, ip address where it was used and how they came to the amount of 161.96, and the email that it was sent to as lalib claim on there website they send a code to your email to activate your order, again they had no information and said they will send it, im still waiting, so I looked up crb on the bbb website (better business bureau) according to the bbb crb has a history of not being able to prove charges and than cancel the debt, so don't be intimidated by them just make sure they send you all information to prove it came from you, also I suggest in a few months check you credit report and if there is a negative, write the credit card bureau and they will investigate and find it to be fraud

This company is also a billing company for livejasmin and it might be worth while checking on whoever else uses the pc to see if they have been looking at the "ladies" before complaining.

Just a thought, but it would be very embaressing otherwise...
