Lake Oswego Limo Service / Rude service
The owner of Lake Oswego Limousine Service was VERY rude to my mother regarding an airport shuttle pick-up. She arranged for a 6:00PM pick-up and the driver arrived at her door at 6:00AM. She politely explained that she scheduled for a PM pick-up and the driver left. We contacted the owner to make sure he had her on schedule for the PM pick-up and he was very rude and pissed off for being woken up at 6:00am by his driver. My mother told him to listen to her message again that listed the date and time for shuttle service and he was not compliant and told her to find another shuttle service. She was visibly upset by his behavior. So, I called him to tell him he was being rude to my mother and it was unnecessary for him to be that way. I told him to listen to the message again and he spouted off that he was driving on the freeway and can't listen to the message. I then told him that regardless of what the message said, he is running the business and we are the customers and being rude to his customers is not the way to run a professional business. He told me to find another shuttle service for my mother. Don't worry, I did!!
I hope that anyone using this shuttle service does not have to endure the impolite behavior that my mother and I did. I find it unbelievable in this day and age of competitive businesses that a company would be so awful and rude. Even if my mother happened to be wrong about the pick-up time, he did not need to carry on and be rude to her.
